Love their service, amazing for me & youngest.

I had them take off my acrylics from last time and get a new full set. The lady barely even took off the full set from last time and left a bunch of oldacrylic under my nail and it looks disgusting. The nail shape is okay i asked for coffin and i asked for the edges to be a little more rounded because i didn’t want them that pointy and the lady said she would do it and didn’t. Then for the pedicure they look off my polish from last time and got the pink all over my toe and it looks really messy around my toe. The actual pedicure looks good but around my toe it’s super messy.

Their price are pretty cheap considering the fact that prices for nail salons are very high. They do a very good job too. I get a manicure here and its only $22 when you get gel polish. The polish last over 2 weeks because they dont water down their polishes.

I tried to like this place but as I am writing this review it is my third and FINAL attempt here. I made an appt for 10, was seated at 10 to get a refill with gel polish and polish change on my toes. It took literally 2 HOURS to do my refill. Why? Because the tech buzzed and filed longer than I have every experienced at any nail salon (this place was the last place to do my nails so they shouldn’t have been that bad...). Not only that but I asked for them to be cut down and a square shape. What I received was a squoval- a “square” with completely round edges. NOT what a square is. I asked for them to be refiled which took even longer and made my nails much shorter than I wanted. Then comes the polish, no big deal right? WRONG. I asked for chrome on 8/10 nails and those 8 are the ones I hate. My chrome has air bubbles and brush strokes. At this point I don’t have the patience or confidence in the tech to ask them to be redone. As i write this I’ve been in the ped chair waiting for my original polish to be removed for 20 minutes now! Why? Bc the old lady who first wrapped them decided to be lazy and wrap each foot in one large piece of foil instead of each toes individually. Now someone else had to come rewrap them and it’s going on 2.5 hours which I shouldn’t even spend here if I’m getting a refill and a full on predicate! Ridiculous. Just don’t waste your time or money here, you will be disappointed.

I simply go here since its about 5 minutes from my house. I been going here since before it was bambu. The new owners do a decent job, shape is sometimes off 1 hand to the other. And they havent updated there polish collection with any new colors. However the owner is very nice

My nails always come out very nice but however this place is not clean. I never see them wash tools, I see them use already used files and sponges. I’ve been going here since it was kiwis and I’ve always seen them wash tools and grab brand new files but I’ve never seen any of the new people there do any of that. Also the past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve been seeing roaches.Last time I saw 2 but I went today and saw 4 roaches and the lady just brushed the roach off the table with the brush that dusts off the filing dust off your fingers. Also they don’t have much of a range of gel colors. But besides those things my nails always come out looking good but the most important part is hygiene and they don’t got nun of that. Not worth getting an infection.

Went yesterday for a fullset. My nails look amazing. It took longer than im used to but my nails are great. The problem is the place has roaches. In the hour and 45 mins i was there i saw 3. The girl doing my nails nonchalantly brushed one off the station i was sitting at. I would love to keep getting my nails done for the quality work but wont be back due to the infestation.
