Not the place to go if you care about your money. You pay at time of service, but the accounting department will not provide an invoice for you to file with your insurer. Today is July 1, and I am still waiting for an invoice for sessions which concluded on May 19th. You can call and email until you are blue in the face. You won’t get the invoice.

Amazing place with staff that really care about helping you, even if you cant afford much. Would recommend to anyone, the parking is good especially for the city.
