Me and my wife have been going here for about a month now. Its never crowded unless you come on a weekday, but even then its never really packed. The guy that works there is really nice and allowed us to finish drying our stuff even after it was time for him to close.

This place is great for doing laundry- but I tend to avoid it as much as possible during the weekends. Early Saturday and sunday morning gets very crowded. To the point in which youre waiting for a dryer to open. Money is loaded onto a card- and you swipe the card before you start your load of laundry. There is a kiosk for adding more money to your card as well. Bathrooms are available if you ask for the key. There are different sized washers- so if you use a big machine- you can throw a lot in there. Very clean atmosphere.

I would give this a 0 if I could. I walk in at 10:00 p.m. to do laundry. Never been there before. Load $20 on my card. Thank God I didnt do 40. I noticed while I was putting the clothes in the washer that there was a lady sweeping up. I asked what time they are open till and they said last load is at 10:15. I said okay so I can do it now right? She says as long as youre done by 11:00. I look on the front door it says theyre not closed until midnight. I asked her if I could get the $20 back. Nope.

It’s been a week since I let them have my dry cleaning. Was told to come back in 3 days, went in to be told by the owner that dry cleaning had been sent out. It’s now a week and I just called and they have all the numbers before and after my number but not my dry cleaning. Told to call back later today. I will be up there today with the police for my clothes. They shouldn’t be allowed to send your dry cleaning out to be cleaned. It should be done on premise and then they won’t give you where they send your clothes to so you can get them back. $9.50 for two shirts that cost around $100 each to be dry cleaned gone and I only wore the shirts one time each. I would like my clothes back or the money to replace my belongings. Never again will I send my dry cleaning there. I only did so Bc I was doing my laundry there.

Nice people work there and its pretty clean

Its the closest laundry near my house and I love it, its big enough and not crowded at all. Big parking space and there is a good amount of food option close by..

Love this place washer are great and dryers always dry properly def recommend going during the day on weekdays and after 5pm on weekends. They get busy!

Convenient but it gets too crowded for me especially during this Covid outbreak. There should be a limit to how many people are allowed to spend time inside doing laundry. If they have vehicles, put laundry to wash or dry and sit in car until its done. People sitting inside who are not related to each other should be spaced out. There shouldnt be more that two family members inside to maintain safe social distancing.

Overall good laundry place to go wash your clothes with plenty and 4 varieties of washing machine ( jumbo, extra large, large, small ), along side are large and small dryers as well. It is clean and open late hours. Definitely recommend doing your own laundry and waiting for it to avoid any issue with services. Terrible dry cleaning services! They had no idea where my stuff was because they dont do the actual services at the laundry mat. Didnt even get a apology after finally receiving my things 3days late, instead the guys first words was yeah that one will be much more next time (talking about my long sweat shirt). Wont get my money ever again!

This place is awesome. Just dont go on Sunday after 9am. Its ridiculously packed. The workers are friendly and helpful. The drop off service is sooo convenient and the dry cleaning service is fast.

When I first started coming here a year ago the laundry mat was very clean. The last few times I have came here the washer smell of mildew. The facility is dirty. There are dryer sheets all over the floor. The dryer sheets are very slippery. It is a safety hazard to have dryer sheets on the floor. Very disappointing.

This place is great for laundry and highly recommend to go. The place has 2 sizes small and jumbo washers and dryers. To operate these machines you have to get a card and load on the machine. Also, theres TVs for long waiting. Quick tip: if you want to add more time slide your card again.

The clothes I bring home are always clean. This laundry may be priced up in some way, but the quality of washing is good. I recommend coming here once in a while, and washing your clothes. One star down because of the service.

Love this place. Really cleans your clothes. Very large washers and dryers for big families. They now have a dry cleaning service too and its very big and clean inside. I usually wash my comforters here. Convenient location.

Overpriced stay away charged me 30 dollars to wash 2 small blankets. other laundry charges per pound usually 17.00 for same blankets plus.

What a dirty place!! :( way overpriced also

Ive only been here twice and have already had my clean clothes taken out of my washer. When I went up to the young Asian gentleman, he wasnt very apologetic, stated that people ask him to take clean clothes out, and refused to pay $5.95 for my clothes to be rewashed. Once Im done using my the balance on my card, Ill be using a different location - where they actually try to help avoid that issue instead of telling you that theyre not responsible. He was hanging out with his friend half of the time I saw him in the facility. He even chuckled a little, as if he would like his clean wet clothes touched by some random stranger who may very well have dirty hands.

My dryer broke so last minute I needed to do laundry. I passed by this place all the time and decided I would try it out. Amazing! Honestly the staff was so helpful and the place was soo clean, which is obviously what you want out of a place where you do your laundry. The staff helped me along the way, answered all my questions and even aided me in choosing what settings were best for my clothes and lifestyle.They had the best prices too! I came in expecting to lay out more than $50 for all the laundry that had built up since our dryer died on us, but I spent less than $20 and got a free credit for filling up my card with $20 cash.Also if you wash your clothes here, they provide complimentary dryer time! Honestly, this place made the best out of a bad situation (my broken dryer)! Will definitely come back!This place is great if you have huge loads of laundry, they have jumbo machines and its all so high tech and new!!

I decided to try Jumbo Laundry, I was impressed at how clean the location is, all the machines are brand-new and the prices are very very reasonable. My wash came out clean, fresh and dried in no time in the large industrial dryers. One perk of coming here is the free dryer time you get more of it unlike the other laundromat in the area.I highly recommend coming here you wont have to wait for a washer and you definitely wont have to wait for a dryer !!!!

This place just opened a few months ago. Its clean and has plenty of washers and dryers of different sizes. There is an attendant, and the offer laundry services and dry cleaning. I really like this place (as much as you can like doing laundry).

Dryers dont have enough heat even they are on high washers dont have hot water and if they do is barely nothing they cheating on customers not a happy customer

Easy set up, you get a slide card and load it to pay for your loads and drying. They give you free drying time based on the type of machine you use. Bigger machines = more drying time.

Please dont use this place to dryclean your clothes due to the first time I used this place they misplaced my shirt with another persons shirt. The second time I tried to use this cleaners my shirt was returned with ink on the pocket but she blamed me when prior to putting the shirt in the cleaners the woman who was taking the shirt new that I had a problem previously so we went over the shirt together and it had no ink on it. The third party they send your clothes to is unreliable. Use this place at your own risk!!!!!! Ill never patronage this place again.

So I love the laundry mat but I will not be coming back. I just witnessed a staff person by the name of Kimmie harass a paying customer. I felt very uncomfortable. She was rude, unprofessional and hostile.

Better then alot of laundry mats. The Spanish dude running it at nights didnt stop working the whole hour and a half I was there. He was constantly taking care of people on top of cleaning.

I was pretty surprised by the cleanliness of the place, when I came there, there was a guy that was working there and cleaning all the machines one by one !! I picked up my down jacket today from dry cleaning and realized that they washed it in washing machine !!!!! So the half of my jacket has down and the other half doesn’t have it ! My jacket cost 400$ . Who will do refund for me ?!And I told the lady that it cannot be washed it washing machine,JUST DRY CLEANING!!!

I did laundry drop off service for the first tine and I LOVED it!!!! The service attendant was courteous and professional and my clothes smell amazing!

I like the fact that my husband now drops off our clothes to be cleaned and we are relieved of this task that we usually do together. They really fold your clothes nicely...

Today was my first time trying this place out. I have to say, it was a nicer experience than what I am used to.There are restrooms, vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. An ATM, Lottery machine, and attendants to buy giant laundry bags and some phone accessories. There are seats throughout the place to relax while you wait.You have to load a card to use the machines, but it is alot quicker than fumbling around with quarters.The machines are new, work very well and are huge for what you are paying for. My laundry was finished much faster than my normal place.I went on Columbus Day, so it was a little busy. For entertainment, there are several large screen televisions and free WiFi. It did get a little hot in there, but there were alot of dryers going.The lot has nice parking, is monitored by several cameras throughout the lot and building. There is also a bench and ashtrays for smokers.

I’ve dropped my clothing off to this location for 2 years, and the past 2 times I haven’t been givin the best customer service from this location . I have a sick mother and I was told that they will not wash her clothing because they were “to dirty “ . Also, your employee told me that my loyalty to the business was not important and it didn’t matter that I was a customer to the business for 2 years. I was also told that if we wanted them to continue washing any of our clothing they will charge us $18 addtional. I also have paid for services at this location with the prices that are shown at the location and was told if I didnt pay extra money i wouldn’t receive my clothing . NEVER GOING BACK !

PROS - Super clean. Tons of machines. Friendly staff. Spacious.CONS - A little more expensive. Pretty busy at times. Card system, so your balance is stuck in plastic form.I really love doing my laundry here. Theres always an open machine (no matter how busy it is), its almost always kept clean (floor and machines) and theres plenty to do while you wait. You rarely see an out of order sign and the bathroom graffiti is kept at a minimum, keeping the ghetto factor way low.The laundromat is surrounded by great spots to shop and eat while you wait for your clothes to wash/dry. Primos, a sports bar, a margarita joint, Dunkins, NetCost and the whole Northeast Shopping Center, to name a few.If you dont feel like leaving, there are TVs all around, outlets for your phone/tablet/laptop, and they sell lottery tickets so you can get your scratch on. Theres also a bathroom thats kept respectably clean, should nature come-a-callin.On the down side, it often gets pretty busy. Meaning the limited seating fills up pretty fast and some ruder patrons are filthy so the staff cant keep up with cleaning after them (grown a$$ adults, SMH). It is a tad more expensive, but theres free drying so I think that extra cost gets offset. You pay via Laundry Card, which means any unused funds you load onto the card get trapped in plastic form until your next visit. While thats okay with me (when Im broke and need to do laundry, I can), it may bother some people (especially visitors to the area).There IS drop-off service, which I believe is by weight. So, if youre short on time, never learned how, or are just plain lazy, they got you covered.Lastly, if you compare Jumbo Laundry to the other place across the parking lot, theres really no contest. Half the staff is nice there (which unfortunately means the other half can be straight rude) and its so rundown, it just feels seedy. Sorry, thats the vibe I get. So, if presented with the choice, always go Jumbo ;)

Bad customer service from Yiue ( Owner)She treats both Customers and employees very poor. I witchness how she treated a customer about a drop off laundry. She was very rude and disrespectful. Hopefully customers will stop to conduct business there and find place to conduct business.

Dryers arent free and they do a VERY bad job at drying. I left my clothes 3 times, 15 mins total and its still damp.

Really good stuff and good service in that place even though the washers and dryers are too expensive ( I just spent $12 to get my laundry done yesterday when I usually get it done for $8)
