Good service, came in and got my iPhone screen changed quickly with no issues. Will come back in the future when needed.Update: Just be careful with screen changes on iPhones. I can clearly see a difference in quality of the screens with the one they replaced. There are lines throughout the screen and when I charge my phone now the touch goes crazy and I cannot use my phone while charging.

Quick fast saved my phone from water damage great employees

Please avoid this establishment if you can. They had my device up to 3 weeks trying to diagnose the problem. They misdiagnosed it repeatedly with each iteration needing a new part that ran up the bill. In the end, they offered the least optimal solution - more $$$ and waiting another 1-1.5 months to fix the phone. Additionally, the owner said they took so much time because they were waiting on me - blatant lie. Conveniently forgot the episode where they ordered a part and never showed up. Also like someone else mentioned on here - the owner / manager refuses to take any responsibility for the missteps on their end. Hate to caution against a small business, but it is what it is.

I had an iPad Air 2 whose screen was cracked and needed it replaced. I called 15-17 different places in Philly and this one came up as the cheapest. I checked their reviews and they were consistently great.I spoke with a gentleman who worked here to get more details on price, time to do the work, etc.In the end I settled on these folks.I brought the tablet in at ~4:30 and was told to expect to pick it up in 24 hours. At about 11am the next day they called saying it was ready.It was an OEM replacement, and done perfectly. Their professionalism and knowledge were great to see. Ditto the least expensive option of the pack.If I require further tablet work, I’ll be bringing it back to Eazy.

OVERDUE REVIEW...I can’t even fathom how great the service was and how much they’ve helped me with my MacBook Air issue. I’ve been in battle with Apple and other service providers about a firmware lock issue I had on my refurbished 2013 MacBook Air for about 3 years. The issue was I was in the middle of an update where my laptop had crashed unexpectedly and resulted in a startup error where it would crash every time it loaded. This led to a reset being possible through Apple however there was firmware lock that I had no idea about. Apple said unless I had original proof of purchase or knew that password there was nothing they could do :(. What really sucks is I had the computer for 2 years at that point and no contact with the college prep program that gave it to me for completing the program. So I went the route of try other providers that were connected to Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t want to lose out because I don’t have the money for the cost of a whole new MacBook so I gave up. Then earlier this year I came across Eazy computers, and explained my issue to Charlie and he took with no problem and good price for computer that was looked as old and done for. Within 4 days I picked up my MacBook and it was back online...unfortunately I lost old things because the data was corrupted. I didn’t mind because the most important thing was I got my laptop back and honestly don’t remember what those included anyway lol. They also have items in store available such as accessories,refurbished computers, and unlocked phones for good prices. Highly recommend they are 100% honest and responsive with their services. I look forward to going to them for any future needs!

I wanted to get a screen protector installed on my iPhone. The girl that assisted me couldn’t installed well as there was a bubble on the screen that wouldn’t go away. Per my previous experiences, when a bubble stays like that, close to the edge of the display, the protector ends up lifted in a few days.She then offered me to pay 15 instead of 20, if I installed it myself. So I went home with the screen protector only to find out that she had given me the wrong one, so I had to go back to the store tell her about it, she wouldn’t try to install it herself again, so I had to go back home and try by myself, I really found it super difficult to install, long story short I wasted my money and my time for something that I could’ve done myself in the first place, for half the money.By the way as it incredible as it sounds, two of three people in the shop were not wearing masks, avoid.

We sent a phone for repair last November (2020) and were told the phone has been sent back. However, we still havent received the phone back and its January of 2021. Spoke to Charlie (manager) several times but hes refusing to own up to the responsibility. If the package was sent but not received or lost, the sender has to be responsible for the package itself being delivered successfully. Very disappointed.

I brought my PC into Eazy Computer Repair for an issue with my webcam. I had been unable to use my webcam for 3 months and had been searching for a solution to no avail. I brought my laptop in for a 40$ diagnostic visit and the technician identified the problem and fixed it within a day. I had my laptop back within 48 hours. Quick, professional, and easy!

Excellent communication and service, with much lower prices than others I called.

Took my computer here cause it kept shutting off randomly. After a month they told me it was fixed, I picked it up and within ten minutes it froze and said the keyboard was disconnected which was a new issue. Took it back, then picked it up a day later and within a few hours it was randomly shutting off again. Took it back a third time and they had it for a week then told me there wasnt an issue. It shuts down on me multiple times an hour so Im not sure how thats possible. It also now tells me the battery is low and to plug it in even when its as high as 70% (and despite them saying they replaced the battery). I spent almost $500 and the problem was never fixed. I never wrote a review before but this was extremely frustrating and I wasted a ton of money

Cracked my phone screen and my manager at work told me about this place. Came in told the the situation, they told me it would take on half hour but I was in and out within 20 mins. Great place, cheap prices and my phone works great. Would definitely recommend...........So above was written on 10/15/19 and was only written because they give you a free temp glass if you do. As of 10/16/19 my phone has been giving me so many problems. Before they fix any device they tell you that they’re not responsible for anything that happens after they’re finished with your device, so because I badly needed my phone fixed, I signed the waiver. The next day my phone immediately started acting up. I could just be scrolling at the phone would stick or click on things I didn’t click on and it’s frustrating. Then recently my screen just kept blacking out. It starts off looking like the screen is bleeding out then it’s just turn completely blue, then I have to keep opening and closing the phone until the screen act rights. I never had these problems before I took my phone there, and now I gotta pay Apple a ton of money to fix a problem they caused. Upset is an understatement.

Super close to university city and very easy to find and repair my iPhone 6s plus screen replace. I just waited for 30 mins to got the very good screen. The price is really reasonable, and people here are very nice. Really nice experience to come here! Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. It is far more affordable and convenient than the Apple store. It is simple to make an appointment online, and they can fix your screen in less than an hour. They will even pick up and drop off your phone if need be. Charlie said last Friday afternoon he did not think I would post a review for the free tempered glass because everyone says they will. But I told him I would and here it is! Hopefully, I don’t find myself in this situation very often. But I will happily go back every time.

Very fast repair!

I broke my display, and had it replaced here. When I got my macbook back the fixed display came with a green hue that was not there before. After a week, the screen is not displaying correctly again.

Like the guys, they are professional and give honest quotes. Dont go to best buy geek squad instead go to these guys.

I usually do not write reviews because I generally forget to. But this place is so beyond wonderful I’m writing this as soon as I got home! I came here to get my cracked iPad screen fixed. I called ahead of time to get an estimate for pricing and the woman I spoke with on the phone gave me a great understanding for how much it would be and the timeframe. The prices here are incredibly fair and competitive in the market. If you choose to go to Apple they will no doubt charge you twice the amount. Anyway, I dropped off my iPad, it was the same price I was quoted over the phone and was told it will take about 3 hours. I went out to dinner and received a call to pick up my iPad. It was completely fixed and and no additional charges were added. When I got home I realized there were a few dead spots on my iPad that were not there before. I called the store the next morning and I was told to drop off my iPad and they would fix it no charge! Again I dropped off my iPad and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. I came back and he showed me that the screen was completely fixed with no dead spots and also assured me that if there were any other issues I had a 30 day warranty to come back! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone with tech needs. Please check them out! I was also not asked to write this review - my thoughts and opinions are my own.

The staff here were great, and the work they did was excellent too. Fast turnaround, I dropped my phone off around 2 and it was done maybe an hour or so later. They did charge a small amount more than a local competitor, but seemed a lot more professional so I ultimately trusted them more. I would definitely return here if I have the misfortune of breaking my phone (or any other device) again.

I brought a LG G4 from Eazy Computers at 2005 Chestnut Street. It cost me $200.00 it worked for approximately 2 1/2 months. I went back to the place of business and informed the owner, I believe, and he informed me that their phones only have 30 day warranty and since the motherboard needs to be replaced, he offered to give me 1/2 off if I brought another phone. I think that the phones he repairs are only good for 30 days and he will just keep making money off of you if you fall into his trap! I informed he that the phone was for my wife for mothers day and he could have cared less. I think what he did (and probably has done on more than one occasion) is reprehensible! Wouldnt even give me store credit for something else. All he wanted was more money from me. I am definitely gonna sue him, not so much for the money but the principal! He knowing that the refurbished phones he sells are garbage that is why he only gives a certain time return policy. It does state the return policy on the receipt, (which I didnt even notice and he didnt even bother to tell me because I would not have brought the phone), But I am truly gonna do my best in court to see that he does not keep ripping people off!
