Because of our past (unsatisfactory) experiences with such procedures/companies, we were stringent in our dealing with Az. Chimney.From the beginning they responded to our concerns, were clear in their approach. This attitude was manifest in their service. The young man who performed the service was clear in explaining the (through) operation and set about to do just that. He kept us informed, made some additional adjustments.In his work on roof vent he discovered that the vent covering was off, informed us, and corrected what could have been a disaster. In the laundry room he set about to put everything back in order, made some import suggestions about replacement part. All in all it was a most friendly, informed, through service.

Recently asked an appliance repairman why our clothes dryer took about double the time it did when we first got the machine. (We were seriously considering a new one.) He asked if we’d ever had the dryer vent cleaned. “Nope. Not in 20 years.” He told me thats something you really need done every 2 to 4 years. Uh-oh. After some web research, we contacted Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts. The technician arrived the next day and was on the roof for about 20 minutes. He showed me a picture of the lint he’d dug out. Unbelievable! It filled at least one tall kitchen garbage bag. I’m surprised the dryer worked at all. Now instead of taking an hour and half to dry a load, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes. We’re very pleased, and highly recommend Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts.

Thomas did excellent work for my wife and me! From the time I requested service from the time the service was completed was less than 3 days and the work was also efficient and inexpensive. Thomas first inspected our fireplace and discovered it didnt need to be cleaned. He then inspected our dryer vent and cleaned it because of restricted air flow. He also included pictures of both our rooftop dryer vent and the dryer lint that was removed from it. Two inspections, one cleaning operation and the total bill was $150! Great service and reasonable cost always adds up to a winner in any situation. If you value your familys safety and well being then the cost is very reasonable and you will call them today and get the same peace of mind I have now!

You will be amazed at the difference in air quality especially if you have multiple cats and dogs. Sean was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and super professional. He was honest and explained everything so I understood. Ive never had anyone clean my dryer ducts since I moved into our house and was unfamiliar as to how it worked. Come to find out it was super clogged. He has put my mind at ease for sure. Super easy to set up,. Fast friendly service

Very disappointed. We used this company in Q3 2018 to do our air duct cleaning. When we had an indoor environmental specialist come in this month, we were told theres no way these ducts were thoroughly cleaned. It looks like dust has been there since the house was built in 1996. When a different air duct cleaning company came out, they said that plaster from construction of the house was still remaining in air ducts. Very disappointed to learn that a poor job was done cleaning my ducts by this company.We had the same issue with the dryer vent. It was filthy. Was told theres no way it was cleaned last year.Please beware that this is very common of companies who clean air ducts. If an area is hard to get to etc., they just skip it. This has been verified by 2 AC companies and an indoor environmental specialist.

Super impressed with this company, whom I emailed on a Sunday evening because I felt my dryer vent smelled like it was burning, and they answered within an hour, and had someone out by 2 pm the next day. When we called to get someone to come out to look at our chimney they were prompt and very efficient. They were extremely knowledgeable about how the fireplace worked. Since we had a gas fireplace it was a little different than a wood burning fireplace so things were a little different. All in all it turned out fantastic thank you very much. We found and hired Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts via Yelp. They gave us a decent, competitive quote to clean our dryer vent before we had our new washer and dryer delivered. Surprisingly they were available the same day which just so happened to be a Saturday. Rebecca was quick to respond every time. It was a delight to see the little bird Mike rescued from our chimney fly away vigorously after being stuck for 3 days. Mike then installed a chimney cap that is attractive and will prevent further falls down the flue. Mike is a great guy.

I had the guys from Arizona Chimney and Air Duct come over a couple of months ago to clean all the air ducts in my houses and to clean the chimney.
