This company is a joke. Anyone who left them a 5-star rating must have been provided with incentives. Most of the things promised are never done, response time is horrible, and theyre unreliable. Megan has been horrible, aside from a liar

The company responded quickly to our voice message and worked quickly us to resolve the problem. They were able to get us same day service and removed the hornets nest from our property. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

The team has solved multiple problems in our home, from ants to other insects to a pesky rodent. The team is very knowledgeable and responsive, and services are a good value for the level of service. If the issue is not resolved, they are willing to come back at no charge until the problem is fixed. They have processes that are not toxic or harmful to pets and children. They did such a good job with random urgent projects, and now we use the quarterly service for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

We had Paul do our service very precise, helpful answered many question friendly polite.. was impressed with him moving out appliance etc both him & the office ms Megan also great. I will give updates on how the treatment worked (we shall see) as we signed for yearly he put gel & bait for roach kitchen problem & also did. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Nate was very thorough and accommodating. He found the gap around the pipes behind my stove where mice had gotten in and filled it. Everything they use is pet friendly. Explained everything well. Prices were extremely reasonable and it’s great service from a local guy who really knows Philly homes and his profession. Megan in the office is great and the whole process from scheduling to follow up is easy. I would recommend to anyone having an issue.

I was referred to Fowler Pest Solutions by my friend who lives in my area. I just moved and had a MAJOR mouse issue. I was at a loss for where to go and what to do. I am a single, first-time homeowner - and didnt want to be taken advantage and budgets are tight. I had my guardian angel looking out for me being connected with Fowler Pest Solutions. I cannot say enough nice things about this business. I initially tried to solve my mouse issue by myself. There is no way I could have gotten rid of my mice without Fowler and I spent more money trying to do it myself than just having them come and treat it, so if you are hesitating - CALL THEM TODAY! I had Nate at my house within the week. We talked through what I had seen and he did a thorough assessment of the house (taking all COVID-19 procedures - shoe covers, masks, gloves, distancing). He sealed up a few holes, baited (with pet safe bait because my dog found mice to be a new, fun play-thing), and explained everything to me in great detail, answering all my questions. OH- and I had a nasty hornets nest by my front door leaving my mailman to toss my mail on my front steps, so he didnt have to come near the nest. Nate also treated that on my first visit for a nominal additional charge. Let me tell you, those hornets are DEAD. One little carcass is still hanging out from behind the light. I leave it there as a warning to the others... Anyway, as for the mice, when I continued to have issues, Nate came back at no charge and re-treated, filled more spaces, and identified that more likely than not, my neighbors were to blame for my mouse issue (that Row Home Life, you know?). He reached out to my neighbors to treat their house (TWICE!!) as part of my service to give me peace of mind. Im still experiencing mice issues, but NOTHING in comparison to what I was facing and today I had to beg him to let me pay him because I was beginning to feel guilty for how much he was doing for me for the past 5 months as part of my original charge ($150). Nate truly loves his job because it helps people and I feel so fortunate to be one of those people blessed by Nate. Also, Id be remiss to leave out Fowlers scheduler, Megan. She has also reached out multiple times to check on me and see how I am doing, how the mice situation is going, and to see what she and Nate can do for me. Maybe they just think I am insane (and I might be), but whatever the reason, I felt super supported AND my mice issue abated. Again, I feel very lucky to have been connected with this company. They are amazing and you will not be disappointed in hiring them.

This company is great. When we bought our house a year ago and it had a mice infestation. They were able to get rid of the rodents quickly and we havent seen one since. We have their quarterly service.

Our first time living in a row home in a city. The house was empty when we rented it and it all seemed ok. We noticed some little bugs, but thought a good bombing will work after a few days. Boy, were we wrong! The house was LITERALLY INFESTED!! The German roaches and other roaches were all over including the drawers in the kitchen, in and out of the refrigerator, etc. Horrifying experience. Nate ((owner) and his trainee came and inspected our home after we had a beg bug scare which had been confirmed by a different company using a trained bedbug detecting dog. These guys came several days later and did a thorough investigation, which I witnessed, and they saw no evidence of bedbugs whatsoever. Both were very courteous, professional and friendly, and took their time doing a great job. They also spent a lot of time during and after the inspection to discuss preventative measures for the home and for travel. The hysteria that ensues from even the possibility of bed bugs is real and Nate took the time immediately upon arriving, to talk us down of the ledge. I very highly recommend Nate and his company. The cost was a little more than a competitor that we had already lined up for a second opinion the next day but after witnessing the job they did we cancelled the other companys visit. The other companys inspection charge was half the price but these guys are worth the money. I highly recommend Nate and his company. They were actually a subcontractor to Aardvark Pest Management, Inc., here in Philly, so props to Aardvark for subcontracting to them. I would give a similar review to Aardvark but I do not know if they have other subcontractors equal to Fowler. I would recommend calling Fowler and finding out if you can hire them direct. If bedbugs had been found, I would have certainly hired them or Aardvark for treatment. Thank god it was not necessary. We can sleep well tonight.

The first time I called Fowler was for an after hours emergency and they were highly responsive and provided thorough quality services with the most stellar customer service. Fowler Pest Solutions is an amazing small business that listens to to their customers, schedules promptly and guarantees their work, plus they are just very nice people to work with! We started using Fowler Pest in March 2018 and have been very pleased. We reside in a 170 yr old row house in Center City and with Nates quarterly visits, we do not see any insects or rodents at our home. However, if a problem would arise, I know I can contact their office and he will immediately address the problem. I highly recommend their services.

Fowler Pest Solutions has done a great job of keeping our home free of pests over the past 2 years. Weve never seen rodents, cockroaches, etc. We have had a persistent colony (or colonies?) of sugar ants from another property try to get into our house. Fowler has kept them at bay with their quarterly plan, and have come out early when if we see any activity on the back patio. They are quick to get their people out to the house, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
