Traumatized by the whole experience since Dec 10 10 to now . Health Department has been here epidemic. People sick place is horrible dirty as ever.No service from OHS I am embarrassed for the respect level from most of the supposedly qualified staff supervisors casemanagement and director.For the disregard and bad behaviour towards me I forgive them.
