I had to pick up a suit for my fiance since he was the best man in the wedding. They had the wrong jacket so I took it back the day before the wedding. After waiting 30 minutes to bring out the right jacket the jacket seemed small and tight despite them having the correct measurements. He still looked great but I didnt like that the jacket seemed tight. Try on everything before you leave this store.

I have a wonderful time there. The person who help us out was wonderful 🐱. I will let of people about this store 🙂🏪.

MDW is amazing. Took my wedding dress there to be altered back in 2015 called off the wedding and was determined to leave the dress there. Here it is 5 years later and the sweet lady Rosalina made it her job to search for it and was able to find my dress. She is a godsend. Customer service impeccable❤

They messed up my shoes twice

I took my dress here and the lady who I didn’t know did the alterations walked up the stairs with a bag of groceries and put her hands on my beautiful dress. When I checked her about it apologizing for my tone after I was done getting fitted, she decided she didn’t want to do my alterations. So, I suppose she was angry because I told her not to put her dirty hands on my brand new dress. Also she cowardly didn’t have the decency to tell me herself but told the other lady who pinned me to tell me. But that was all well and good I took my business elsewhere. They were not professional and I will not recommend them and it’s ashamed as I was recommended to go there by two people. My experience was horrible. I can say the gentleman downstairs was very nice and stopped me on the way out as he can tell I was angry

My experience was amazing!!! I found my perfect wedding dress in a matter of minutes!! I cant remember my girl friend name but she know her stuff!!! Very good prices and lovely dresses!!! Wonderful experience!!! They made my day even more special!!! You guys rock!!!!

Truly wouldn’t recommend this place at all! The Chinese Guy was very playful and messed up our order badly! We had to come back to the store the day off the wedding because half the guys had grey shoes instead of black! He also had a lot of added charges at the end! We asked for tuxedo shirts and he gave us regular shirts. Lastly he continued to call Me the day after the event about returning the suits when I told him already I’d return them when I got off work.

Rented a suit here for my wedding. The staff were helpful and provided a perfect fitting suit for me and my groomsmen. Unfortunately, they could not remember receiving my suit which i had my brother-in-law return for me the day after. My brother-in-law had to take off work the next day to visit the shop. They didnt believe that he returned the suit. Only after they looked at the security footage and seen him return it was this situation resolved. Overall, the tux were amazing. Just make sure to ask for a receipt when returning your rentals.

Everyone from the ladies upstairs with the dresses to the older gentlement runing the suit shop was so great. Roselina, sorry if I spelled your name wrong, was wonderful. She helped me pick out a great dress. Was patient with all my questions and my familys question. This was my first stop for a dress. It might be my last shop.

Its an ok shop, with lots of options.The workers seem friendly and helpful.I came here for my son for prom tux. I recommend for all special occasions.

They are very expensive. The man that is the head of the men’s department was a little rude. And charged me $450.00 to make a suit jacket! If your charging this kind of money than customer service needs to be very good and patience.

This is the second year I came to rent clothes and the service was great both times.

I order my daugther prom grown back in December 2017 I was told that the grown would come in Macrh 2018 because the company take 3 months. Remind you the grown is paid for in full and it wasnt cheap 960.00 I started calling in April they said it wasnt in yet that the company should be sending it soon. Take notes my daughter proms is tommrow and the grown just came last Thrusday I was told they would rush the alternative please example to me how her prom is a day away and still dont have the grown never again
