I got a consultation asking Dr. Zellinger for his professional opinion in approving my appearance. He suggested that fillers would give me my best bang for the buck. I paid Dr. Zellinger $1100 for fillers to reduce my smile lines. afterwards, I did not notice much difference and there was a lack of symmetry. He agreed that his work lacked symmetry. He also agreed that it was a subtle difference, however, during his original consultation he emphasized a noticeable difference. He said the only way to improve things was to add more volume by paying him more money.After, his visit I received an opportunity to review, but the message said the review might be used. That explains why he has only good reviews on his site. Shame on you Dr. Evan!I wont be going back and I recommend that you look elsewhere.

Just had my first appointment for botox in my with Dr. Zelinger and it was beyond my expectations, I have had Botox done twice before and frankly it was painful and it was done by an esthetician at a spa and you could really tell as the way she did the injections it made eyebrows raise (not a good look)Dr. Zelinger gave a very informative consult prior to starting injections, I was shocked that when he started the injections I hardly felt it at all unlike the previous experience that I had that was very painful.My previous experience at the other place they were constantly upselling, Dr. Zelinger a couple of times said no you dont want to spend that much or no you dont need that .I will be going back again I had the BEST experience !

I visited Dr Zelinger for a consultation for my freckles and melesma. He was patient, kind and explained the options thoroughly and I really appreciated his honesty. I have a very low pain threshold and he explained the procedure and the pain level (he mentioned it was 3 on the scale of 10), actually I would rate it a 1 or 2. Never once did I feel pressured to go for any treatments. I was so impressed with his bedside manner and I am so happy to have found him. I will recommend everyone I know to see him, I don’t think I’ve met a better doctor.

Dr. Z is the best - wonderful bedside manner, explains everything perfectly and clearly, lets you take a break if you need one and stir fly walks you through everything. He will do everything he can to ease your pain and his personality makes him a pleasure. Plus I am seeing great results! Even though its a pretty painful ten minutes Dr. Z makes things go smoothly and helps you through it wonderfully.

Abington Aesthetic is the best! The staff is always friendly and professional. Everyone makes you feel at ease. Dr. Zelinger is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. He actually told me to wait as long as possible between my laser treatments because thats whats best for my skin; whereas, someone else in his position might be more concerned with making money. If you are looking for laser treatments, you wont find anyone better or more qualified!

I have been coming here for laser tattoo removal for the past year, and my experience has been so great that I continue to come here for my treatments despite having moved to Massachusetts. Dr. Zelinger is very knowledgable about the procedure, teaches you what you need to know to get a good result, and his bedside manner is excellent. He is kind, amd down to earth. Also: Scheduling has also always been a good experience. Anyone I have ever interacted with at the front desk has been very professional and kind as well. I have nothing bad to say about Abington Aesthetics & Laser Medical Center, and would highly recommend it to anyone. You wont regret it.

I was uncomfortable for years about getting work done. I was embarrassed because I needed it and ashamed because I thought people would know. Dr Zelinger, and his entire staff, put me totally at ease and quelled my fears. I was treated so well it was like going to an expensive Spa. I bet Dr Z would have even put cucumbers on my eyes during the procedure if I had asked ;)When I left his office I felt better and more confident than I had in a long time. Abington Aesthetics and Dr. Z himself (as well as Desirae, the receptionist!) have made me feel so comfortable here, especially being so nervous my first time deciding to do anything to my face! Very glad to say that I have been happy with my results every time. Dr. Z is calm in manner, honest, and extremely professional. He explains every procedure clearly, as well as alternatives and each pros and con. He is super skilled and has made my fear of needles totally bearable (Ive felt no pain, every injection is quick and simple!) I have been so happy with all results here and the office is clean and cozy. If you have a tattoo that you would like removed, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see Dr. Z. I have had 3 treatments so far and the results have been awesome!!! I am in the process of having 4 tattoos removed which contained red, green, black, yellow, blue and orange. What a difference I have seen!! The office staff is courteous and Dr. Z explains everything so that you feel comfortable. He will also write a prescription for numbing cream which I highly suggest!! I checked out quite a few offices before I decided to go to Dr. Z. The reasons that I chose this office were because of their honesty, knowledge, experience and reality of removing tattoos. He has all the equipment that is needed!

Dr. Zelinger is a miracle worker! I just turned 50 and the bags under my eyes were horrible. I looked like I hadn’t slept in a year or was an old man. His procedure to fix it is so good that afterwards, people would say things like “you look like you lost weight” which meant that they couldn’t tell I had a procedure done. Basically, they were saying “you look great”. Other comments were “you look really healthy, have you been working out a lot”. And only 1 close friend who also had similar bags under his eyes figured it out. I gave him Dr Zelinger’s number and he made an appointment right away. Fixing the bags under my eyes was the best thing about turning 50! The other great news is that it was fairly inexpensive. All of that would be enough to convince me but he is also a Doctor who puts you at ease with his great bedside manner. For me, getting work done on my face was scary. I had visions of winding up like Mickey Rourke. The fear goes away almost instantly when you start talking to Dr Zelinger. I felt like he really empathized with my fears and he really makes it a great experience. On top of all that, he does mind blowing work. I still can’t believe how good I look! Thank you thank you thank you. I could go on for pages about how good I look and how much more confident I feel. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a consultation.

Ive been getting botox done for about 13 years, many times at different places because I travel quite a bit. Im thrilled with the service I received from Dr. Zellinger. He was very thorough in his communication skills and Im confident in the service he performed. Desirae who took my appointment was very kind, professional, and accommodating.

Dr. Zellinger is a true professional. He is removing a shamrock (green) tattoo. He was honest and upfront that it would not be easy as green is pretty stubborn. The procedure is not that painful and I take about 4-6 months between appointments. It may take a little longer but it will be a better quality. Dr. Zellinger is the best!!

I just got back from my third visit with Dr. Zelinger and couldn’t be happier with the progress made. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and really cares about his patients. His staff is really friendly and they are accommodating to my crazy schedule. Great doctor and office all around and I highly recommend them! Its right next to the Market-Frankford line too which is nice.

Dr. Zelinger is one of the best in the business! Not only does he own his business BUT he actually does all his own treatments. I was so sick of going to a Doctor for care and then having someone else less qualified do my procedures. He is compassionate, calm, forth-right, and knowledgeable in all the latest lasers, injectables and skin care. Plus, his staff is just as nice. I was so happy with him that I sent my whole family to him and they rave just as much as I do (no simple feat, let me tell you!). Dr. Z is the best of the best. I can’t say enough about him. My skin is dark pigmented and I come here for laser tattoo removal. I have absolutely NO discoloration after several session. NO hypopigmentation. He is very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. His office is accommodating with two locations for appointments. He is honest about what you need and doesn’t make reccomendations just to upcharge or add services. I reccomend him to everyone!

I am currently in the process of a tattoo removal at Abington Aesthetic & Laser Medical Center. I had my first session yesterday. Dr. Zelinger was incredibly nice and professional. He answered all of my questions during my consultation with vast knowledge on the subject at hand. Since my tattoo that is being removed is so small, he said that I could have my first session done the same day as my consultation, which was so nice! He described how the process would be before we started, and during the process. For me, it was less than 10 seconds, which is just a bonus. I had looked into other tattoo removal places around the city, and some were cheaper, but the difference here is quality. The list of steps and instructions from other medical centers state that you can come back in a shorter amount of time after your first treatment, but Dr. Zelinger informed me that people will often get treatments spaced too close together and that is where the results will not be as good, leaving either a scar or something permanent. I am following Dr. Zelingers instructions with this process, and as a nurse, I trust his judgement strongly. I look forward to going back to my next treatment in September :).

Ive been getting a tattoo removed by Dr. Zelinger; hes been fantastic! I went to another doctor when I lived in SC and with that experience in mind can say Dr. Zelinger is a rare find in his industry. Hes extremely personable and the results from his techniques are unparalleled.

I have been a patient for over four years and I have got a variety of procedures done and Dr. Zelinger has been an extremely knowledgeable, professional and empathetic physician: he focuses on making a patient feel like theyre his only patient, and is dedicated to providing the best and most innovative treatments available while being honest and straightforward when it comes to offering realistic expectations. He is the kind of doctor who will never make you feel like you must get work or procedures done, who will insist you dont overdo anything before seeing whether youre satisfied with the results (if you want more, you can always come back, but hes usually right when he tells you dont need that extra treatment!). The office and the exam rooms are very clean and elegant, and the staff helpful and friendly. Youre never kept waiting, yet Dr. Zelinger doesnt rush you through anything, and will go over your questions and concerns to ensure that youre comfortable with whatever youre getting done, as well as thoroughly informed about the benefits and the potential risks that any medical procedure carries. I couldnt be happier with my decision to choose Abington Aesthetic for all my cosmetic work, and Im very much of a perfectionist and not so easy to satisfy. Dr. Zelinger is truly the best!

I wish he had more reviews. I am a transgender woman and he has always been so respectful of my identity as Ive been seeing him for over a year. He is very accomodating if you are a regular patient, and my only complaint is that he moves between two locations, sometimes a girl needs botox on a Tuesday!! Haha, but other than that just absolutely delightful. I will be seeing him for lip injections which I have never done, so wish me luck! (p.s. from my experience the best at laser hair removal)
