I love this office, I am in and out during my scheduled appointment time and they offer my family a lot of help that I need.

This location is accessible to the 11 trolley and the 52 bus. They are usually willing to accommodate. There is a play waiting room for children. The environment is colorful & decorated for the children.

Friendly, in and out service, keep up the good work,(social distance is at work)

They dont let u in the biilding with this covid so i had to leave my card and id and waited outside for 40 min

Im not too sure about the inside based off of personal experiences but Ive heard bad things, unprofessionalism and the area is pretty bad.

I bought my daughter here right out the hospital, after having my grandson. They waited on her within 15 minutes, did her intake and left with WIC vouchers for milk for the baby. Everyone that waited on her in the office was amazing. I just want to say thank you Again.

Its a good fast office. They just need to answer the phone sometimes. I can never get anyone on the phone. EVER!

Employees act like the participants owe them something. They are paid to provide a service...they should be happy to see us. If we dont use that office, they wont have jobs.

Accommodates children...very respectful and fast pace staff...very organized. And very informative on extra services. Always look at the bulletin board for special stuff

Clean, quick and friendly

Every time I go here the nutritionists tell me something different about the prescription I need to get or what checks Ill be getting the next time. I always try to get the exact right thing from my doctor and then its always wrong and they wont/cant do anything about it to help me get what I actually need. Plus the waits are usually long and though they used to have toys for kids in the waiting rooms, theyre all gone and there are no books or magazines, so the kids pretty much have to just sit there. You have to see a nutritionist even though they really cant educate or advise anyone on nutrition because they can only give you the exact checks the state has decided youll get. Theyve never tried either. The lactation consultant was useless as well.

Someone literally keeps hanging up on me... I can hear them laughing and talking before the line goes dead.....Come on son lets go beg the Supermarket manager for some cans of milk

Went well. They was having trouble with the card system but she explained to me what was going and got everything done.

Office hours are made for people without employment. People that work cant be here from 7:30-4. Which explains why everyone in here has on Pajama pants. They are home all day. Mean while the working person who has a job from 7-3, 8-4,9-5 is unable to be accommodated. Just another example why the people who do nothing but sit home all day are coddled, while the people who make a way for themselves are pissed on.

If you want to reschedule, expect to be told to keep your appointment or youll be waiting 3-4 weeks for a new one. Ridiculous!

I really dislike this office. Every time I call to speak with someone I never get an answer. The facility itself is small and cramped. It is always crowded no matter what time your appointment is. For once I would like to talk to someone who is not talking down to me like Im irritating them because they have to do there job.

Newly renovated and the guard and worker are friendly to me I cant speak for anyone else.

They are always slow! Even if you come before your appointment. Staff is cool but they slow and get irked when your irked that you been waiting a hr and a half to print checks.

Its a wicked office what can I say. Im a foster mom so I have become very friendly with them. The get to know all of my kids that I care for.

Your office hours are blowing me how do you guys open at 7:30-4:30 hut can’t get an answer until 10am doesn’t makes since to me at all I’ve been calling and calling no answer
