Luis was terrific! The service we ordered was cleaning and applying clear sealer to all the tile in our home (roughly 300 sq ft). Luis was on time, polite, and provided a great explanation of all the services he was performing. He completed the job in less than two hours. We will certainly ask for Luis again when we have the service repeated.

Our service man Austin came to redo select carpet areas that needed a second clean. First time out not as effective as predicted. Looks much better and Austin gave it extra care. Thank you for the timely response!!

I highly recommend Stanley Steemer for your household needs. They cleaned our light grey cloth dining chairs that our toddlers destroyed (we thought they were unsalvageable) and nearly all of the stains came out- they practically look new! They also cleaned our bathroom tile and grout, and that looks new also. I was shocked at the outcomes. We couldnt believe the quality of services received for the low price we paid. We will definitely be using them again in a couple years when our kids destroy everything all again.

Every time I use Stanley Steamee I am blown away. Their team is so professional and efficient. This service I was exceptionally happy with the fact they pulled out my couch and cleaned ALL of the upholstery not just the cushions. Great value

First time using Stanley Steemer. The team was right on time and finished much quicker than I expected. We had a ton of pet stains that are completely gone. I did notice a few chips in the wall after the service but those were easily fixed up. We will book again.

I asked the service person to only clean, not deodorize or protect… I added on an area rug last minute, which I looked up to be about 68$. My original quote was for 458$. My husband paid and I never looked at the bill, which ended up being 850$!!!!! I haven’t yet to be in contact with something from Stanley STEEMER, but I think we got ripped off! They always do great work, so I was disappointed in the money aspect

Well...I have been a customer for 20+ years which was in jeopardy recently based on poor job done cleaning floor tile 8/28/21. Called and discussed with SS and they sent out Raul, I think it was, the following Saturday to remedy the situation. I was sooo disappointed in quality given the fact that shortly after departure, I took a brush and water with a little Palmolive in it and scrubbed the tile/grout clean with little effort. My bucket was filthy and I had just spent $319 to have floors cleaned.Well, the job re-done finally met expectations though they talked me into $600 more dollars of work by getting color grout seal throughout same cleaned tile. I agreed to it and I made that decision but I will say, that while expensive (ridiculous), it looks fabulous. My floors, to include grout, look brand new. Raul saved you SS. I hope you pay him well because I was ready to walk out on you after 20 years.

Did not have my tile floors done because there was residue on them and I did not want to pay more money to have it removed. It more than doubled in price. No one did anything wrong I just was not expecting to pay more than double what I was quoted.

Excellent Service. I received a clear photo of one of the techs before arrival and a text before arrival as promised. The techs arrived on time in a highly identifiable vehichle, were friendly, knowlegable and professional. The two areas they cleaned look fantastic! Nothing cleans like steam cleaning. No more fly by night companies or Green companies that dont use water for us (the green company was a joke). Steaming may cost a little more and you may pay a little more to a highly advertised business but its worth it. Beleive me the alternative is worse. Very happy with our service and the knowledgeable hard working guys they sent out. Liz

I took advantage of Stanley Steemers package deal. Friday I called to set an appointment to use one of my prepaid carpet cleanings. They person answering the call looked up my account no fuss no muss and asked when I would like to have them come out. She said they could come that afternoon between 1 and 4! Freddie showed up at 1:45 ready to clean my carpets. He cleaned my carpets. Very nice, polite and professional. I am a caregiver for my mom and didnt have cash (not expecting them to come the same day) I was going to tip Freddie. I found 6.00 somewhere and I felt bad offering him so little. I said sorry, but get a cup of coffee on me, he looked at the 6.00 smiled and said that would buy him 4 cups of coffee! Freddie was very gracious and that is a quality we all need to practice. The carpet looks great and I will ask for Freddie from now on.

So much for 48 hrs i contacted management on Tuesday they said theyd be in touch within 48hrs.. Ill be filling a grievance with the BBB and posting my experience with your company on FB and with the Chamber of commerce it is sad how your company works and straight out lies to customers, doesnt really perform the service but tries to sell you a $2300 upgrade service.... worse company ever that i have dealt with

I called to schedule an appointment with Lou anne in preparation for my newborn. I’m nesting quite heavily so I wanted a deep clean of my 3k square foot home. Everything seemed fine at first. I had told her that I wanted my carpets done in the living room but told her it was a dining and living room combo. She moved on and I assumed everything was fine. however, she started to get extremely rude when asking about my flight of stairs. “How many flights of stairs?” I said technically there are two that are separated between two small landings. I counted them to be more precise and there were 14 “actually that’s only one flight.” Ok. That’s fine. Her tone was extremely catty and full of sarcasm. But I wanted to move forward to make sure my home was cleaned. When she began to review the rooms, she included dining room. I politely told her “actually the dining room is tile it’s just connected with the living room which is carpet.” And she became an utter mean girl at this point and laughed under her breath at me. “I asked you about rooms with carpet” I said “no you asked if it was a dining living combo, which it is.” She proceeded to take a big deep breath in and sigh then laugh more under her breath and said with HEAVY sarcasm “ok I’ll take take that off then.” At this point in the call I told her there was no need to be so rude and to forget it. Then I hung up.I manage a team that deals with retail investors. I can tell you right now if anyone of my representatives spoke to a client the way louanne spoke to me, they’d be automatically placed on a performance improvement plan. Your calls are monitored and I would recommend listening to hers. It was an awful experience for a pregnant mother about to deliver and I’d advise you review her performance a bit more closely considering SHE was the first impression of your company. I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Never liked Stanley Steemer - not in Illinois, not in Arizona. The personnel is fine - no issues. However, no matter which franchise I use the dirt ALWAYS comes back in a month or 2 in the same places. Traffic patterns never disappear - they come back consistently. I would think it was just my carpet, but its happened in 3 houses. I hired an independent cleaning service to clean my carpets and the dirt was gone forever.

I do not recommend. Hired them to clean and deodorize carpeted rooms in my house that I just bought and hadnt yet moved in to. Hired them because the previous owner of our house had two dogs and a cat, and although the carpets were in good condition, I wanted a deep clean to get rid of the pet odor. Stanley steamer ensured me they would be able to do that, no problem. The two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They worked very quickly (too quickly it turned out). When they finished all four rooms after about 20 minutes, I asked about the overwhelming dog-smell that remained. They ensured me it would go away after the carpet dried. That never happened. It still smells like dogs. They were in such a hurry to finish and go to their next job, that I dont think they actually steamed my carpets. I dont think they actually deodorized them either. Really disappointed. It was my first and last time hiring Stanley Steamer.

Technicians are friendly, respectful. Im impressed with the service, Dion and his work partner pay good attention to details. And He explains everything very well.

We had a number of issues with our technicians. We called the customer service number and detailed our issues to the service representative; she was very dismayed . She, did however, pass the issues on to the local facility. The manager left a return call with the wrong call back number. Again, we called the customer relations number and explained the issues for the second time. The representative transferred my call to the local manager. Still no call back. Really, a week to resolve these issues, unacceptable! We have several residential properties and two commercial properties. We wont use Stanley Steemer again!

Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. When they were finished they had me check them to make sure I was satisfied. They showed up as scheduled, were very polite and professional. Their cleaning service is a good value.

Stanley Steemer did a great job on getting the dirt out of my carpet and making my tile look like new again. Even though my carpet was older it looks really good after they were done. My living room carpet still has a slight odor from the dog even with their deodorizer but I know its clean. Will probably have to have it done again in a couple months.

I would normally give them a 5 as the last 5 times they came I was very pleased. I had a different crew each time and they were all good... except the last one. they did a good job except they didnt clean under a large table at all. every other crew has cleaned under it. this crew went around it - widely around it.

This was my first time having Stanley Steamer come down and clean our carpet and let me tell you I’m so glad I did. Unlike other companies the men, Carlos and another guy, showed up on time and were very sweet and professional. The guys went above and beyond and they ended up servicing our tile as well! I think my guys name was Gregory. Professional and personable. Good communication. Fast. Clean. On time. All good. I have used Stanley for several years and all have been good. I usually only get one guy and only do room, hall, stairs, but I I get a lot done like hardwood floors its two and that was also good experience and they worked hard moving everything around.

Just wondering if Stanley Steemer can come out to our home and take the area rug off site and clean it ? Ive had the rug cleaned here at home by three other companies, but the stains just re-appear. Rug feels coarse and more like cardboard rather than soft like it used to be when it was new. The commercials of the SS off site cleaning looks like an excellent idea.

We walked the project and they begin their work immediately. I initially scheduled two carpets and two rugs to be cleaned.However, after Bretts professional consultation and answer to a question I posed and real life example of what could be done with my embarrasing dirty great room tile and grout, I agreed to have my entire tile floor cleaned.The results were nothing short of amazing as Brett and Joe miraculously transformed my 12-year-old tile floor back into how it looked in 2005 when our house was built.Words world will never be able to explain the feeling I experienced yesterday because of Joe and Brett’s amazing professionalism, kindness, hard work, and genuine caring about our house.I’ve had many vendors in and out of my house over the last 12 years. The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet explained what they would be doing and got right to work. When I expressed the wish that I had ordered them to clean my love seat as well they said they could do that and told me how much extra it would cost. They completed the job in a timely manner and went over the areas I requested again to make sure I was satisfied.

It took $421 to clean a small house, the small stairs were considered as a room, we have deodorized all rooms, but after two days still pet smell is coming, dark stains and patches still there in the carpet... money is completely wasted...will never use this service..

I have used SS for years. Have tried other companies but SS is better. The men are always pleasant and do a nice job I just have carpet cleaned and am on a plan to get it done every 4 mos as I have 2 dogs and a cat.

I am normally not real excited to have services performed at my house due to the fact you never know what you’re going to get. I have had some real experiences even when calling large national companies like Stanley steamer. This time to my surprise two men showed up Gabby and Santiago and were very polite professional clean-cut and well spoken guys. They were very careful with their equipment and hoses throughout the house while performing the service. And I could tell they both genuinely wanted to do an excellent job and they did I watched him from a far and noted that they did not cut any corners whatsoever I would recommend if you call Stanley steamer to ask for these two guys. I am definitely keeping their names for next year to have the same service done. One of them was proud to let me know that both of them had been working there for several years Gabby over 10 and Santiago 3 years. Thanks again for the great job see you next year.
