It was very large, clean I need you to find everything. Lots of room youre not cramped at all. A good good assortment of snacks and sodas at the vending machine. And the temperature inside was very temperate

First time going to a laundromat in 3 years, I guess we weren’t supposed to take the carts out ? But I’m a little miss thang and can’t carry in 7 construction bags full of laundry. Lady with short hair accused me of trying to take her carts but I tried to reassure her I wasn’t and was just trying to get my big bags in. Eyes me the whole time I’m trying to clean my laundry. Wasn’t disrespectful or anything, just felt awkward. Will not come back.

L&Z is the best place to do laundry. I have fun all the time sitting and relaxing and my wash.

Not a fan of this laundromat at all did laundry there one night had to drop off stuff back at the house because I live close by and figured I had enough time because they were supposedly closed at 12:00 got back there at 11:00 p.m. and they were closed up for night with my laundry still inside had to go back the next day very early in the morning just so they wouldnt throw my laundry away if there was another laundromat around me I wouldnt go to this one because I am not a fan of it if I drove I would go to 6597 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19149 thats one of the best laundromats around been going there for years unfortunately I dont drive so I cant get there as easy but if I could I would much rather go there theyre open most of the night have clean bathrooms I recommend this one if anyone can drive there

This was my first early morning 7am visit. It was NOT the clean, well maintained, establishment l had grown accustomed.

The owners are very nice and respectful, kind hearted people. God bless them🙏

This is a convenient location and the hours of operation are great. They have staff in place to help you with any needs.

Havent been to a laundromat in over 15 years so I started reading some of the reviews on local laundromats and decided to give this one a try and Im glad I did. Although asking if the machines still took coins may have told my age a bit. Lol However, the gentleman in the booth was extremely helpful in showing me how to work the machines. You have to load cash onto a card to use the machines and if you load $20 they give you $3. They offer free drying which is a plus. Various size washers also a plus. Even the junior size washers are pretty deep. Clothes dry extremely fast so be careful if you have items that are sensitive to heat. I went on a Sunday morning and it wasnt busy until I left at 10:30. The prices seemed reasonable although I havent been in years. While I do not like the inconvenience of having to leave out just to wash clothes this laundromat makes it bearable. They have many machines to accommodate a large crowd but I hate crowds so before 9am on the weekends is good with me. It definitely helps to have your clothes sorted prior to going! So thanks to all the reviewers who offered that piece of advice!

Clean well run..stopped in to wash comforters..only problem was there are no instructions about how to use them..none.you take a card .go over to what looks somewhat like a mac machine and load itas much as you want..thats a headache in itself..then pick a washer,or dryer..you get ten minutes per entry.if you want 30minutes put it in slot take out..three timesbut you have to figure it out on your own..other than no instructions..its a nice place..4 stars no instructions.p.s..I figuredit out on my own..associates dont speak English..or Spanish..

Machines are pretty expensive but at least you get free drying the card is also free so that you can refill to wash the clothes. They have a bathroom and theres plenty of parking. The lady that is the attendant there she seems very nice she smiled at me when I asked for change, that made me cheer. I recommend this place.

I love this place! Since July, I go every week. Very clean, friendly staff, enough room to fold clothes, machines work great, reasonable prices and its just a great place to do your laundry! Only advice Sunday’s are very crowded!

Not crazy about this laundromat at all. Very dirty inside and lots of issues with the washers and dryers. They dont keep up with maintenance and the bathrooms are gross

Dirty...too much dust on the ceiling fans...water coming thru the ceiling tiles...staff rude...bathroom stinks not cleaned. Often enough

The 1st time was a week ago. Like they say 1st impressions mean a lot. The owner didnt stop moving cleaning things fixing things and at the same time helping customers. I kept apologizing and he smiled and said thats OK. When I say the entire time I was there this man working alone was never sitting down. My daughter told me to try them they had great prices free dry and she was so right. We are going to drive out of our way to go to there when theres one 2 blocks away from us.

Very clean laundromat. They also have 3 size dryers. I prefer the really big one. Gets my clothes dry in 20minutes.

Pretty awesome laundromat, it is in and out, dont have to be their all day! Place has somewhere to sit and fold and that is the best,plus the huge washers and dryers, I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Came here at 12 to get my clothes done, stepped out to smoke a cigarette while my clothes finish drying, the lady inside closed and locked the doors with my clothes were inside and wouldnt open the doors, it took a half hour of banging and calling the cops to get the door open, then asian lady inside became the victim when she claimed no one was in sight, and have to go home too and cant wait for everyone to finish, me hearing this, I quickly spung and told the truth, we (there was more then just me) were all outside waiting for our clothes to finish drying when she decided to lock the doors and turn the lights out, she tossed the bags my clothes came in and when I mentioned it, she says you want bag 75 cent. My mind is blown, I been coming here for a long time, I ignored the roaches, I cant ignore this, keep away from this location.

I have been coming here for months and never had any problems until I asked the worker who was behind the register to help me with the vending machine. My son put a dollar in and his cookies got stuck, this “worker” started getting mad at me because he claims it’s not his job to fix the machine and not to use it anymore and don’t bother him again! Wow!! I can understand if I were getting ignorant with him but that was not the case at all! Horrible customer service!
