I contacted them to check on a package my brother paid for 2 day delivery. My mother cancer medication . I asked about a refund due to it not being delivered when it was supposed to. He for rude and stated that he didnt give refund. All I wanted was him to point me in the correct direction since he sure took our money without hesitation. His name is Greg or something of the sort. Very disappointed.

Greg is awful. Every time you step in here, youre guaranteed to get trapped in an awkward, frequently aggressive or inappropriate conversation.The service is unreliable as others have stated. I frequently see mail just sitting outside the shop because they werent open when they were supposed to be.

I have used this postal service for about 15 years, mailed hundreds of parcels, and never had a problem, they are excellent.
