I am satisfied with the service I received.They were polite and patient.They were attentive to my inquiries and made sure I understand the service they were providing.

I paid to have oil changed and my fluids topped off. My fluids were never topped off. I took the car back to make them aware then the guy had an attitude while topping my coolant off however it just looks like dirty water. Never ever will I trust them again.

I got an oil change there and they offer free car wash. I decided to get the inside of my car vacuum and interior wipe down. The guy charge me 25$ and I literally sat there for over an hour trying to get my money back since no one wanted to vacuum my car or wipe the interior. None of the men wanted to vacuum the inside of my car and their excuse was they dont know how to vacuum.

I was truly blown away by Sangho, and the rest of his team when dealing with my extremely dirty car. I brought in a very messy car that had stains, foul smells, and tons of dirt on the interior of the car along with rust build-up on the dirty rims. The car mats had a brown tint to them from dirt/sand and the floor carpets had tons of stains which brought about a disgusting smell. After my visit, the car looked brand new, with all stains completely gone and a brand new car smell. I was blown away by how they managed to remove stains from the car floors, along with making the rims look brand new. Sangho had me check the car prior to paying to ensure that I was happy with the service and really went above and beyond when cleaning the vehicle. The attention to detail was amazing, having really checked every corner of the car and ensuring that it was spotless. Thank you Sangho, you did an amazing job! I will most definitely be coming here in the future for my car washes even though it is a 30 minute drive!

I am glad a friend of mine told me about this place. The location is convenient. Muhammad, one of the mechanics, is pretty awesome and does good work. The young lady at the desk is always pleasant.

Took a friends car there. The lowest advertised price for an oil change is for conventional oil. For a few bucks more- I go and get an oil change kit, and I do my own oil changes with synthetic oil which lasts longer, and provides better engine protection.

Please DO NOT GO HERE! I went for an oil change twice, worst mistake. The first time I was told that my car was leaking black oil and they recommended that I get an engine flush. I declined. I usually go to Gordon Chevrolet and was never told anything like that. Couple weeks after my check engine light came on and my car was put in the shop for replacement of the camshaft actuator which can come from dirty oil, but i didn’t think anything of it. Second time they pulled me to the side again and said my car was once again leaking black oil and they wanted me to get an engine flush, I declined again. I happened to see a friend there getting an oil change as well and was told that they told him the exact same thing about his car and that’s when I knew they were scamming ppl. Putting dirty oil in the car to make it look like the car is leaking black oil so they can charge you extra for an engine flush. Again a couple weeks after my check engine light came on again to get the camshaft actuator replaced. I will NEVER go here again. They are super sneaky! Unprofessional business!

DONT GO HERE. I took my Mazda here for a routine oil change. My car came in with no problems, and let kicking up clouds of smoke. I took it back to see if the mechanic could fix whatever it is he did in the first place to make it kick up smoke, and he couldnt figure it out himself. I took it to a mechanic recommended by a friend and they found out that the mechanic used cheap, watered down oil and spilled it all over my engine and the only way to fix it was to do another oil change.tl;dr I came here for an oil change and they did such a bad job that I had to go get my oil changed somewhere else.

Very unreliable! This is the 2nd day in a row theyve closed Way Early! Got there at 2:30pm this time and they wouldnt help me with a simple oil change. Saw a bunch of guys just in there chatting. Pretty sure they just didnt feel like working anymore. Total BS!! ....i wish i would have taken a photo. Dang!

Please dont go get your oil change here. Speedy lube on bustleton near the Honda dealership haldeman. The mechanics dont drain your oil all the way and all the mechanics except one are not professional. Remember you get what you pay for. And the free car wash is just for cover up. But like my dad always tells me most people like to learn from experience. Least I could do is save someone from destroying their vehicle by getting service done at Speedy Lube on bustleton ave. Have a better day than me. Your welcome.

I went there because my brake pedal was touching the floor the guy mahammed was responsible for checking/working on my car. Long story short. I dropped my car off at 9am, he said he would contact me by 12pm to let me know the problem (NEVER DID) so I called around there 12pm and a lady answer the phone telling me he was going to contact me within 5mins (NEVER DID) 4pm Im now piss so I walk around there to get my car. The lady like oh he never call u back?😡 she goes to walk me to where he is. This fool leaned up against the wall with his foot hike up, like hes just enjoying the weather. Than gonna jester his finger at me as to tell me to come. Walks me over to my car to tell me that he cant fix it the abs wire has a leak n he doesnt know how to fix it and than charges me $50 for a flush that 1 of his coworkers already did the prior day and I PAID FOR THAT 1 so yall charge me double for the same JOB. After leaving the with my car in the same condition as it was when I arrived. I called minnaki, they told me to bring my car in, since it was close to closing I left it overnight. They told me they will call me around 8 telling me the problem, solution and price quote, WHICH THEY DID. Its the master cylinder its gonna cost me 338 to fix not a problem, especially after losing out on a $100 to this horrible business but lesson learn and this is why I dont do business with black owned or run companies and it may sound horrible and worse because Im a black women myself but you cant lie on facts. I will never go to this place again nor would I refer anyone there, not even my enemy

Watch the upsell. Tried to tell me that the brakes I had driven with for only 3500 miles needed to be replaced. Wont be going back.

I like them and am going back, the cashier was nice to me even though she was visibly in pain the day I came in. I guess I know how to talk to people and am empathetic to the fact that sometimes people have bad days.

Came here for an oil change and before I could leave the lot I found that my brake light was on and while pressing my brakes they were going all the way to the floor. Isnt that ironic ???The have cameras but nobody seems to have access to them and there is no corporate office #.The manager sends for someone who has access to the cameras and they havent arrived yet. Its been almost an hour and they supposedly came from 48th & Chestnut. Smh

It was expensive but they fixed my overheating problem & AC unit (something that Honda couldnt do) the only thing is that it takes time

Place is horrible on Bustleton very unprofessional you get what you pay for here cheap service everyone who gets and oil change they tell them they also need filter I got brakes and now they squeaking worse then before I still have to get them done over by more replicable shop total waste of money NEVER AGAIN....
