Been a customer since Royal Bank days, just love it when they call every customer that comes in by their names when I was still the store manager at Dunkin 1324 Walnut St. Very professional staff to this day.

The tellers there are quite rude unprofessional & Lack basic customer service skills.

Seems like theyre trying to get rid of the old Royal Bank customers .
