Let me be completely honest here, I don’t know where I’d be without PATH! My Doctor and Therapist are absolutely amazing. They really take the time to listen and want to help! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was completely lost before I came to PATH. They have been guiding me throughout the toughest time of my life. I have been to therapy before but it was not nearly as effective as this. The staff will always treat you with respect including the scheduling dept. and you will leave each session with the tools and confidence that you need to keep going, no matter what you’re experiencing.

I and my neighbors have witnessed Path employees being short tempered yelling at patients leaving them on the ground refusing to offer assistance when they fell and then yanking them up by their arm onto their feet.. do not send loved ones to these people

They dont even accept medicaid. also this sounds more like outpatient rehab. not just regular psychiatric services.

PATHs crisis urgent care center was extremely helpful for my son when he had an incident at school and the counselor panicked. I understand its protocol and, luckily, the worker we saw could see that my son was doing well and there was a huge deal made of nothing. You can never be too careful though and I understand that. Im grateful to the staff for making things as easy as possible and also how friendly natured they were. The whole atmosphere seems genuinely positive. Id recommend coming here if your child needs any crisis treatment that is urgent. You wont regret it.

They do there best to help the kids but large case loads makes getting things done a longer process. No knock on them everyone has a budget.

PATH now has an emergency room for kids and adults! I went years ago and hated it, therapist turnover was out of control! We got a referral for my daughter to have help come to our home with a psychiatrist, therapist and a doctor. Its a 6 week program. We havent started yet but so far this is the best and quickest way Ive found help.

I was in path outpatient therapy for many years and loved it. My doctor David kaitcher was amazing and so was my therapist Ashley McFarland. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for mental health care.

Went here for intake. They gave me a date for my next appointment. At this appointment, they just tried to give me prescriptions. Now its been over 2 weeks and Im still waiting for them to call me back for an actual appointment date. I called twice in this period to no avail. Also, I got a letter 2 days ago (the 31st of July) that if I did not respond by the 31st of July, theyd assume that Im taking my business elsewhere, since they didnt have the correct phone number on record for me. This is a complete lie, since yesterday they called me while I was at work. During the call, I could barely understand the person on the other line. I tried explaining to them multiple times that I have been trying to set up an appointment. All they did was put me through to a crisis hotline.Dont waste your time.

Definitely got the acting part right... Problem is like the majority of these facilities, theyre only into treatment, not actual cures or solutions....

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED LONG-TERM HELP! ONLY GOOD FOR PSYCHIATRISTS!I had to wait 4 months after intake to be assigned a therapist, who then waited another two weeks before I had to reach out to them in query of when we would actually start our sessions. At no point did I feel like my therapist was qualified or professional enough to handle our discussions, often forgetting what topic we were even talking about. After 5 months I did not come any closer to understanding the mental health issues Ive been dealing with, and any sanity gained or mental rebuilding came from the sheer realization of how little faith PATH gave me in the mental health system and similar organizations. None of the therapists here care about you, start by caring about yourself, and find help elsewhere!(My psychiatrist was the only remotely helpful and understanding person, if youre just coming here for medication before seeking proper therapy, it will get you by, and they are far more qualified than the therapists on hand.)

I do not work here but simply came in inquiring about their services for outpatient . The demeanor of the receptionist and whoever answers the phone was enough for me to see this is not a place that would properly provide services for individuals with disabilities or mental related issues. I actually called and psychically visited their site and was met with disappointment . Simply by spending 15 mins in their office I see they are very unorganized and especially rude. First impressions are everything and I garuentee you will be highly disappointed especially if your an individual seeking services in your area . Just call them and you will hear.

In this institution, for many years in a row, my younger son Vadim has been observed, may God grant him a speedy recovery. It is currently the youngest who has been in hospitals for several months now, but even this does not prevent the PATH employees, who are constantly watching Vadim, as they say, keep abreast. My fathers thanks to these people. I don’t call employees by their surnames, so that if I forget someone, I’m not offended. This attention is human! - I was able to observe the attitude when I was with my son during his visits at the doctor or psychotherapist, in the laboratory during blood tests or when Vadim, his carer for the PATH employee, visited us at home. And these days, when, as I wrote above, the younger son in the hospital, we, his parents, feel the compassion of these people, for which we are grateful to them ...Davy Arkadyev,July 10, 2019Philadelphia.
