Great gym for both new or experienced fighters. The support and knowledge these trainers share and offer is superb. They actually get to know you and get a feel for what your goals are. Then they apply the necessary pressure to help achieve those goals. The self defense and crossfit training is amazing. You actually learn things here. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Great trainers. Positive atmosphere. Everyone participates in pushing one another. What the gym lacks in size, it gains in individual attention. Thus, producing positive results as well as winners in the ring.

If you are a professional fighter like myself are a person is just trying to get in shape this place is where its at it will take you to the next level the strength and conditioning coach Mike is awesome he will help you shape your body into a masterpiece the Striking coach John will have you a technical Striker and you will be comfortable protecting yourself anywhere he also is a nice guy short funny and bald..lol.. he will build your confidence so dont miss this great opportunity and get in here.

Are you ready to fight?? You will love this place!! Coach John is the best coach in the world! He is turning a weak dentist in to a fighter. How he teaches MMA striking is so unique that you become fearless. I had many different coaches over three years until I found the best one. Coach John is very patient, so he would try everything to help you understand the concept of different striking method. Im not an athletic person at all and I feel much more comfortable doing the sports now. The gym also offers strengthening and conditioning (by coach Mike) and Juijitsu (by coach Brett) classes. If you have a very stressful job like me, Id totally recommand this camp in lieu of happy hours at the end of your day.
