Where do I begin...Sunday morning and walk outside in pajamas and realize we locked ourselves out...I called another company that came up in a Google search and was patched through a call center then routed to another man with a NY exchange and deep accent. I was told $15 and then then an escalated fee based on the type of lock we had on our door. This could have been a very expensive lockout and there was no set price. This made me uncomfortable but I requested the call anyway because we were outside in out bed clothes and something in my gut told me to redo my search and call the Pop-A-Lock like I originally searched.I got a gentleman, after one ring, that answered and gave me a clear answer and set price. He came out within 20 minutes and began working on the door. To our surprise, the cylinder on the door apparently was installed upside down and the Pop-A-Lock gentleman stayed on the task for over an hour trying to get our awkward lock opened. He kept his cool and was very pleasant and professional.We are in the house and will have this number on speed dial in the event that we EVER get locked out of ANYTHING again.On a side note - the first company that I called came anyway, even though I had called and canceled and when I told him we got in he drove off irritated (even though I called) then I received a call from their dispatch center asking me if I really got in my house...I am SO happy I did not have them open our door - I have a feeling, with the issues we had with the lock, we would have been out a ton of money due to the lock being installed upside down. This company is so awesome! I called at 430, they arrived at 5. I locked my key fob in my car. He unlocked my car and I recovered my key. I also had a 2nd key fob where the battery was dead. He showed me how I can still use the dead key fob to start my car and he replaced the battery with no extra charges. The price was reasonable as well

Would have given 5 starts but I had to call around the time our appointment window was ending because nobody had shown up. They didnt have my contact info and forgot when the appointment was - an honest mistake but none the less they didnt show on time. When they arrived they were awesome and did a great job ! I know someone who got keys made for a Nissan Altima who had a i Key System error message on the dashboard. when the Pop-A-Lock locksmith came my friend had told him about it and that the car has a remote stater factory installed he was told that when he makes the new keys and if the car does have a remote starter already the remote starter function will work and it will get rid of the i-key system error message. when the Pop-A-Lock locksmith was done making the keys after only 20 minutes the i-key system error was still there and also the remote start function did not work my friend was told that you have to take the car to the dealership when my friend contacted a Nissan dealership he was told that because the locksmith use an aftermarket device to make the keys and program them that is the reason why the I Key System error is still there and the remote starter function is not working

Bill is hands down one of the nicest, genuine, and honest guys Ive ever done business with. We ended up losing our keys to an older vehicle while out mountain biking, and Bill told us upfront that he was a ways away on another job, and wed probably be able to get someone else out there sooner. Long story short, 5 hours and two no-shows later from other locksmiths, I called Bill back and he quickly agreed to rush over late at night to get us out of the predicament we were in. He has a PhD in chemistry and practiced law, and is simply taking a break to try something new, which truly makes him stand out and well above from the rest of the locksmiths in Philly that have no problem stringing you along for 4+ hours while promising to be there in 15 minutes.

Many months ago, (I know, I suck at writing timely reviews) Shane came to my location (SUPER CONVENIENT) and installed security locks on my work truck. He did a great job and at a fair price. There were a few obstacles to the installation but they were handled wonderfully. The locks they provided were high quality and still perform flawlessly. Luckily, for me anyway, I dont interact with locksmiths all that much but as long as they offer the service/s I require, theyll be my go to shop.

Was locked out my apartment all day. Went to work and when I got off, I called numerous of locksmiths around 12:30 am into 5:00 am. Dan was the only one who answered my prayers. I had the need to use this service twice this fall. One for a general maintenance issue for my car locks and one after a vandalism of the same vehicle. Bill was my service technician for the general maintenance issue and he was very professional. He took the time to explain the problem I was having and resolved the issue. Dan was the service technician for the second issue that involved vandalism. He went above and beyond to resolve this issue which allowed me not to have to make an additional trip to a body shop to have the work completed.
