Cab was ready, no personality but effective.

I took a cab from the airport. Their transportation was pretty fast and available 24/7.

Our driver was scary and abusive!! We caught the 606 bus at the car rental location to the airport. From the moment we walked up to the bus, a short fat and rude latina was yelling at all of us in broken English (not sure what her directions were despite her yelling so loud). As we put our luggage down she yelled at us, I told you already to place the luggage down. I thought she was going to hit a few of us how angry she was. She took my sons $250 baseball bat out of his backpack pocket and she threw it against the bus window. She continued to yell at people throughout the ride as well as complain, very loudly, about her job and that she should get tips etc....She was horrible! Not only did she lack any sense of customet service but a complete disregard and respect for her job and the passangers. She was terrifying and she has major anger issues! Avoid this bus at any price!

The driver, Essa, of bus 552 was terrific! He helped get on and off with my very heavy bag!!

What is this about? There is no Sky Harbor ground transportation! This is the only place Ive seen anything mentioned about this service. Is it a service? There were no signs. Only signs to places I didnt want to or couldnt park. I was here to pick someone up. I told them I would find them in baggage claim. Of course you cant wait by baggage claim and it would be an hour before the flight would arrive. There were signs for a few lots, but when I finally found them they were all day! After looking everywhere then asking everyone I concluded there was NO short term parking. There was a cell phone lot. Whats that? There were only 35 spaces available divided into 2 lots at either end of the airport. I found a park and walk-are there park and drives? There are park and rides but I had no idea where they were. Private companies, very nice Im sure but I didnt see any information about them. I am pre internet gen and my first thought is not to check the internet for parking! And even the Sky Harbor website was terrible and Im being nice. 2 pages. A page of links to the map and the map. My generation I guess. This place sucks if youve not been here many times before and know the Ins and outs.

Shuttle arrived right on time and the guy went out of his way to help me load my suitcase. Thank you for making Phoenix such an awesome experience

This is not a real company. Appears to be someone pretending to be the airport.

This place is a maze to me every time I am in there I need some type directions and as I am confused walking around there are always some guard walking around waiting on me to ask them for directions to lead me in the right direction

Clare b is obviously special because that is what a cell phone lot is for, so you can wait until they call you or whatever to let you know they are ready and this isnt even a company it just points out where the shuttle service is, what a jackass
