Coach Aaron and Trent and Matt are honestly everything you could want in a combat sports gym. They are extremely knowledgeable about what they teach and they give you specific instructions and details on how to perform all the tasks that are asked. I came into the gym with no Kicking or BJJ experience and after a few months my confidence is starting to rise from just showing up. No egos are in the gym, coaches are all cool, and the other students are always open to share tips or walk you through how and why certain techniques work. Been here since 11/2020 and they got a lifetime customer from me.

My son started here when he was 13. Hes now 15, and has grown physically and mentally with the help of Coach Aaron and his phenomenal staff. Hes learning life lessons and discipline, without even realizing it. He now goes to 3-4 sessions weekly, without much resistance. Thats amazing for a teenager! 😁👍💪🥊🥊

Its a life changing experience. I came to learn self-defense and the art of Muay Thai, but Im getting much more than that from the incredible coaching and community. If you want to work on yourself surrounded by positive people with the common goal of getting better, then this is the place.

Royal Striking has become a huge part of my daily routine. I had never imagined myself goin to a gym like this and partaking in these type of classes, but it has truly paid off. Not only is it one of the hardest / most rewarding type of workouts I have done, but it is an amazing stress reliever for me after my work day. What’s so great about this gym is that travertine is very welcoming and treat you like family. In the beginning of my 2 week free trial, I was nervous. By now, I have made a bunch of friends and truly look forward to goin over there at the end of the day. I do live close, so I walk, but there also is a ton of room for parking on their street. Overall, this is one of the best things that I have incorporated into my life both mentally and physically.

Its the best mma gym in Philadelphia, this isnt some boxing gym that does a little kickboxing or wrestling, this is a full on muay Brazilian jujitsu mixed martial arts gym, and the trainers are incredible, i recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn musy thai and jujitsu.

I have been training with Coach Aaron for years and was very happy when he opened up his Muay Thai gym this past year. He is an incredible instructor in the sport who explains moves clearly and encourages you to be your best. I love going because it is my favorite way to stay in shape, to keep my mind focused, and to have fun.

Best martial arts place Ive ever trained at. Coach Aaron is a great guy and he really knows his stuff. Plus, the entire staff is super helpful, and all of the other students also go above and beyond to help each other out.

Ive started coming here around 3 years ago and I love it. Ive been around a lot of martial art gyms and the environment and quality of training is the best. Im a professional fighter but the classes here benefit anyone from novices to seasoned pros. Coach Aaron is really good at incorporating a program that benefits everyone regardless of skill level. Coach Aaron treats everyone equally and takes pride in making everyone better. If youre especially looking to get in shape while having fun then I highly recommend checking out a class. In addition there are 3 highly qualified jiu jitsu teachers who teach here weekly. Since joining my game has improved greatly. There is no macho gym culture here and I really appreciate that.

Absolutely AMAZING I have and will continue to recommend this place! My daughter is 7 and absolutely loves this place and having an outlet for her especially with her ADHD and ADD, this place did her so much good and the teachers/coaches are AMAZING with the children! I cant recommend them enough, all around AMAZING!

From my attendance at Royal StriKing Muay, I’ve experienced a family based connection, fun/intense training and overall knowledge of the sport! Super fun to get in shape, expand or learn your technique with muaythai, bjj, mma, and or test your abilities in competition :)

The Muay Thai instruction and attention to detail is far above average here. Royal StriKing also has a friendly and fun energetic atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking to train Muay Thai Kickboxing.
