This company is amazing. When I ordered my three round tables and 24 chairs they explained to me that they didnt have the big round so they told me that they would give me six of the small ones that worked out perfectly. They call you the day before to let you know what time they will deliver your items and the same thing when they pick them up, they were on time. This is my new place for renting what I need. I have rented tables and chairs from Karleys for two different events, and I could not be any happier. Whether it is a d=small dinner or a large party, the staff treats you like you are their most important client. They even load and unload the car for you. They are polite and professional, and pleasant to work with. I cannot think of another company who appreciates their customers, from the smallest to the largest.

Amazing! Like everything from their timeliness to efficiency.We used Karleys for our 8th Annual Community Health Fair — ordering 90 square tables. They were there well ahead of time allowing us to set up before any of the vendors arrived. As soon the event ended they were there to pick the tables up — which allowed us to clean up faster than predicted.Please-please-please consider them for your rental needs.

Terrible linen rentals! I rented 90+ banquet chair covers for my wedding on a military base. When the event staff placed the chair covers on the chairs the day before my wedding, many of them had holes, tears and stains. I was so upset since my event planner asked the sales rep if the linen were inspected prior to pick up because the covers on display at the showroom were a pilling and discolored. We were assured that our order would not include damaged linen. Upon contacting Karley linen about the problem, I was told this wasn’t possible since they check their linen orders prior to pick up. So not true. Luckily we were only 25 miles away so my husband drove to Karley Linen the morning of our wedding to pick up replacement covers. He showed the owner of the company photos of the defective covers. The owner apologized, assured my husband that this was an isolated incident and said we would receive a credit for the damaged chair covers. Three weeks later, we are still waiting for the credit with no further communication from Karley Linen. Beware!!!!

I just celebrated my mothers 75th birthday party. My mom is in a nursing home and we had the party in their dining room. The linen and chair coverings made the party a huge success. The room was changed from a dining room to a grand ballroom. Thank you to the staff that helped me to and from to car. I even added chairs to my rental on the very same day of the event and the staff never batted a eye. Very pleased and will use again and again.

Had an amazing experience today with this company. After I miss calculated the amount of tables and table cloths for an event today they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The owner personally brought 6 extra tables and Table cloths in her van with an hour to spare before 50 people arrived! Karleys saved the day and I am so greatful. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. We will be using Karleys for all our events in the future!!
