I had the company come to do a treatment for mice at my home. The technician Nehemiah- that they sent was professional and took the time to explain the treatment. Nehemiah moved appliances and even went into my yard to help plug up a hole that the mice was entering through. He put down traps and also put poison in areas where my dog and cat wouldn’t be exposed. It has been 2 months since treatment and I just wanted to write a review because in that time I have seen a huge difference. But I’m on reoccurring treatment every 3 months and I love there treatments it well worth the cost!

Nehemiah came to our house today and he was awesome. Were really happy with the service he provided. We had been having an issue with mice. We have an older home and we live in a row home. Seems like every winter theres at least one sighting. Nehemiah plugged holes, left bait, and was really careful about where he put the poison, as we have a curious two year old. Great company, excellent customer service, seems to have worked.We had bed bugs that had returned after 6 months from another exterminator company. We just finished our last treatment and no signs for a few weeks now, but Ill keep monitoring. Nehemiah, Donna, and Amanda were all a joy to speak to and so unbelievably kind. They all went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible. I scheduled for my elderly neighbor (91 and essentially paralyzed from the waist down) and they graciously helped work out a modified treatment plan for him.I would recommend this company.

I never thought that I would say that I enjoy calling my bug exterminator, but bugs come and go in my new philadelphia row home, and some are worse than others. I called bed bugs etc. in a panic back in March on the day I noticed that I had bedbugs. Talking to Donna, receptionist/therapist, helped me work out what needed to happen and how to take care of myself and my cat, so that my house could be back to normal as soon as possible. Ive had 3 technicians at my house, Ian was my favorite because he is calm and very informative, but all the guys whove come out were also very kind, calm and professional. I like calling here because I never feel rushed or that my experience is just a business transaction. These people take their time, answer questions, get rid of the bugs and all this at a comparatively reasonable price.

I have been renting in the city for years and have never experienced such an intense infestation before. Like many people, I hate bugs, so when I noticed I had 100+ horse flies in my basement, I instantly freaked out.I spent 2-3 days calling various exterminators in the area, but couldnt get through to anyone, didnt get my call returned, or they were too booked.Thankfully I stumbled upon Bed Bugs, Etc - Donna was incredibly sweet and helpful on the phone, and locked in a technician, Diasson, to come in within the next two hours.Diasson was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I explained the situation to him, he checked it out, explained what he would do (even showed me certain areas he was going to spray), and then he did his thing.Fingers crossed this treatment worked well. Customer service on the phone very good. Always willing to answer questions. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the technicians that came out. They either didn’t know the answers or didn’t understand the questions. When you have bedbugs you have a lot of questions. We received 3 treatments and one follow up. Then a few weeks later we asked for an evaluation to make sure that they were gone. They only looked at three rooms in our house they didn’t look at the whole house. And guess what I’m getting bitten again and finding spots on my sheets.

Done with company 😌 called about a complaint from a tenant wants me to wait a week to come back out this unacceptable the tenant is seeing roached all over not sure what they did but its worse.. you dont treat a good paying customer with a oh well attitude. They never called me back even after I called the 3 times. Then accused me I ordered another service. I was giving them all my extermination no more rude and un professional. Found a place alot cheaper if you want to know who I am know using contact me after June 13th I will let you know how they care for us...bye bye hope you do better extermination and customer service

When it comes to pest control (bed bugs) over the years, Ive rarely had as satisfactory experience as my recent one with Bed Bugs, Etc. which I located through Angies List. The response was prompt and their instructions for preparing the house were detailed and easy to understand. Both the technician and the dispatcher were easy to deal with. Coping with bed bugs is not cheap, but this companys price is competitive, as I know from talking with others who have needed this service. Im comfortable recommending this company to others. I Loved It (5 stars, above), but obviously Im hoping NOT to need their services again! and feel confident that will be the case, because of preventive measures and practical advice.

Our experience with this company has been great! On my initial phone call inquiry, I of course had a million questions. The gentleman I spoke with took his time explaining everything thoroughly to me and was patient and pleasant the entire 40 minutes I kept him on the phone.Ian was our tech and was prompt & professional, taking his time to walk me through all of the steps of the process he would be doing. We called bed bugs etc out after we brought some home from vacation. They were able to come out in a few days in a discreet van. The techs were friendly and answered all of our questions. We have dogs and they were not bothered by the treatment. No problems since the last treatment.

Is this the case of a bad employee working for a good company or a bad company who hired a good employee? You decide: During a fast four day training, I endured long hot hours of riding in the back of a closed work van with no seating and no air. After the training, I was sent on my own to work as a technician. I was given a company van to drive. To my surprise, I later found out they allowed me to drive this company vehicle without proper inspection stickers, no registration and no insurance. Feeling inadequately trained I did more research, and in doing so, I discovered I wasnt doing my job properly.This company is not a good company to work for, they supply you with faulty equipment, they leave you short handed on jobs. Some customers are given the minimum treatment at the maximum price. While others are being serviced for bigger projects and theyre given the maximum treatment at minimum price. Due to the malfunction of faulty equipment, I was informed by an employee that I was suspended for two days. Instead of management informing me of this decision, I got fed up with this company and decided to resign from my position as a tech. Being the deceitful company that it is, they decided to charge me for their negligence of their faulty equipment. So be aware customers and future employees!!! This is a horrible company to work for!!

They have an efficient response system: I got a call back the same day, and an inspection two days later. I was concerned that the low inspection fee would only mean that theyd do a hard sell to do an expensive treatment. This was definitely not the case. My daughter saw two bed bugs on Sunday night coming from opening in the baseboard out the wall and stated she was bite Saturday night. Definitely would recommend. Starting seeing mice upstairs in my bedrooms. That was the last straw! Im not a person who dealing with mice is normal for me and I have an 11 yr old daughter also. So we were both freaked out. I said me and my child CAN NOT live with a mouse running around in our house!! I looked up Pest Control and I picked them because they had the most reviews with 4.8 rating so I figured a lot of people must use them. I was so relieved when he said he could send someone out @ 11a when I called at 8am! That was the first plus!! Then the price wasnt that bad to me. Ian came and he was so helpful and was diligent and thorough! He checked for all holes he could and sealed them up. He was sure to put the stuff everywhere needed and set plenty traps. He did his best to get rid of the mouse or mice. I felt a Lil bit better when he left! And to my surprise...woke up the next morning and for sure..mouse was dead caught on one of the traps!! That was awesome!! I already had traps and pioson blocks I tried to use and nothing worked! He come and next day results! Thank you to the company for getting out to me so urgently and Ian for doing all you could to resolve my problem! I think me and my daughter can feel better again in our house now. If there is more mice somewhere...I believe Ian put enough stuff through out my house that they wont survive too long either!! Im still getting a cat tho to be more safe!

I was pretty satisfied with my experience, The other night I seen a mouse run from the kitchen and just dart off god knows where. It was so drawling, something had to be done. Thinking it was because the neighbors who just moved in. An exterminator by the name of Ian came and he pretty much sorted everything out, placed traps, scouted the area and covered any openings where mice could possiably come through from. He also used a form of tracking powder which is a poison (non harmful to humans for the most part unless ingested) that is used to kill them. I would reccomend this company to everybody dealing with rodents and or insects.

The exterminators were very thorough, the 2 month warranty is only offered by this company in the area. I also love that they wear body cameras so you can request to view the treatment if need be :) very great service

I called on the weekend and they were able to work around my schedule to get an exterminator to me by that Monday. I havent had any problems since the initial extermination and its a good feeling when youre able to be comfortable inside your own home.
