I’ve been using Phonak hearing aids since 2013. I have used Dr. Dougherty as my audiologist for 2 years now. Her office is centrally located in Philadelphia and I’m very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Dougherty and her Office Manager, Kim. They are flexible with rescheduling appointments and Dr. Dougherty has programmed my hearing aids better than several other audiologists since 2013. I highly recommendCenter City Hearing for audiology testing, hearing aids and any other hearing related concerns.

Ive seen many doctors for my hearing-related issues, and Dr. Dougherty has been the most helpful, kind, and patient of all of them. Her receptionist is a pleasure as well. I always feel welcomed, cared for, and listened to when I visit the office. The treatment she has provided and the aids she suggested have been wonderful. 5 stars for sure :)

Have been wearing aids for over 45 years and have used the services of several audiologists, some I thought were great (outlived them) but none ever gave me the fantastic and prompt service that I now get from Ann at Center City Hearing. You cant go wrong.

Anne Dougherty and Kim should write thee book on Customer Service for they are the Gold Standard in center city Philly for providing perfect healthcare.They make you feel appreciated and good service is a lost art but not at Anne Doughertys practice.....
