Had a minor issue with my cursor and took it to Best IT. The gentleman looked at it, made a few changes in the system and viola! The cursor is working fine. I took my laptop to get repaired before Christmas. He said he would give me a call the day after New Years but he didn’t. I called every 2 days and was told that he would call me back in 10 mins every single time. He never called for over a month them said he couldn’t fix it. Just great!

Dropped my iphone x in the morning, shattered my screen and the touchpad stopped working. Spent majority of the afternoon researching almost every repair option with it all leading to $300-$600 repairs which is WAY out of my budget. The best IT guru was introduced to me by a friend, and when I called them, they brought me in within a couple hours and had be repair done in 30 minutes and for an insanely reasonable price. This will now be my go to place for any type of electronic repairs and I will be recommending to everyone.

If I could give this a zero star I will. I read the reviews and I was like this sounds like a great place. And $80 to fix your phone screen? Sounds great to me. I went there, gave them my cracked phone screen and indeed it was fixed. My phone screen was looking great again. I go to turn the phone andI realized that my iPhone was bringing an error message that my fingerprint could not be recognize. I asked the Tech about this error and he admitted he gave me a broken part and asked me to come back within a couple days for a new part. While I waited, I realized my home button was getting extremely hot and my phone was dying faster than the battery life. My battery percentage will read 80% & literally 20mins later it’s at 15%. A couple days wait turned to a whole week. I kept calling and calling but they kept saying the parts wasn’t available. I finally went there and he said he had a part for my home button but it was in color white (my phone is black). I walked out very upset. Oh yea, they also sold me headphone that ended up not working properly and refused to take it back because I didn’t have the box. I wasted a total of $120 at this place. THINK WISELY BEFORE GOING HERE. Yes they’re nice individuals but CUSTOMER SERVIVE IS ZERO!PS: I had ABSOLUTELY NO issues with my phone before going here! Soon as they changed my LCD, everything started going wrong. The phone is trash now. Thank you for destroying it!

The short of it, recently I had to go to this place to fix an iPhone 6S that I broke trying to fix myself and they fixed it no problem. Good prices, good service. I highly recommend the spot. The long of it I purchased a screen replacement for my sister for Christmas and attempted to change it myself. Ended up breaking more than I fixed. Called a few other phone repair shops and they would not touch the phone because I had already taken out many screws from the device( iPhone screws are notoriously difficult to put back in the same place due to size differences) but this place said they would sit there until we got it and dident take them more then 30 minutes to put back together the mess with the new screen. I definitely recommend you check them out before most other repair shops. Prices are pretty good too. The whole reason I even attempted the change myself was because other shops told me between 100 and 130 but they did the screen swap for 60
