No help when u out of meds and u cant get a refill for important meds cause ur doctor dont call back and have to wait for them to and they expect u to go without ur meds till they get back to u not cool

Very good place. Clean waiting room with fresh water available. Never wait too long. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. My therapist is great, a perfect match for me.

There is NO WAY a new patient has to wait over a month to get a prescription refill. If your particular psychiatrist is out sick for weeks, someone else should be able to pick up the phone and call in a refill. You leave messages for certain people and they NEVER return your call. I can not believe how patients are treated. This is totally UNACCEPTABLEUPDATE: Spoke to Ryan and he was able to fix all of my concerns. I will say that everyone that I previously spoke to was very nice, Mariam, Zach, Sherry and especially Jamika. It was just a unavoidable situation and I am glad that its been resolved

Im a new patient, and my therapist is nice, understanding, and seems to care about me and helping me. The place is slightly dirty, but Ive only been there once so Im not sure if its always like that. For now, I like it.

I have been going here for a little over a year and I love it! They really care about their patients. The front desk staff is always friendly and nice.

No response, you go there for your appointment, see them picking up phone calls and wonder why when you call no one picks up, or they pick up and hang up on you. When you call back, the phone just rings and rings and rings. Unprofessional.

My family at one time or another different individuals have gone here and I do now ( love the new locations and building) excellent staff and clean,kind,caring people.

While I like my nieces therapist, trying to get a return phone call from the psychologist or the office staff is a nightmare. I left 3 messages in 10 days and never received a return call. I spoke to a live person and left 2 voice mails. When I did receive a call back it was to reschedule the appt that I was trying to make sooner. I called office manager to complain, NO response. Completely unprofessional.

This facility is a joke! Very unprofessional and unorganized. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone seeking counseling for themselves or children.

Business has been operating illegally in residential neighborhood under the guise of a single therapist practicing from home. CFAR has 15 full time therapists and attendant clients cluttering a quiet residential neighborhood, bring an unstable element to bear on a family neighborhood with many small children.

Great place for kids can go for consulting with problems they have
