2009 Mini Cooper, White, Blacktop. Im the original owner of this car. It has pained me to own it, as living in the city Ive never been able to get a good wash/wax on the car. Couldn’t be happier. Nice family owned business and the work is impeccable. Had all badges removed from the trunk including a mast dealer sticker that was so sticky and not a trace of it exists now. Also had the factory pinstripe removed and again, impeccable. Will forever do business there and recommend to anyone to asks for services.

This place specializes in newer and higher-end vehicles!! Appointments could go as far as 2 weeks in advance. But thats because these guys are great, a lifetime family owned business who takes much pride in their work performance and customer satisfaction. I have a Tesla Model X which isnt easy to wash, especially the windshield and Jo Jos crew does a great job for a very reasonable rate. I woukd highly recommend them.

Always great people serving at Jacks. I always forget to NOT go here during peak times because you will get a half-butt wash and clean. Not because they cant its because of the volume of patrons they get at a certain time. Not an excuse but it is what it is. Go here during weird hours and youll get a good clean.

I was looking for someone to wash my car. My regular detailer couldn’t see me for a month. I called and they were able to see me right away. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Nice people, hard working and did a fabulous job. I found my new detailing spot.

Al I can say is wow. I havent ever had my car detailed before, and its a 10 year old car. The seats, floor, windows, dash were all cleaned to the T. I asked only for an interior detail but they went up and beyond with an exterior clean with no extra charge! You should of seen my eyes when I pulled up to see my car parked outside. They did a professional job at a great price and I recommend their service; friendly and down to earth couple. Will never forget this experience, definitely coming back again!

We feed our dogs raw food (ground whole chicken), which comes frozen and then is thawed to be served. A container of that was left in the car for almost two weeks, windows up, in the summer heat before the car was driven and the source of the foul odor discovered. During the time it sat in the car, it thawed and all all of the blood and juices made their way into the carpet. I tried for almost two weeks to get rid of and reduce the odor before calling Jo Jos after reading the reviews. Jo Jos lives up to the recommendations. Michelle is very kind and was a pleasure to deal with regarding scheduling and Jo himself is a master. I brought the car down before scheduling an appointment so they could assess the situation. Jo was confident that he could remove the odor. I made an appointment and dropped the care off for an overnight stay. Not only is the entire car spotless but the wretched foul odor is completely gone! Jo and the entire team went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations not only in terms of the actual service they provided but in how kind they are. If I need to have my car detailed again, I will definitely be bringing it back to Jo Jos!

These guys are miracle workers. My 08 Jeep was beat to hell, and the interior looked like it had been through the war. After the work done here, I feel like Im sitting in a new car. Worth every penny.

I just got my 2011 Jeep Wrangler detailed here yesterday and it was worth every penny!!! When I pulled up and saw it sitting outside the shop I nearly cried! Im a traveling therapist so my Jeep is like my office, and its really taken a beating over the years. JoJos had my Jeep looking better than when I bought it 7 years ago!!The final cost was $250, which they were up front with me about. I know that sounds expensive but they are so good at what they do, youre paying for the highest quality. Theyre also outrageously friendly and kind. I would recommend again and again!!!

I had an emergency as a lyft driver pulled in at 5pm to get car seats cleaned, these guys are amazing group. Took care of me right away and polished my headlights too. I will be back when I get a full detail cleaning of my car. Thank you again everyone, for being professional and quick so I could get back on the road.

My car was cleaned pretty well. Not a lot of complaints there. The guy who I left my car with was a little abrasive so customer service could have been a bit better.

I saw the reviews online and they were good, so I decided to try them out and get my car detailed. My car is a 2011, I have two kids, never had a real car wash and detergent had spilled on the bottom of my car. When I say my car looks BRAND NEW, it really does! Its so clean, you would have no idea how disgusting it was before. I wish I had a before picture to show the difference. I highly recommend these guys!

Jo Jos is much more than an auto detail shop; they painted exterior spots, made my leather look new, restained black plastic components. They are worth every penny you pay and more.

Had a scratch on my black tahoe, and hoped this would be the answer. The guys did a great job doing a full detail, and attempted to buff out the scratch to the best of their ability. Though it didnt work, service was five star. Recommend them highly for sure.

Jo Jos treated my 2008 Corolla like a 2017 luxury model. I took it in for a pre-winter exterior wash and wax, and the staff couldnt resist doing the best job possible, which meant cleaning up my ugly, no-hubcap wheels at no extra cost. (Corollas lose hubcaps like kids lose teeth, and Ive just sort of given up.) Totally above and beyond, and for a fair price. Im their newest loyal customer.

Best auto detail ever! I have a company car that I pretty much live in. im in the car more than I am at home so it was pretty nasty...hot wing sauce spilled on light gray interior over a year ago...my kid spilled choc milk in the back seat over two years ago. Dropped my car off at 10, picked up at 6. Looks like a brand new car! Cant tell there were any stains anywhere! very affordable for the work they had to do...i am very satisfied..this place is awesome. Dont look any further...go to jo jos!
