Pit stop is definitely my go-to car wash! They’re great there. I always try to stop by on the way to work and they always make sure I’m in and out with my car appearing spotless every time!! I recommend the supreme wash.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE This was argued to me by a worker saying this wheel was clean after a $30 truck wash, bad service bad attitude and my truck was still dirty nice smear job. Cheap on Armor all vacumm was satisfactory i guess

I’ve gotten my car cleaned at Pit Stop many times before, but I think today has been my best experience yet! I am thrilled with quality & price of the new COVID friendly option they are offering. I don’t have to get out of my car until after the exterior is complete. Then the crew vacuums & wipes the entire interior making it look better than ever. Definitely will be going back for this great service & will suggest to anyone!

They do a good job cleaning my truck. Only complaint I hv is the the guys drying the cars dont do a thorough job. I tip them regardless tho.

Anybody know their details on using the self service washing bays with bucket washing. Obviously i would go at night when nobody is around so i dont keep people waiting. Just need the pressure washer to rinse my car between the bucket washes.

I had my car detailed last week and it looks brand new!! I had many black marks on my white Cadillac SUV from the center city parking garages I frequent. I didnt think they would come out without just a detail, but Tim assured me I would be surprised at the quality of their work, so I gave them a try. Im so glad I didnt go to a pricey autobody shop. My car looks flawless! And, I was happy to support a small business. Thank you Pit Stop Car Wash!!

Good clean and straight to the point. they have your standard self washing stations to full machine washes. they also detail and make your car look like it came off the lot and take care of bachelor night accidents. they tend to offer great deals for washing your car more. this is also not a convenience store. they take car washing seriously so no soda or chips. make your way here and get there early. its cheaper.

I am a new customer, I usually go to a different car wash but it closed, so this business is very new to me. The quality of both the customer service and the finished product... MY CAR NEVER LOOKED BETTER! Highly recommend to all!

I know the pandemic has to have been as hard on these guys as anywhere else. They have temporarily suspended full service car washing, and are only offering exterior washes to keep everyone safe. Through this transition, their energy for service hasn’t missed a beat. They make my car look good as new every time!

Love it here! Al and Larry are so pleasant as they greet you and Tim and Mario did an AMAZING job with my tires! I’m not one to leave reviews but the service here was so great! They’ve been offing free washes to all front line workers during the shut-down too. Any small business helping out our front line workers gets my praise!! I won’t go anywhere else!

Very bad service, they broke my car, especially the manager was very rude because I tried to tell him that I didn’t give you my car in this condition.That my answer to your comment « You are talking about the tape that was in the other part, that is, on the right side of the car, not on the left side, but you broke the left part of the car. » and if you wanna a proof. I’ll post a picture for both side.

My family and I have been using the self serves at Pit Stop for years, and we love them! For 2-4 bucks (depending on how much time I need), I can come here anytime and take care of my baby... years ago I had an issue with a foam brush, I imagine it had been overused that weekend. It was early Monday morning and the crew was just beginning the day. The manager, Jim, immediately addressed my problem. He reimbursed me and moved me to another self serv, and fixed the brush before I left! Great people, great service, and very responsive to their customers needs!

CHIPPED TIRE!Like any other car wash that’s not hand wash, you gotta get the wheels aligned on the rail.The man that was guiding me on it gave really poor direction. Just said “keep coming”. No guidance on how to turn or which way to position the wheel properly. I’ve been to car washes where the people come up close to your tire and give you precise instruction on how to align with the rail to prevent chipping.This guy stood like 10 feet back and just gave a bland caveman style guidance.

Where do I start? Both full service and self wash are over priced. Poor lighting at night. The settings on the pressure washer dont work and they have low pressure. Almost every foam brush is broken spitting foam all over you. Youd be better off using a bucket and hose. Save your money!!!! Great Bear on Harbison Ave is a lil further but their self wash is 10 times better!

Used to love this place but as of recently when I’ve been there, there is a silver pipe sticking out of place in the car wash area and it pushes my mirror inside out and damaged my lane watch camera! Thankfully it still works but I will never chance going back here EVER again.

My go-to car wash for years! I recently purchased the monthly unlimited car wash special..... so worth it!! The property is always clean, stocked, and everything in working condition. The staff is friendly and gets you in and out quickly after a thorough vacuum and scrub!

This place is amazing! The best place to get a car wash at. I was at this place for the first time on Tuesday and Dianna was helpful and amazing. They actually take the time to fully clean out the car from inside and out and fully dry it at the end. It was SPOTLESS. They have many steps of cleaning to make sure it leaves the best. YOU SERIOUSLY GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR. AMAZING!

You pay for a car wash they only dry half of your car and skip on the tire shine but a t like the pur it on the tires.

Great car wash but no inside cleaning due to covid-19

This place is always crowded, but the line moves fast. I usually wash my car by the coin operated stalls. Open 24 hrs. $2 for 4 mins, u can add quarters for time. No complaints

Ive been taking my car here for a while. no scratches. the guys are so nice. went above and beyond to remove gum from my window.

Don’t go here rip off, my car went in dirty and left dirty with the dirt just smeared around. Paid for the “elite” wash 25 dollars! Saying they vacuum put on triple foam and all this great stuff I watched my car o through the machine didn’t even barely spray soap on my car! Car comes out of the wash they do a half effort dry the people that were supposed to be wiping down my interior were talking and on their phones they tell me my car is ready I get in and the floors are disgusting wasn’t vacuumed at all the cup holders were disgusting like seriously what did I pay you for I could have went and hosed down my car myself cause that’s all they did. One gentleman seen I was very unhappy at the end and he did go back a little and vacuum the backseat he was nice but this place is terrible!!!!

Moved to the Bay Area about 9 months ago and had yet to find a convenient way to get my car washed. I found Pit Stop Car Wash on G+ and gave it a shot. Neclair did a great job! He did both the inside and outside of my car. I will continue to use this service. It was reasonable in price especially for the convenience and the quality of the wash. The best part of this company as well is the how they use alternative uses to reduce the amount of water. Great first experience!

I went to pit stop car wash January 19, 2018. They did an excellent job cleaning my car out. However, I question the integrity of the owner and the men and woman that work there. The items under my seat were missing. I immediately notified the manager. Ive been given the run arround what you want me to do is what the gentlemen said.

The guys here are really good at what the do. The outside and inside of my car looks nice and fresh for weeks after going here.

Steller!! My car looked like the day I drove it off the lot.They dont use the same towel to wipe the outside and inside like some other places. This insures that the windshield does not have wax and streaks on the inside.

My car needed this carwash. They did a great job!

Change machine accepts only 1 & 5 dollar bills. While washing your vehicle, if you are adding coins you are losing time at the same time. Vacuum machines are not that great, great way to lose money and get very little back.The only reason I visited this place is that I definitely needed the high pressure wash.
