Not the Marriott quality Im accustomed to, I only stay at Marriott because of there quality of service, atmosphere, and cleanliness but this location turned me off a little. The a/c cover was removed from the wall, just tacky. I didnt like the fact I wasnt able to check in mobile especially with covid still going on. It just some things you look forward to and expect from a fine and well define establishment. The service was great from all the employees I interacted with.

My stay here has been nothing but horrible from the moment I’ve been here. Could not get the room I paid for and was placed in one that was way less than I paid for. And not once was I compensated or told sorry for the inconvenience they are having. Then I was charged for incidentals the same amount I paid for the room for 4 nights. I can’t believe the manager herself did not even acknowledge the error that accrued and was not willing to explain to me what happened. All I wanted was a true understanding of what I’m being charged for, then I was told it’s because of the state taxes and what my bank charged me. None of this sounds professional or is what a facility should allow their guest to feel or experience. I work in customer services and I know this is not how people should be treated. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD WANNA BE TREATED

Positive: The location to the airport and how clean the hotel was. Had dinner in the restaurant. The food was great and  (our server/bartender) was wonderful. Great service in the restaurant. Negative: Had to wait about a hour for our room after the 4 pm check-in time. I was not happy to be told that the airlines trump anyone trying to check in. They get 1st priority.

My stay was exceptional. Staff was very accommodating and saw to it that I was made very comfortable at all times! Whatever requests I made they accommodated! If something wasnt right, proper procedure was done immediately to correct any issue I may had. Housekeeping was just as accommodating. I always walked into a fresh clean room! And the food was phenomenal!!!I recommend this hotel as your spot to stay in when flying into Philly. Close to the airport and fast shuttle!!! Whenever I return, I will be making my reservation at Sheraton Suites!

Absolute worst hotel for park and travel. They only have one shuttle bus so allow ample time (45 min) in addition to normal airport times, flight crew get priority and there is only one shuttle bus! Pick-up is horrendous takes almost 45 minutes when the advertising states 20 minutes- its in the receipt when you prepay - they should just put 1 hr waits possible due to staffing shortages not bait and switch guests!

Decent place with friendly staff. Had an issue with the meal cards they provide (for some reason I was provided 4 cards instead of 3) but they resolved the issue and removed the charge from my bill. The room sizes are good, but the layout is weird and there were a lot of minor little things that seemed to be maintenance related. One of these was door not fully closing and locking unless I pulled it, which led to room being left unlocked one day when I was in a rush and forgot to check it.

Excellent value. Used the park, sleep and fly package. Overnight stay, 7 days of parking. Rooms were very clean. We had the 2 bedroom. 2 t.vs, mini fridge and spacious desk. Shuttle for airport was on time and the driver was very courteous and helpful with the luggage. Would stay again with no worries.

First the front desk staff seemed to be rushing and not willing to answer my questions. Asked about the parking and was told we pay for parking in the room. Confusing. First room reeked of cigarette smoked. Had to call the front desk for a room change so we wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the room the next day. The smell was so strong no one would have believed we didn’t smoke in the room. Asked to be on a higher floor and was told it was none available. But was switched to a higher level after the smoke smell complaint. The new room had chipping paint in the bathroom and some common areas. Room was a little dusty. We were tired from traveling so we just wiped down with our own supplies. The bed was comfy. The restaurant food was surprisingly tasty just no microwave in the room to warm it up later if you wanted too. Overall it just wasn’t worth the price for me. I don’t see me staying at the Sheraton again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, taking part of their Park,Sleep, Fly program, and are extremely disappointed with our current stay. We checked in around 7 at night. Got to our room, and it was really hot, turned the air on, and it made a horrible noise that we would not have been able to sleep through. Tried calling front desk, it just rang, and rang. Went down to desk, the one very nice worker was completely overwhelmed and alone. I was not the only one complaining about hot rooms, and air conditioners that were not working properly. After waiting for about 10 minutes to be able to talk to the person at the front desk, our room was moved. We collected our items and moved rooms. We went to make out the sleeper sofa, and there were no sheets on the bed, or extra sheets in the room. We once again called the front desk, where it again rang and rang. My husband walked down this time, again the one worker was completely overwhelmed, my husband waited about 10 minutes to speak to him. He asked for sheets and pillows. After about 1/2 hour sheets arrived, no pillows. While the staff member went to get pillows, we started making the pull out sofa bed. The top sheet that was brought to us had multiple, what we believed to be blood stains. It was so gross, that when the staff member returned with pillows and we showed him and asked for another sheet, that he made a face and apologized repeatedly. For disappointed.

The only positives are the parking package and the shuttle. The mirror will easily fall off the wall and so we had to put it in the closet until we left so it didnt get broken by our daughter. The beds we had were sunken in and broken. Terrible nights rest before flying to Orlando. The pillows werent great either. We got a total of 3 hours sleep that night. They did however bring a crib quickly to our room which is great because most hotels dont have enough cribs. The crib included a new blanket for the baby as well. We were able to get food delivered from a local restaurant. In the morning, the first shuttle couldnt hold our bags but the gentleman driving got another bus to come immediately to get us. In conclusion this is a great place with the parking/shuttle feature but be prepared to toss and turn all night. They say shuttles come every 15 minutes.

I purposefully book rooms to accommodate our family with comfortable bed arrangements. I booked a king and queen suite for this trip, as my daughter had a very important tryout at her college on Saturday. When we showed up, we were made aware they oversold the hotel and our requested room was not available. The front desk told me they could put me in a room with two queens and a pull-out sofa. I was OK with that arrangement, since my wife and I typically use a queen. However, when we got to the room, we had two doubles and a pull-out sofa. The first night, I squeezed in the double (terrible mattresses) with my wife and it was horrible. The next night I used the pull-out sofa. Needless to say, my entire family was not well rested all weekend. While I am grateful they reduced my room rate, it was not enough as I may as well have slept outside on the pavement (which we had to do for a while during the fire alarm).

The property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are worn out, the bed was so hard I might as well have slept on the floor, general cleanliness was severely lacking and the linens were obviously overused. The pillows badly need to be replaced as they are heavily stained. The only reason for the 2nd star was because of the front desk agent that checked me in. His name was Henry, and although he was alone handling every possible task, he did it with such professionalism and grace that I had to point him out. He assisted with an initial room problem and moved me promptly and helped answer my questions. He is the only reason why I did not leave a 1 star review.

Keep a close watch on your possessions at this hotel, because even if the hotel is at fault for lost items you may not get your money back. My friend and I used this hotel’s shuttle service on the way to the airport on May 2nd- three months and three weeks ago. They used a shuttle that, unbeknownst to their driver, had a faulty latch. So we found out when we arrived at the airport that the back door had been open the whole time and all of our luggage had flown out! Why on earth the hotel still had a faulty shuttle taking its customers to the airport is a mystery. We both lost our luggage, and combined our possessions in it were about $1800 that we have yet to get back, despite constantly emailing and calling the management, led by John Montano. At first we didn’t think the reimbursement would be an issue, since Mr. Montano apologized and said of course we should be reimbursed for our items. We sent him an inventory list and he was courteous and said he would send to the insurance company. But after about a month we wondered what was the delay-they blamed it on the insurance company taking too long to answer claims. After about two months Mr. Montano agreed it was taking too long and said that the hotel would pay us directly. He asked for an address to send the check. That was on June 17th-one month and 5 days ago. So where on earth is our money? My friend called Mr. Montano to follow up yet again and was told he was on vacation. Really? At this point I’m starting to think they’re just liars who will string you along until their insurance denies a claim. Because it doesn’t take one month and 5 days to send a check from Philadelphia to Florida. So beware to people who stay here-if anything happens at this hotel you will have to constantly badger management to get anything done-and they still may do nothing for you.Update 8/4/21: Still nothing. John has gotten back from vacation but still hasnt returned our e-mails or phone calls. None of the employees could apparently do anything until he returned and now hes back and we are still nowhere. Also the manager who said he would call my friend back, Omar, is no longer with the company. So I guess there are issues happening internally and it certainly is reflecting on the management of this issue.

1st the decor is nice. But not surprising that the ice machine never works on the 2nd floor 🙄 and going to another floor isnt an issue BUT you can only use the key to your floor or catch the bar before it closes smh. The receptionist said its nothing she can do... only to wait til the next morning and the morning shift said Oh we can just let you up to to another floor which means the 1st woman didnt want to leave the front desk to use her universal card to let me up. The elevator is steps away from the desk. My other issue is there is NEVER enough towels the suite is for 5 people so I reckon 5 showers should equal 5 towels 5 washcloths a hand towel and floor towel however when you are asked to settle with the 2 washcloths and 2 towels i am in disbelief I DONT share towels at home and I will NOT share in a hotel. I would think that a hotel with 8 floors would be able to keep simple things like towels in stock. I know the staff doesnt own the hotel but when a paying customer kindly ask questions about services that they paid or paying for attitude is unnecessary. I hate that I stayed for 5 days I wouldnt stay here again.

I have to give this hotel 2 stars because it is very run down and does not live up to the Sheraton/Marriott Bonvoy brand. The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. They made check in/out very easy and directed us about parking. The room was very old and smelled of smoke/weed. They are very upfront about the penalty that must be paid for smoking in the rooms, but they must not be serious because the whole floor we were on, floor 3, smelled like a stoner college dorm. On top of that the room was very old and not well maintained. The bed was rickety at best. You can hear the springs with every move. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The phones did not work to call the front desk. The TV was very nice and let me play my PS4. The bathroom was decent. Nice size bathtub and shower combo and the towels were clean. Last complaint is that when checking in the paper you sign says there are quiet hours but that was ignored completely. Many guests playing loud music at late hours. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t tell anyone else to stay. To be frank they should not be associated with Marriott Bonvoy, they bring down the prestige of that name.

We stayed in the Marriott Dec 31-Jan 3. The good was the check-in late Dec 31, I requested a low floor which she provided, the bartender on Jan 1 was great, the housekeeper on Jan 1 helped me with additional coffee supplies, and the older gentleman who brought us our towels on Jan 2 was very friendly. Also, the airport shuttle was always available, which was great. The bad - our room was not made up on Jan 2, and, no, we did not have the sign on the door. This meant no clean towels, no waters, no coffee supplies, no trash out, etc. When I called the front desk, the employee did not offer an apology. I was met with silence. When I asked for at least some clean towels, her response was Oh, you want some towels? I finally went down to the front desk and took 2 waters from the fridge. I told her as I walked by, Room 212 - but dont charge us since we did not receive any from housekeeping. Also, the coffee urn was empty the morning of Jan 1 and Jan 3 the coffee was old and cold - which sucked since we did not have our in-room coffee supplies that morning because the room had not been made on Jan 2. Overall, the negatives outweigh the positives. I would expect more from Marriott properties. My other experiences were all very positive.

This Sheraton knows how to make you feel comfortable and right at home away from home!. We enjoyed a beautiful suite and great food either in the restaurant or room service. QUITE convenient, and very well prepared. Super food selection and the servers were terrific. WISH all hotles would take a lesson! THANK you

Terrie at the front desk was very professional very helpful and thoughtful. Even had a microwave added brought up to my room. I will definitely come back and stay here. Marriott did a great job by selecting her and she definitely brings the stars back to Marriott

This was the worst hotel that l have ever been to.Very unprofessional over night staff. When I booked the room I mentioned that I wanted to know if the pool was open. Before I booked the room, I made sure to ask the pool. Sink didnt work.

Not to discount other people’s reviews here, however I had nothing but a great experience. Stayed here for a week for meetings at the Navy Yard. Room was very clean, spacious, and in great shape. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day and front desk staff were always friendly and pleasant. It is a busy hotel with an open center design and yet I had no noise issues. Accessing I95 is easy for those driving. Management even reached out the day I checked out to ask about my experience. I would stay here again without question.

Being that this is NOT the only hotel in close proximity to the airport, I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. This started with the bloody comforter and dirty greasy shower curtain. I realized my room had no towels in the bathroom, so I called the front desks and was told “ leave the dirty towels in the hall.” I once again explained that there were no towels at all in the room. They said they would send some up. Well it’s now checkout time and no towels, and time to leave. Ended up using the bed sheets to dry off after shower. If you like this kind of service, this is your place!

Ive stayed at many airport hotels and this one is one of the better ones. The hotel is very nicely maintained and the lobby is clean and modern. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. The rooms were more basic but very clean and with a comfortable bed and were quiet. Internet was fast and had no connectivity problems. The bar was okay and dinner choices were okay as well. The breakfast menu as fantastic and the restaurant staff went above and beyond! Overall definitely one of the better airport hotels.

I booked this hotel last minute after a flight being canceled. They were kind enough to have my room ready hours before the 3 pm check-in time as I was extremely tired from flying all night. The check-in process was smooth and quick. I was even offered a complimentary breakfast ticket upon check-in by the more than pleasant front desk associate. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I loved that they offered individually controlled central air so I was able to have the room at a nice comfortable temperature. The standard king room is extremely spacious and has all the essentials needed to enjoy a hotel stay. The pool area and pool itself was clean and quiet. I spent hours sun bathing poolside and loved the fact that my room wasnt too far from it. The pool closes at 7:30 but the hotel staff allowed me to stay at the pool far past the close time. Housekeeping are definitely on their job here and are very polite. They brought me extra towels and stuff without me even having to ask. The food is on the expensive side, but thats all hotels. The food is soo good and theres a nice vibe to the onsite restaurant. I definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel and dont want to break the bank or sacrifice quality living conditions.

I do not usually leave reviews, but there was no hot water in the shower at this hotel and from reading other reviews this is a known problem. The beds were comfortable. The beds were comfortable, but other than the lobby the hotel is very dated. Good customer service at check-in. As a business traveler, I do not have time to complain about my shower on my way to the airport early in the AM. I would not stay here again.

Overall a really nice hotel. Had a one bedroom which was really big. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows were a bit too soft but nit picky item from me. Shuttle to the airport is easy but shared with the other properties in the little area, so can be a little crammed. But overall really liked this place and would stay again.

Sheraton was the perfect start to our destination wedding. Taliyah treated us like family and made us feel like we were the only ones at the hotel. The entire experience was awesome from the moment that we checked in to the surprise plate of fruit and cheese accompanied by water, wine and a personally made note congratulating us on our wedding. She saw that we were scuba divers, and her note included a picture of divers as well. I can’t believe she went to that much trouble for us. Betsy assisted her too!
