Ive used this company about 4 times now, and I love it. Its so easy to price things and order online, they never fail with due dates, and the quality is great.Ordered backdrop with stands and needed them for an event for the weekend. Picked up the backdrops in 2 days. Thanks!!!

This was my first time getting labels printed and initially, through text the were nice and attentive. However, I specifically asked what way the label would be printed as it was extremely important that my labels were printed so that the name is visible for 8oz beverage bottles. The employee printed it incorrectly and was extremely rude about the misunderstanding. If you are getting print work done for the first time do not use this company. They offered to fix but it would take an additional 3 days and I need them for tomorrow which is why I chose their same day printing service. What you will get here is fast but possibly insufficient and unprofessional service. As a holder of an MBA degree and several years of Fortune 500 customer service experience this place was the worst. I would never recommend and I will be sure to let my local colleagues know to no longer use this business. If I spend money, I expect to be treated with respect

I ordered and paid for my products Friday and was told I could pick them up on Wednesday. However, no one has answered the phone for 2 days. I had to report it as fraud because I’m pretty sure that’s what happened here.

They saved my life for my products! Very professional they exceeded my expectations im sitting in the car right now writing a review. I needed these fast and they were helpful and fast.

Great quality prints and timely service.

Used MB3 printing services for the first time a few weeks ago, product turned out very nice. The rep. was very nice and the prices was affordable. Today I returned and the owner was very rude. He stated that his business has been around for the last 18 years & that I probably wasn’t even 18. After explaining that I liked his services he stated that I could take my money else where MULTIPLE times. The issue was that he was not accepting the sticker paper I brought in, which was the same sticker paper used before by this company. He also tried charging different prices than I paid before and I showed him my receipt from but he stated he did not care. He was very rude, nasty, disrespectful and every other word that relates. I WILL NEVER RETURN

I called to find out information and they were very polite, answered all my questions. Great place to do business.

They were absolutely awesome. Super patient with us and made sure our booklet was exactly how we wanted and how we wanted it.There was a hiccup in the printing but they worked hard and were great to correct it and gave a us a beautiful product!
