Always clean available washers and dryers all the time. Nice area.

New guy there never open on time. Atleast an hour late. machines aren’t cleaned on a consistent basis. where are the other two people who used manage this place it needs them super bad. Today will be my last day at this laundrymat. it became a horrible place to do laundry because of the new guy there.

It says they Close at 11 but came to get my clothes at 10:15 & they were locked up for the night with my clothes still inside

Ive been using this laundromat since it opened. I havent had any issues. There are always plenty of machines available. The attendants keep the facility clean, often times you can see them cleaning while you do laundry. I like the fact that you use a laundry card instead of having to carry quarters. Definitely a plus that for every wash you get a free dry.

Had my laundry done there. The attendant is not very competent, speaks no English and is rude. I had to refold everything. It was a mess. The machines are new and the place looks great but horrible service.

The attendant there is very rude!!! if you pay attention there’s not enough water in the machine for ur close to even wash properly. I wouldn’t give this place a star I would rate it the worst laundromat in the area. Only thing they have going for they selves is the smoke shop next door. I donot come here anymore I go to the EZ on Frankfort were the machines washes ur clothes rite! and the attendant is polite & she’s speaks & smile.

If you want an easy laundry mat experience DON’T use “EZ” Laundromat at 7560 Torresdale Avenue!!! It is the WORST!!! Beware of the “free” dryer when wash signs posted throughout the establishment as they are NOT as advertised. I spent $14 on three different washing machines ($5.45, $4.45 & $3.45) and when it came time to dry my clothes my laundry card did not work for me to access my “free” dry. The laundry attendant does NOT speak much English so she was not able to resolve the card read issue and had to call her manager who also spoke limited English. The manager refused to correct the issue with my laundry card forcing me to call the police (who weren’t much better to deal with either) in order to get my “free” dry. I would NOT recommend this place if you want hassle free or an “EZ” laundry experience, good luck with communication with the staff or getting issues resolved. This situation has motivated me to get my personal washer replaced as there is NOTHING like doing laundry in the comfort of your own home!!!

Nice place for small loads of wash. Not recommended by me when I have more than 2 construction bags of laundry to do.

The building is to small to be a laundry matt . Only a handful of seats and tables. Everyone is on top of each other. Hate using it but I live close and my washer just broke.

There is no attendant to assist the customers, if upu need assistance you have to go next door to the smoke shop to get assistance. When i expressed my concern about a non working washer in which my clothes were in the attendant which again i had to go find in the smoke shop next door simple said she disnt know and couldnt do anything for me!! This establishmesnt has poor customer service and service provided is poor the washers are all breaking down and no one seems to care. But worst they let you put your clothes and money into the machines and when they dont work probably they tell you theres nothing they can do!
