I had a great experience with this office. They were all very professional and friendly. The office had new equipment and a nice waiting room. I had x-rays and a cleaning done. I was very happy with my visit and will be back for my next annual visit.

The only good part about this place is that I was in and out quickly. The fillings they did were horrible made the pain in my teeth so much worse I now get frequent infections and most of my fillings have fallen. I also have full coverage insurance and they tried to charge me 500$ for a root canal. No thanks. Dont go here. Theyll just refer u to temple anyways.

I was happy to find a good dental office in the area because I do not own a car. It is down the street from my house which suits me perfectly. I made an appointment for next week. So far so good!

I was on time to my appointment and so were they! The doctor did a really AMAZING job on my teeth I am definitely going to come back and get a cleaning in a few more months because its nice to have nice teeth! I definitely recommend Germantown Dental!

I moved from NYC to Philly a year or so ago and decided to stick with the same doctor and dentist just so I didnt have deal with the hassle . When a friend recommended Germantown dental, I was hesitant but I gave it a try. The half a year teeth cleaning treatment was done so well that I decided to get my teeth whitened, and I couldnt be happier! I hate to be repetitive but modern office and high quality work.

I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist, until I visited this office! Now I cannot wait to go back! I have never seen such a CLEAN, well-organized office! Everyone works as a team to make your experience unforgettable! This is the only place I will ever get my teeth cleaned! Great work guys!!!

LOL!! at previous reviews! Its obvious that these are employees of the dental office. I dont know about this place because I came here to get a routine exam and they told me that I had a few cavities in back of my mouth. So when I went to get a second and third opinion, the dentists told me they did not see anything. You have to keep a lookout for places like this because all they want to do is get in your pockets. Always get a second or third opinion. Also, the neighborhood is horrible!

Terrible.I called and got a appointment for the same day which was good.It was terrible because the staff were really GHETTO which doesnt surprise me because of its location.They didnt do a good job on my teeth because they were to worried about gossip, going home and stuffing their faces.Playing GHETTO music and singing while they were working on my teeth.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Nice outer office and professional polite and helpful office staff. However, the person (an Asian woman who,never introduced herself) that took over after the assistant xrayed me was the worst. She mumbled thru her mask and acted annoyed if I needed her to clarify what she said. She examined my teeth briefly, left the room and returned to hand me a script and a referral then left the room as I sat awaiting further instructions (e.g., we are done). The original assistant returned as I sat bewildered and asked if i had any questions - which i did. The person was summoned and looked annoyed that I wanted clarification of what shed written, and told me to just tell whoever I called with the referral that they just need to look at something. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this facility - strictly based on this person

GREAT CUSOTMER SERVICE, NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY MAY BE THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL VALUED AND THATS APPRECIATED, DENTAL WORK WAS EXCELLENT ASWELL!
