Still waiting for geek squad to come put my TV on the wall.... No response
Sent my daughter with her Dell lap top purchased in July she let Geek idiot check after she explain that it was not charging and he told her nothing wrong with it but had the nuts to instruct her that if it’s charger she has to buy new one . Hey Geek, purchased July so 1yr warranty and insured, why try to take advantage false info and still not working, off to another Geek store. Never again purchase from Best Buy & defective products.
This place is terrible. Not helpful in the least. Wont answer the phone. It took me calling a different store to get transferred over to the geek squad here. The only reason the other stored was, called was because the line transferred me there after 25 minutes of no answers. I got in store and they werent even busy. Then said they still couldnt help me.
