The laundromat itself is convenient and easy to use once you get the initial steps down, but the man behind the counter has been unkind to my two year old in an unacceptable way on three separate occasions. While she is a curious child and likes to explore new things, she has never been poorly behaved enough to have step stools kicked away from her or to be yelled at by people she doesn’t know. I refuse to believe that my daughters natural inquisitiveness is a bad thing and I’m not going to let other people make her feel that way.

Never disappointed. The parking lot it small and can get crowded but people are mindful. If you have over 3 loads of laundry be ready to spend at least $30-$50. For the clean laundry and great functioning machines the price is worth it.

I went here for my first time yesterday. I tried asking the man working for some help, and he screamed at me when I didn’t understand what he was trying to communicate. I feel like using this laundromat means you have to be completely self sufficient and never ask an employee for help, otherwise you risk getting screamed at. If you still wish to come here, know that you need cash in order to spend $1 on their laundry card, and then load the card with cash. I accidentally put too much cash on this card not knowing how long or how many loads of laundry I would need to use based on the sizes of the machines. I recommend putting less on the card than you might think. Also they advertised free drying with a wash. That didn’t happen and given the screaming employee I would rather pay than get another dose of yelling.Go elsewhere.

The best time is early in the morning. It gets crowded and the parking lot is small.

The owner predicted everything I was trying to explain to him since it was new system that I’m not used. He helped me, and guided me to the next step when my load is done. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. I have not been in the laundromat in 9 years. This machine doesn’t use change or dollar bills. Very comfortable feeling in this place.

It was okay. I liked it was clean. They have really big machines too. Theres no prewash or soak on the machines. I would make a return visit.

As a customer for the past seven years, Im giving them one star for the past couple of years. Ive spent a ton of money here. Back in the day it was great, and the people were friendly. And honestly, Id only go here out of convenience. But since my last experience- I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LAUNDROMAT. Id rather drive across the city than deal with the ANGRY and RUDE guy that works there. They still owe me $ from the last time I was there because the machine/card took my money twice. But honestly I dont care cause I will NEVER go back. As for the cheap owners of the laundromat, if you raise your prices every month you better buy new washers and dryers that actually work.

This may be further away than where I live at but this is a very quick laundromat and I dont mind the trip.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a laundromat.1. I tried to use my CC to put money on my laundromat card and the machine would not accept the transaction. I was forced to use the ATM (that charged me $2) even though I was intrigued by the convenience of not using an ATM. Well I was wrong!!2. Then I had an issue with one of the washing machines working correctly. The machine would not allow me to change the default setting. So I stopped the wash and was able to change the default setting from warm to cold. The machine requested for me to pay for the wash again even though I just swiped my laundromat card.I informed the person working here about what occurred and nothing was solved besides I was RIPED OFF paying double the amount due one wash when this place is expensive enough!!!I will never come here AGAIN!! You would think management would allow their employees to solve simple issues as mine. But, their employees have zero power!!!$6.55 X 2= $13.10 FOR 1 WASH

Please save your money and your time. I arrived to do laundry on a early Sunday morning and was quickly lured into a tongue wrestle with the attendant/owner. If you want to be talked down to and spoke at with unnecessary rudeness... then this is the place for you. The prices are so inflated that the concept of free dry does not truly exist. If I could leave 0 stars as a rating I would. There are other customer friendly laundromats within a 1.2 miles in a few directions.

Very clean and quiet

This used to be my local laundromat and even though Ive moved kinda far away now I still come here. The staff is so nice and attentive, its in a nice location to grab something to eat while you wait for your clothes. Also the card machines work very easily and smoothly compared to other laundromats card systems.

Pros: They provide wash and fold services, and it is close to where I live. cons: It can be challenging to communicate with the staff because none of them are fluent in English. Also, for wash and fold services, I dislike how they put the clean clothes back into a dirty hamper without using a bag. And because the staff dont speak English, this is difficult to convey. They also accidentally stained all of my whites with this red string that they tied my clothes in once.

I love going to this laundromat always clean n friendly

This is my favorite laundromat. There is a small parking lot and if you are like me and go on weekdays you can usually find parking. There are plenty of wash machines and dryers. Also there is a book corner that has books for children which is a plus. My 5 year old loves coming here with me.

Employees not wearing masks during pandemic...machines are out of order with ni signs causing people to waste their detergent and expensive for them to not be fully functioning.

A really great laundromat! For real...generally clean, many machines, the owners are so nice, and its right next to Garden Court where you can get good eats, snacks, and drinks. Plus it has a small parking lot.

Normally I really like this place but this evening I was asked to leave and not wash my clothes because they close at 11pm. I arrived at 10:30 and began to load my clothes to the machines and the worker walked up to me demanding that I take my clothes out and leave. He reported that their hours have changed from 12am, however there is no indication of this on their google listings. If I would have known about the early closing I would have prepared and came earlier. The worker who told me to leave seemed very anxious and aggressive. I am not sure why, I even tried to smile at him explaining that I understand but he still seemed irritated. I am confused and wondering if anyone knows of another good laundromat in the neighborhood.

A little expensive, but the machines are really quick and the guy helped me out a lot when he didn’t need to.

Nice but needs air conditioning

Its a big facility with a ton of washers of various sizes and lots of dryers. Its usually VERY clean with the occasional spill-out that happens in all laundromats....when it does happen (like once in a blue moon) its always cleaned quickly to prevent any accidental slips and falls. The sitting area is nice and bigger than most laundromats...the downside is that its by the door so in the winter its cold due to the constant traffic of people coming in and out but it is what it is! This is my favorite place to go to and i have yet to find better in west philly. The small loaders are 3.99 which sounds expensive but you get 30 or 40 minutes of drying time included in that...i can actually do a regular/normal sized load into a small loader here. I will be coming faithfully unless i find better....i doubt i will tho!

Been coming to this laundromat for awhile. The new owner isnt very friendly. During summer 2018 he did not turn on the air conditioner. Myself and the other customers were washing clothes and sweating bullets😣😒

This laundromat is quite clean, comfortable, and easy to use. You load a card (which you purchase for $1) with your credit or debit card. The machines are a pricey, but a much better experience than most laundromats.

Very nice people use to own this laundromat. Now there are new owners that have raised the price for biggest machine by $2 bucks and 10 machine is $10.95 raised by $1 every machine here has been raised at least $1. Also when loading your laundry card with $20 you use to get a bonus $2 bucks but now they changed it to $1 which shows how greedy new owners are being. I now have to find a new laundromat because this one was already expensive now it’s higher. Also they never paper towel to dry your hands or soap to wash your hands and the glass in this place is also filthy. Laundry soap use to be offered when using $20 machine. It’s no longer offered. New owners are very cheap.

This laundry mat has its own parking on premises. Very clean and all washing machines and dryers all work. Friendly atmosphere

Since there has been a change in management, the quality of service has declined tremendously!! The new manger is very racist and inconsiderate of his minority customers, and he has no problem with displaying it openly! After 10 years, I will NEVER patronize this facility again.

They dont have hot water, unfortunately I had to wash my clothes overr at another laundromat even though I already spent $40 there... The guy that was managing it that evening was very rude and wouldnt help resolve the issue... I would strongly recommend that you not waste your time and money....

I always doubted the elder employee in this laundry. He was always staring people without a smile. But it was fine as long as he is doing his job well.Today, when I was rolling the cart to pick up my laundry, he stopped my laundry cart because he was mopping the floor badly. I asked him that I need to pick up my laundry behind his cleaned floor. But he didnt let me go. I could not understand his speaking well. He sounds like that he just finished the cleaning the floor. What can I do then? A few seconds later, he just let me go with little sounds of F and S words. When I heard that, I said “ what did you say to me?” Then he seems to say what he has been done on the floor with unclear sound.I was very stressful while I was doing my laundry because he keeps staring me with talking himself.I think I never come to this place again.

You dont need to worry about bringing cash since they have a system where you can use cash/debit card to buy a laundry card to use the machines. The place is kept clean and usually there are a good number of machines available even on busy days.

Very nasty I just experienced a hate crime from them me and my girlfriend are lesbians soon as he seen us he ran up like we closed I understand they last wash was 10:30 but it was 10:36 after we loaded the cart and grabbed our detergents when I looked at my phone they close at 11:30 I had one load and I never been here I couldnt go for 6 min that would only take 20 but never again I left crying how he was talking to us and we not even like that we are very kind ppl both working in customer service I would of been happy with more revenue and bringing in a new customer if it was 11 I could understand but this was so hurtful when it didnt even have to end like that u got a bad review lost a customer and now have someone telling other ppl about your business

This is the WORST laundry mat i have ever been too. If i could give ZERO star i would. Two of the washers i used barely release water to wash my delicates. My clothes came out dry and when i tried to communicate with the attendant there, he refused to acknowledge me and give me another wash; he didnt even take the time to look at which machine i was referring too. Since the attendant pretend not to speak english, i was forced to call the police. Police arrived and guess what, perfect english was spoken then. He told the officer and i that i should come back tomorrow and the owner would give me my money back, but that was a lie. I returned and had to call the officers again on the owner because he also refuse to acknowledge the issue. Its a SMALL issue that couldve been resolve with simple communication, respect and a little customer service. I encourage you if you also experience the same problem and disrespect to file a criminal complaint against him to the better business bureau so action can be taken; after all you are spending your hard earned money not asking for charity.

This was the only place i did my laundry at for years, been a customer since they opened, but now I have chosen to spend my money elsewhereThe prices have gone way up! No heat in the winter the owner has this huge outside heater to use as a heating source that uses a propane tank indoors!! Yes not safe at all!! The new owner care nothing about customer service!! The worst!! Spend your money elsewhere

Left my purse behind.. of course they didnt answer the phone til about the 6th call.. finally got ahold of the Mexican guy that works there and asked if someone turned it in.. he told me no, I asked him to look by the doors where the tree is, I doubt he looked at all, he tells me its not there, but i told him Id be back to look myself, he insisted I come tomorrow when the manager is there and hung up on me.. so i get back to the location, thank God it was there and where I stated it to be on the phone. I asked the man if he had even looked cause it was there, he jumped straight to the defense and yelling, I told him to slow down and relax, Im not trying to cause a scene. He still was rude, I walked off and he yells out dont lose your stuff here then. I come here alot cause its clean and the ppl that come to wash are nice. Wont be back again. And watch your card balance, even though I washed, the dryer took money off my card which was supposed to be free.

Very disappointed in the staff today. I have been in the hospital for two weeks, my children attend PIC summer camp, you can imagine how much laundry has accumulated in my abscence.My mother swooped in to save the day and took enough laundry to fill the largest $20 machine which includes free detergent and free dry. After loading the machine, she was told it was out of order.Instead of being allowed to wash the clothes and receive the same deal, after all there was no sign on the machine, she had to purchase detergent and spend $26 on smaller machines.I am deeply disappointed. As a regular customer I have never known the laundromat employees to be so wanton about customer service. I will never return knowing this is how they treat elderly patrons who have done nothing wrong.
