The consistent help making sure we make the right choice with the ear phone to the point of knowing it is working for you and your lifestyle. The quality of my hearing is like a miracle. I’m a younger patient and was nervous and anxious about this experience but Samantha was very thorough in directing me thru the process and Grady (Hearing Care Professional) made me feel very normal and I appreciated that. Grady is passionate about this and he made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. He even scheduled me for follow up appointments once I received my devices to make sure I was comfortable and they were working for me. I went to miracle ear on 47 th and Snyder in South Philadelphia. I went with my dad to help him and make sure he wasnt taken advantage of. Well let me say they were very professional and caring. Starting with the receptionist. She was wonderful and had a true sense of concern for my Dad. She went over everything, so we could make a informed decision, while we waited for the hearing Tech. Then my dad did the free hearing test. We already knew he needed aides. He is 75, but it wasnt any pressure from tech to buy. He wasnt trying to force a sale. Which was what I was worried about . Why I went with my Dad. He said we should shop around, its a big decision. So my dad didnt buy, we went to another place and didnt like them at all. So all being said we are going back there to purchase the aides. It was a wonderful experience, professional and caring. Just what we need when make a significant purchase of this magnitude. Keep up the good work guys . My aunts will be visiting u guys soon also. Thanks a bunch!!!

Twice we made an appointment. Twice they were unprepared to see my mother in law. No cancellation/phone call to us so we drove 2 hrs round trip for nothing.
