The owner and the driver displayed excellent customer service and was very professional. They arrived within an hour as projected and provided abo e and beyond service as my vehicle needed to be placed in a very tight driveway.

More than excellent!!! I live 5 hours away from Philly, my son wrecked his car and no police response at all!!! I called them and they were absolutely amazing!!! 10 STAR rating in my opinion....

I locked my keys in the car and these guys came on to help me. The owner Don was very nice and the price was reasonable. Overall, a good experience.

First it’s called instant response towing so anybody that calls these guys it’s for an emergency this calm cool collected old guy who is eating in my ear majority of the time awnsered after repeated asking him to say his words again because he’s eating in my ear got so grumpy and charged me $100 to go from one block to the next my car did not need a flatbed but he insisted he been doing this for the longest not trying to hear the customer or get to know what has happened

The best tow truck service ever, others tow truck company’s said they would arrive in an hour but kept extending the time to the point that 3 hours pass by and they simply never showed up but this company Phantasy towing arrived in half an hour like they said they would.

Called in morning hours to have my car towed to the shop. Phone went straight to voicemail. I left a detailed message, no one ever got back to me. Ended up using Springfield Towing.

I’ve called multiple times on different occasions and each time the call goes straight to voicemail AND the machine is full. Calling was a waste of my time

Called on a Friday night right before 7, and told that all tow trucks were unavailable for 90 minutes. Finally, 2.5 hours pass by, and I call the company back and am told that there was traffic on the expressway, and is delaying the truck, but that it should pass shortly. I end up waiting another 1.5 hours with absolutely no call/update, to call back, and find that they are still not arriving anytime soon. This was a complete waste of time, and made a dire situation even more extreme. Thanks.

It took a little longer than I was told to get to me(reason for 4 stars instead of 5)but the driver was apologetic very polite very professional. I would definitely recommend.

I scheduled a tow for early morning. They showed up on time, and communicated well.

They took actions right away. I didnt have to wait long and they were really affordable.

Horrible! Unprofessional dispatch, didn’t ask my name or important info, I had to prompt the guy. The truck didn’t come, while waiting I called dispatched several times with no answer. I ended up going with Springfield tow....ridiculous... not reliable at all! And no I’m not affiliated with Springfield tow, real person here, trust me don’t call these guys.
