I work across the street from this car wash so I usually give them my business. Today 5/17/21 I went there, purchased the max car wash. The worker rushed me through the car wash, never sprayed off my tires, never gave me my air freshener as the kiosk stated that I recieve for using the max car wash. I tried to ask for help because maybe I was tripping but the other worker just ignored my.attempts to get my problem solved. I guess nobody speaks English and I looked for other workers but only saw the two men. I am very disappointed with the services I received. I am currently looking for a contact number to complain as well. I work hard for my money and expect a business to provide what they advertise.

Great cheap car wash. Be prepared to wait if the weather is nice out. Only downfall is their vacuums can use more suction.

Hit or miss with this one. Very convenient prices and location but sometimes the machines are down and staff at times seem distracted.

Its okay. One day they offer full service and one day they dont. Overall good prices. But sub par service.

Its not a very good automatic carwash and a lot of the vacuums didnt work. And I paid for the premium wash that didnt clean all of the bird mess off. 🤨

This was the worst car wash when I came out my car so dirty and everybody who work there is saying they dont speak English when I found a customer to help me translate they were trying to refuse to give me another car wash and kept trying to wash my car with a dirty rag when they finally gave me another wash same result never again will I come here

Horrible experience ever. Cheap, but the lack of help isnt worth it. Though the Non- English speaking men were quite polite in helping me pay for service, they were unable to help me when things went wrong. I tried asking them about what to do and one told me, No English. The one man who spoke English was very rude and not helpful. He yelled out something before my car went into the wash. When I asked him what he said, he pointed somewhere and still was not clear. My car went quickly through the machine, uncleaned. I had no idea what was going on. I had not been to a car wash in so many years. After, driving out of the wash area, I asked him what he had said, he said, I told you, neutral, no breaks. I informed him that I had no idea, what he was saying. He replied, Well I guess youll have to call the manager, but Im not calling him. When I asked about getting my money back, he said, You cant. Needless to say, I did not get my money back and my car still needs to be cleaned. Worst experience ever.

Worst business ever!!!! Went through the wash and the rough machines scratched my paint and broke my back windshield wiper arm. When I ask what van they do about it, they ignored me until I started getting upset. Just to say someone will call. Its been weeks and no one called.....small claims court will get a call though!!!

Employees are rude want to be helpful so I can contact rightful management apparently theres never no management working there and the ones that are management wont take responsibility my car was improperly placed in the system and kept rear-ending another car

Go there often and never had to deal with staff, that is until today 😒 went through the car wash as usual choosing the $8 wash and while vacuuming my car, I realized how dirty my car still was. I approached an older man and explained my situation and was told rudely to bring it back around. After waiting about 5mins for him to let me back through he finally comes and puts me in as a $5 wash. I explained to him that I had purchased the $8 wash and that seemed to really piss him off, he went on to tell me that theyre not in the business of rewashing cars and that I should be happy that hes even allowing it. I asked him to speak to the manger and he said youre looking at him. I tried to look up their business phone number and there is none listed. Needless to say I will not be returning, neither will any of the 17 cars from my business. There should be a pride and a level of respect for your business and this place lacks it.
