My dryer started smoking on Monday and I called Top Hatter and got an appointment the next day.The guys that came out were so nice and very professional. They did a fantastic job and they also did something that none of the other companies that Ive used in the past...they Roto-Rootered out my entire vent from the top of my house all the way down to my dryer vent. They also used their converted leaf blower and blew it out from the bottom to the top. They said there was a ton of lint that came out. I was so glad to hear that. Who knows how long that had been that way...long enough for my dryer to start smoking and couldve caused a fire.Im so glad that I called Top Hatter and I will be using them in the future to keep my vents cleaned from accumulated lint!!! You guys are TOPS in my book!!!

We used The Top Hatter 10 years ago to clean our air ducts and dryer vent, so when we realized it was time for another cleaning, they were the first company we called. Fantastic experience and service. Mike and his crew were prompt, professional and efficient. They even went beyond what was expected and replaced broken screws on a vent cover and trimmed our dryer vent hose to the appropriate size. Its been 24 hours and we can already tell that the air quality in our home is much better. I highly recommend The Top Hatter!

The guys from The Top Hatter just left and I couldnt be more pleased. I called them this morning because we had a bird trapped in our chimney. They saved the bird and discovered several more that werent so lucky (we dont use the fireplace). Then, they cleaned our ducts. The guys worked non-stop and were very thorough. In addition, before they left, they cleaned up beautifully. Best of all, they were polite, personable and professional. This is the way a home service company should be run.

He educated me on why it is important to do this service and how the service is done. He offered reasonable prices over the phone so we scheduled my appointment. The crew called before arriving and then arrived early. They took the time to look around and add further education as to what they would do. All of the guys were professional, and I had no worry about having them in my home. I saw the results of why I needed to have my ducts cleaned I was surprised at what we had been breathing. This service is not just about the dust it is really about your health. The crew was fast efficient and very detailed in the work they did. They showed up on time and were very thorough. You can tell they really try hard to give you their best! The consulted me to make sure I knew what they were doing. They all showed up with masks and gloves on so I felt safe letting them in. They even sanitized all of the door handles in the house before they left to make sure we were safe and clean. Amazing service! Very safe during this challenging time. They were suited up and masked for protection and disinfected all our surfaces including door knobs as a finishing touch. Such quality. We are impressed. We will definitely be using The Top Hatter again.

The staff at Top Hatter were great! there was a staff of 4 that came to my house to clean my air ducts. This company was recommended by my A/C guy. He explained that Top Hatter would stick with there bid, avoiding overcharging or up charging. I scheduled ahead of time and the crew showed up on time. They took less time than I predicted and they were thorough. They took extra care to keep things clean, placing plastic down in key areas. I was very happy with the service. They can even treat black mold if you have it. Check your vents.

We actually found Top Hatter by accident; called a different company recommended by a colleague, and they were booked solid for the week so recommended the guys at Top Hatter. What a happy accident!The crew of 3 guys was on time and extremely professional. I was impressed with the care they took removing the vents and covering nearby surfaces with plastic, then scrubbing the vents and meticulously replacing them, then cleaning up...but what took it to the next level was when they went to do the dryer vent.We had the vents/ducts cleaned because we just replaced our washer and dryer, but the new set had not arrived yet when Top Hatter came. One of the guys pulled the (old) dryer out and showed me that the hose had literal holes and rips in it. It was OLD! He left a brand new hose and bracket for the new set, because he told me there was a good chance the installation guys would just assume we had them in good shape. He also showed me where/how he could tell the dryer had some previous work done.We immediately noticed the air in the house felt crisp and colder. Shoukd have had this done ages ago! Cannot recommend highly enough, and will pass Top Hatter around whenever possible. Thanks guys!

We were very pleased with the job Cisco and Humberto did cleaning our ducts. They were friendly, they worked steadily and they were friendly. The ofice was great.

Called to ask them to come out and do service on two chimneys. They promptly instructed me on how to do some tests myself and what results I could get. Said if I dont need to pay them and can do it myself then they dont want to waste my money. I would have happily paid them but they chose to be super honest and save me several hundred dollars. The only reason i did not give them 5 stars is they did not take pictures of the work done on coils the lower ducts i can see look good just wish they took picks of the work i cant see

Ive had air ducts cleaned before, but not like this! The Top Hatter really CLEANS the actual vents, air ducts and cold air returns....I could not believe the debris they removed from the underground returns (construction workers left building materials and soda cans in the returns).
