What can I say? My car was there when I got back just like I left it! Pick-up and drop off service was good, etc. If you have a coupon or reservation, be sure to put it in the ticket machine when you drive into the parking lot. Makes the whole thing a lot easier. I would definitely use these guys again because their Vans are easy to spot, haha

Easy to use. I like to park my car in the shade and enjoy being dropped off right at my airlines door. Much easier than parking at the airport. The bottle of water at exit is nice too as our drive home is 2 hours and we can use the water on our trip back.

Promptness of the shuttle was good. Covered parking was nice. Unfortunately, all of this was forgotten when I saw my first door ding. The parking spots are tight. Ive had my car for over 7 years. I always park away from the other cars, where possible. This opportunity did not exist, here. Some jackass did a real number to the rear door (drivers side) of my car.

I really like the use of the website and that I can reserve a spot in advance. I feel that the rates are very reasonable and a discount is offered if paid in advance. I also love the promptness of being picked up to and from the airport.

Easy and convenient. Left my car for a couple of weeks at the spot and needed a jump start. It took 5 minutes for the driver to come back to my car and help get it started.

The shuttle service was great! When I found my spot and was walking the shuttle drove to me. Not sure if this was the norm but much appreciated. App calling the shuttle was great as it showed your on a map where to meet and you can see in real time where the shuttle is. Also drop off was right at your parking spot. Great service and affordable. Way cheaper for me to park here rather than taking Lyft or Uber.

We had an early morning departure and the shuttle was right there. Arrival was after 11:00 pm. We called when we got our luggage and was informed of where to meet the shuttle. We had a great experience.

As I arrived there was a friendly employee to greet me and help me scan my reservation. He told me exactly how to get to my row, where there was another employee to guide me to my covered parking space. A shuttle was already waiting in the row for the arrivals to board, and the driver kindly loaded my luggage. It was a short trip to the airport, where the driver placed my luggage on the sidewalk, and I walked right in to check-in. Upon my return, I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver again loaded my luggage onto the shuttle and placed it in my car when we returned to The Parking Spot. The service is so fast, secure, reliable and inexpensive, why would you choose any other way to get to the airport?

I picked up my car today from spot one under covered parking and saw that it was hit on the back bumper. I understand things happen and it is not the fault of the parking spot but I was informed that there are no cameras and when I asked if there was anything that could be done the manager on duty said well if they didn’t write you a note there is nothing that can be done. Overall just very disappointed with the effort that was made to make the situation right. Just know that you are parking at your own risk and they will not do anything if your car is broken in to or hit.

The ability to book parking in advance and not having to worry about scrambling to find some at the last minute is what I like most about The Parking Spot. The app is also great in that I just put the reservation into my Apple wallet and use it to check in and out.

I prefer the covered spots, but they are tight, causing inconsiderate people to drag their luggage against your car and open their doors to hit your car.

I like that they drive right up to your car and shine drivers even load and unload your luggage. Great overall experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great parking experience. Only negative is the lot 2 shuttle comes easy more than lot 1. Would be nice if they were equally frequent.

Mark was a fantastic driver with excellent service! We had spent an hour wondering around a parking garage looking for our car (poor directions from who we were renting from).... only to find out we were in the wrong garage. Mark took us to one but it ended up not being the right one either, so he drove us to the spot where we were supposed to find our car. We found it but he let the rest of our group stay in the van while the others got the car. Thanks, Mark, for getting us safely to our destination.

Wonderful place to park undercover in the Phoenix area. Wish I knew about you all sooner as I always had to park at the airport. Way too spendy!

Met my expectations. Since that is what it should do three stars. I was directed to available parking when I entered the facility and the shuttle picked me up within ten minutes.

They offer contact-less checkin, have friendly attendants if needed, have friendly drivers, and convenient shuttle service to the airport. We easily made reservations ahead of time. Drove in found a great spot to park. The bus was right there to take us to the airport. Upon arriving again at home we saw a bus outside and hopped on. We however, didnt notice that we hopped on the wrong Parking Spot bus. The driver was super nice though and took us to Parking Spot one and dropped us off. Great experience and we will always use this place whenever we fly.

The staff here is really friendly and helpful. The process of reserving and parking is prrtty straightforward so when I used parking spot the first time and asked questions they still made a cheerful effort to help. Parking spot is much cheaper than parking at sky harbor which is my main reason for choosing it. Finally they even offer free cold water at the lot entrance and exit. Living in Phoenix we all know this is an awesome gesture on their part. Definitely recommend this!

The Customer Care was fantastic

A great website where I made my reservation for my trip. Down loaded the app so all I had to do was scan the icon and in we went. The driver helped us find a spot for our truck and loaded our bags on the transport bus......he gave us a handy card with our parking space noted and a few minutes later we were at the airport. Upon our return we were quickly picked up at the terminal and delivered right to our vehicle....we pulled up to the exit and the attendant quickly scanned our code again and thanked us.....we were out quickly and on our way home. Thank you very much for the smooth operation

I downloaded the app. It was easy and the language was understandable. The fees were affordable, so, I booked early. Instructions came to my email and the scan uploaded on my phone. It was my first time using the service. Parking was quick, close by, and I felt my vehicle was safe. Oh, yeah, when I came in from my trip to check out, they gave me and my guest a bottle of water and a smile. Awesome!

We liked everything about your services. Starting with the 16% discount for early registration. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and directed to park at the car washing area. A driver promptly picked us up and handled all of our luggage for us. After we picked up our luggage at baggage claim upon return to Sky Harbor, I called The Parking Spot and Constantine picked us up at the designated area within 1-2 minutes. He was most friendly and helpful and took care of all our luggage. Our freshly washed car looks beautiful. We have already scheduled with The Parking Spot for our next trip.

The location is great (easy to get to and from). The shuttles are always ready to take you to the airport and are the most frequent buses to pick you up. Never have to call and the bus shows up in minutes. I like their cell phone app that is ready to display your ticket when you arrive and depart the parking area. Parking Spot 1 is a completely roofed large parking garage.I travel a lot and Ive used many of the other airport parking services. This one is by far the best for me!

The Parking Spot is so convenient and priced right. I love knowing that my vehicle is safe while I’m away. I don’t have to drag my luggage any farther than the curb of the airport. As soon as I pull into the lot and park, the bus driver is there at my vehicle ready to load my luggage and drive me to the airport.Upon returning from my trip, I simply walk out to the airport curb and there’s a bus and driver waiting to load my luggage and return me to my vehicle. So easy peasy!

As someone who flies out of Phoenix at least twice a month, this is a great value. Being able to leave my car in a secure area for a week for less than $100 is really helpful. They have a shuttle to so its no less convenient than parking at the airport.
