This Dental office has been truly amazing for me from the Receptionist who was very kind and helpful, the hygienist was very detailed and knowledgeable. But the best part was Dr. Oleg and the work he’s done for me to have my smile back and given me such gratitude and he took all my worries and fears at rest. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone even if you have to travel as I do to come here. Thank you again Dr Oleg and all his Staff.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk for nearly ten minutes. When the two ladies came in neither one was friendly nor polite. I helped myself to the new patient registration form and filled it out myself. The doctor came prior to the ladies coming back looking for something, and he was very pleasant and said hello. I was so looking forward to my visit, but I couldn’t take anymore of the rudeness from the women at the front desk. One of the ladies kept taking her mask on and off even though the sign clearly says to leave your mask on. This dentist came highly recommended and I’m sure the dentist is great but his staff needs some customer service training.

This is my second time coming here and I am still satisfied with the service, professionalism and immediate attention I receive. My hygienist is very nice, personable and answered the questions I had. Thankfully I only get cleanings done so I really can’t comment on any extensive work by the Doctor, but I’m satisfied with this practice.

Took my mother to Dr. Amayev for implant consultation. The doctor answered all the questions and was able to extract the teeth same day in the preparation for the implant placement. Extraction was painless and my mom could not wait to go back. Amazing front desk, assistants and the doctor himself. Highly recommend. I cannot wait to see final results and am scheduling an appointment myself to see this doctor.

They pulled out my teeth! But they did it well and mostly painlessly. And put up with a dental-phobic man-baby in the process. I generally hate the dentist but these people make it not quite so bad. 😷

Im a first time patient and the staff couldnt have been nicer. From checking in to checking out, it couldnt have been faster. For your viewing pleasure there was a TV in the room. Facility was top of the line and spotless. The doctor was awesome. My only complaint is that I didnt find this place sooner.

Office is just great for me and my teenage children. Super efficient.Super professional bit also friendly and polite service. Follow up, confirmation services and follow through is exceptional.My husband has major surgery with dentist and had zero problems during recovery.Dr. did wonderful job and the regular check ins throughout the recovery where appreciated and also showed their genuine care for their patients. HiI saw the dental hygienist today. She is amazing! She takes the best care of me and I could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice. The dentist is professional, knowledgeable and definitely cares about his patients. I would not hesitate to follow any of his recommendations and I have total trust in any work that needs to be performed. My experience has been very positive. I found the staff at North East Dental center to be highly professional and courteous. I had crowns and implants done. The procedures were painless and the results were excellent. I highly recommend NEDC.

I decide to write a review today because lately I feel that I cant tolerate the horrible customer service skills I experience from medical and dental providers alike. I called to ask a few simple questions. It wasnt going to a long phone call. I just want a confirmation. After inquiring my concern I heard an irritated oh my god on the other end. Was that necessary? The dentist is a good dentist. He definitely have solid skills and a couple a months ago did operations that saved me from all pain and suffering. I am really thankful. But in end I dont want to treated as an annoying bug.

Due to Covid-19, I was unable to have my normal routine teeth cleaning I was just so excited to finally get them done

Since I have been a patient of Dr. Oleg he has saved my teeth and has been very compassionate and engaged in my oral health. This line of work is really the office passion. Lastly, the reminders through text and phone calls are the greatest because I always remember when my next appointment is even if I lose my train of thought of when it is.
