I really love this K Laundry (never been to any other one). Its always clean, and the machines are always working. If you come in on a day its down dont worry it will be fixed in no time. The staff there are always nice and always willing to help if you need it (I doubt it because who needs help at the laundromat) but just in case you need it they are friendly about helping. You can almost at any time find at least one maybe two washers on their busiest days as well as dryers. Their prices are a little more than most but you pay for great quality in the machines and cleanliness of the whole facility down to the bathroom.

I have been coming here for 3yrs. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Well this past week I dropped off my laundry for drop off service and she says thank you see you on Friday. I go Friday and pay my remaining balance of $70.00 total wash was $140. I paid and she says to me I need a tip. Like as if it was mandatory. I kindly said I didnt have it. She told me No more service for you and then spoke to the male coworker in there language and he just laughed. I felt upset and shocked and will not be forced to treatment over extra pocket money she demanded after I paid$140 for my services. I paid faithfully for 3 yrs with no problems tip or no tip. I paid in full. Bad business. Im going to Fox St .

A lot of people enjoy there time with free wifi and a kids table with multiple TVs, theres also a vending machine for needed things and snacks.

Ive been using K.Laundry for over 10yrs no matter what area Ive moved to over the yrs I would still come to them no matter the distance.. Theyre Always clean n the staff has always been helpful n polite.. And unlike other laundrymats they rearly ever have machines down or out of order n the dryers are always hot👍

My favorite laundry mat to go to except when it starts to get crowded on the weekends. The attendants are nice, helpful, funny, and keep the place clean. I always take my clorox/lysol wipes to clean the table off where I sit. The attendants clean but they are always busy washing clothes that people drop off and helping people with the machines.

Excellent. Clean quiet. Television. Games while you wash. I would definitely recommend .For every 20 dollars you put on your card to wash, you get an extra 3 dollars. Free dryers. Cant go wrong and next to Dunkin Donuts .

I just want to say I frequent this place. It is clean always. My experience this day was horrible do to it be somewhat my fault. I had my children with me and I started the wrong washing machine. I asked the attendant if she could help maybe start mine or reimburse me in some way she said it wasnt her fault and the machine already started. Im just wowed although it was my fault I expected some kind of help yall already got my money. Now I ended up having to pay 7.25 twice.

Saw a patron have a problem with her washer when she tried to explain the situation to the kid that was there and he disregarded her as if she didnt matter after all the times Ive been there time to find s new location.

Its CLEAN and Quiet!!Besides the sounds of the dryers and tvs Its pretty laid back. The washers work well. I havent ran into any broken washers or dryers yet. They have a small childrens. It just consist of a small bench and a tv. It is not a play area you still would need to give your children something to do if not watching tv.There is 3 vending machines and 2 massage chairs.Washers: 30minDryers: 1hr (if you want them dry)The big dryer stops every 7 minutes so you have to keep restarting it.Pros: Clean, Vending Machine, Friendly Staff Free Dry, Massage ChairCons: Dryers not hot enough

Bad costumer service this place is suck i been coming here for 7 years and my sister and i got kick out we got to the spot at 9:55pm. My sister and i. Put the clothes at the washer and bamm the chinesse guy kick us out.I go there every week and every person the work there is nice not this rude guy rushing people to go home and talking nasty to people.

This is a very large laundromat. Pretty clean for the most part. Prices cost a little more than other laundromats, but its worth it to me.

I wish they can update there machines its been twice out of the 2 years Ive been going that my clothes wasnt washed right.
