Front desk people where very rude and disrespectful, I kept telling them I was deaf in one ear and they where even more disrespectful, it is obvious they dont like homeless people, yet they work with homeless and collect a pay check. The only good thing about the place was the case manager, she was very caring and professional, even though she could only give me advice she didnt treat me as less than or a nobody, whoever funds these places really need to go in and see how there money is being used, no wonder Philadelphia has so many homeless people that just give up
