I used them per my brokers recommendation, and they did not settle the bills correctly so I ended up paying for some of the sellers bills. They did not apologize for the incident at all and were busy being defensive rather than focusing on solving the problem they created. By law they need to pay them but I was so tired of communicating with them that I just paid for them. Very unprofessional. I saw on other reviews to contact the branch manager, but the branch manager was in charge of my deal. Melissa Sturgis

Fantastic title company. Quick to close and on point with communication!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Despicable, rude, slow, and condescending. It should not take a title company 3 months to close a cash deal. How about you have a meeting with all of your employees, and get on the same page. It was a new story every single week. Take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.
