Hello,I chose to go with m3 Printing due to the high ratings online.I am not pleased with my experience at M3 Printing. From what I see online your store hours are until 6 PM . When I arrived in the store on 9/28/2020 I was told by Christine ? a little after 4 that you were about to close. After placing my order, I was not given an e-mail or reached out to by closed of business day in regards to what e-mail I should send my document to and was then subsequently notified that I would be charged extra for submitting my document late the next day. Yes my document was offered to be printed earlier. Christine did say that this item was available for expedited service, however there were some aspects of the service I did not like. I understand that the customer is supposed to look over the proof. However the purpose of me sending a perfect document is not to go back and forth correcting the proofs. By the way these grammar mistakes were not in my original and then after correcting, and there even more in the revised edition sent back to me. I am not upset by mistakes but I am upset when others try to make their mistakes my fault. It was presented to me as if I was In the same way I found easy mistakes the printer can as well. This was a fairly easy job, there was really no design needed . In addition to that after receiving my proof, I later notice over 5 mistakes that were not in my original document. I will not cancel this order, however I will not be using this printing service again. Christine the representative I spoke with seemed in a hurry ( I guess there were more important orders to fill ?) and for 100 basic gloss brochures @ $200.00 there are a wide range of market options. I am not satisfied with the service I received. The original gentleman I spoke with seemed very nice however, something went downhill from there. Im sure this can be a demanding business, I am a educator myself and understand customer service well, however there is no reason to be disrespectful and hang up on any client, cause I definitely could not hang up on a parent. To be fair, I cannot say M3 needs to work on customer service as a whole because I have not met everyone there however, this could have a better and....cheaper experience with the representative I had.

I have been using M3 for years and years. Every time I switch companies I bring M3 with me. With all the online printing options out there, it is awesome to be able to work with someone (local) and direct. Quality and speed is always excellent. I appreciate that Marc always replies super quick. We have even used him for our NY office because we havent found anyone as quick and reliable as M3.

If I could leave this company zero stars I would. My companys experience with M3 was a nightmare. The owner Marc is completely incompetent, slow to respond and acts as if his business is an inconvenience to him.We attempted to have vinyl labels printed with M3. I had been in slow back and forth communication with Marc for about two months before our artwork was ready to go to print. We had a graphic designer handle the artwork for us and created it to the specs given by M3 to make sure it would be appropriate for their printer.When we were finally ready to print the turn around was slow. We picked up the labels and come to find that Marc had printed one of the raw images burried in our linked files. We were on a deadline and had a photoshoot that had to be canceled. An employee apologized, opened my file in illustrator on the computer and couldnt understand why something else was printed. Marc was out of the office and it was a Friday so nothing could be done.Marc called me shortly after to apologize. And by apologize I mean blame my designer for sending confusing files and take no blame. Marc said its easier to open a jpeg than an illustrator file because I dont have illustrator on my computer. My jaw dropped. I asked him why he didnt have illustrator on his computer since he owned a printing company. He couldnt give me an answer. Note these files were packaged per typical printing standards. When I explained to him that I watched his employee open the file without an issue, Marcs response was well it wasnt on my computer because I dont know how to do that. After more excuses and me continuously asking Marc to stop yelling at me and tell me what he was going to do to fix the issue he said well its Friday afternoon, so I cant even look at this until Monday and I have other jobs so I cant even think about printing it until Wednesday or Thursday.Why I didnt go to another printing company by this point was stupidity on my part, but it gets worse. I called Marc on Monday and he didnt get back to me until late that afternoon. He said that he needed a quarter inch bleed on the artwork instead of the eighth inch bleed listed on his website and that we had discussed prior to printing. These were highly graphic images all completed by different artists with an eighth inch bleed. Adding an additional bleed was not possible without changing the artwork completely. It was also a really odd spec considering the labels were only 3x8 and smaller.My designer attempted to add the additional bleed. When Marc sent the printing proofs back they were horrendous and not what we sent. He claimed his designer had attempted to adjust them because my designer didnt know what she was doing. At this point I asked for a refund because I had no confidence in Marcs ability to complete the job. After more of Marcs childish begging and passing the blame I finally got him to agree to issue the refund.The next day I contacted 5 different printing companies with my original files. None of the companies had any issues and I had them printed and shipped to me next day without an issue.This review is solely reflecting on M3s printing services, I cannot speak to their designers. Marc is unprofessional, childish and rude. Avoid this company.

It was last minute and my late fathers name was spelled wrong on his own funeral picture and picture cards. Andrew G always takes care of me when I go to M3 with my printing needs. Whether it is personal or for my work, Ive always been happy with the service and the results. The turnaround is quick, the quality is nice, Andrew is very responsive and the prices are reasonable.

At one point, this company was solid, but as of recently, they have completely fallen off!! They offer no proofs (unless you pay for it), which makes sense now since the first print was completely screwed up and they didnt want to scare you away with their poor quality of printing. I specifically sent my images ahead of time and verified they would print properly, however, when i went to go pick up my business cards (which i ordered rush delivery on), they were not centered on either the front or back. The rounded edges looked as if someone used scissors and manually cut a few of them. The colors looked old and warn out.They are currently in reprint and i was told i would get complementary shipping for the mistake. However, promised shipping is set at 10 business days from the original order date. I ordered them rush for a reason, which obviously fell through. I had to fight to get a refund for the rush, which only was returned as store credit (MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER BE USED SINCE I REFUSE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN).I was told by co-workers to stay away, but the price was too good to pass up. Everyone, please beware as you get what you paid for with this company!!Im anxious to see how poorly the reprint will be when i do finally receive them. Crossing my fingers!!

One place tried to charge me $26, which was absurd for 6 pieces of paper.My friend and I googled the best print places near us, and M3 printing was the first one to pop up. We took a gamble and it’s paid off!The customer service was outstanding! Chris was welcoming, accommodating, and super helpful. Our prints came quite quickly and we were able to get back to business.Overall, this will become my new place to print when I’m in the area!
