Its been awhile that I have been out of Phoenix but I was very happy to see the same quality service from these drivers while I was visiting last weekend. I personally wont call a ride share because I dont want a driver who only drives to make money on the weekend and isnt trained or checked out right. I have only had great drivers with Phoenix Taxi Reservations and they show up at the time they say they will, cars and SUVs are clean, the drivers are skilled and know the city top to bottom...... All around the most reliable cabbies in the valley. One tip I can give is call these guys early or text them. They are a small crew of the best so they stay pretty busy but if you can give them some advanced notice they tend to be able to fit you in. If they cant they can tell you a number of a reliable company who can meet your needs at the time you need it. Thanks again guy.... Impressed as always.

I was very pleased with their services. The vehicle was Clean, Cool & Comfortable inside. Driver was very kind & helpful with my luggage, from my front door to cab & from cab to my location. Driver was telling funny jokes & small talk He made me fell as if we had already known one another. I recommend their service to everyone. It was one of my best Taxi rides Ive taken, & I take a lot. But not anymore I just call them instead. Oh yeah & I love their rates & how they will even work with you on the amount of your fare. I recommend anyone to call. I booked a ride to Sky Harbor Airport three days before my flight and i the morning I flew out I received a call from a dispatcher asking me if I wanted to push my taxi ride back an hour because my flight had been delayed. So I did and my cab was at my house when i was ready to go. When we gpt to the Airport I started to worry because the flat rate I was quoted was much lower then the meter was reading, it must of showed on my face because my driver looked up and said dont worry about the meter you dont owe us a penny more then the rate we quoted you. He was able to run my card in the car and as I signed my driver jumped out got my bags and opened my door. All around I was impressed.

Requested a cab for the next day it was all confirmed then the morning rolled around and no one picked me up. I called and text a few times and no one answered. No one called back to say sorry, nothing. I was stuck having to pay for overnight parking at the airport. I dont see how they are 4.5 stars. If you need a ride call elsewhere.

My driver was on time and adter having a rough day made me laugh! I saved his # and recommend him to my friends amd colleagues

I have this company repeatedly they always show up on time. If you cannot make it on the schedule time, they give you advance warning. I have not had this happen yet the drivers are friendly funny and very attentive. Their driving its very safe. people should call this company. The price for the safety. .....I have come back to town and no surprise same great service. Thanks

Very professional with awesome customer service! Driver was on time, got me to Phoenix Airport on time through heavy traffic. I will definately reccomend this company to anyone.

I use a lot of taxis day and night. I have found in Phoenix I have a lot of options but when I need a reliable ride and Im out in Goodyear AZ or up at Sunset Point I always call Phoenix Taxi Reservations. The bottom line is for years they have always been the most reliable. To be out front they are not always the fastest cuz they are a smaller company and get pretty busy sometimes. What I like about these guys is they dont lie, if they tell you 20 min then its going to be 20 min. Sometimes the best eta is an hour when they are busy but they have the respect to tell you upfront when you call how long its truly going to be. If im going to Sky Harbor Airport or riding up to Vegas or LA I only book with PHX taxi reservations, they work with me on the price, are willing to set flat rates and they do all they can to help people out. Just all around a good company and good people.
