I received solicitation from this company after some water damage to our our where I left a message.We did not use their service so I can only speak to the conversation. Im a Sales expert my whole career. The call was a hard sell, insurance is the bad guy, you cant get it done right without us sort of call pitching how they get every dollar from insurance. He pushed hard for my address before any probing questions beyond roof or plumbing damage (critical on whether insurance covers it). When I shared it was relatively small damage he said then they arent for us and hung up. Every alarm bell went off. This just feels like an aggressive insurance chasing house.I cannot speak to the quality of their work.2 stars only relates to their sales tactics. I will personally avoid this company going forward and have no interest in learning the skill of their tradespeople.

Working with Hallmark Remodelers was an absolute pleasure. The professionalism was second to none from the beginning of our kitchen remodel to the completion. They were very helpful to us with making decisions for the kitchen. I can only praise the crew and the company for their work.

I hired hallmark for to remodel my condo which included a kitchen and two bathrooms. They responded to my telephone message quickly and sent someone out immediately. I have worked with a lot of contractors that promise but dont produce. Hallmark gave me what I asked for easily and professionally. I have already recommended it to my friends

Hallmark did my bathroom for me and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. This company was very thorough and professional and told me when they were going to start and be finished.Al and Jack were very nice to me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted in my bathroom.Another thing that is very important to me is the quality of the work. We really wanted a company that was going to do quality work and we know that we made the right choice with Hallmark.Another thing that I appreciated was how they were careful in my home. They covered up my furniture and cleaned everything up when they were finished.We will definitely be giving them a call in the future if we need anymore work done

In August of 2017 I had the upper and lower roofs done by Hallmark Remodelers based on the flyer placed in homeowners doors. They installed rubber roofs. 2 years later, I had the sheet rock over the front door replaced and my living room painted. I called Hallmark and asked them to come look at the roof and was told that they didn’t see where the water is coming in. I called them back again this year and was still told that they don’t see where the water is coming in. The flashing is separating from the wall so much so that you see the brick of my house underneath the stucco. Hallmark then told me that the whole roof should have been replaced and stated that it was not there fault.

Al, Joe, Bruce and all of the members of the Hallmark Remodelers team were a pleasure to work with and are true professionals. I was kept abreast from start to finish of the entire project, The kitchen/bathroom/flooring and painting projects were completed earlier than expected and the work looks amazing. I would highly recommend Hallmark Remodelers to anyone looking for a home improvement professional.

They remodel our kitchen. We love it, bit pricey but love the work very professional came everyday on time til job was completely.

Hallmark did my cement work and my bathroom! They did outstanding work and were very prompt.I got an estimate quickly and was guided through the process.

Need porch roof done took two weeks to come out and tell me what they would do then sent me though all kind of hoops and now cant do job all they had to say was they couldnt or didnt want to do it very unprofessional

These guys were great! I called around to get some quotes about doing a remodeling job on my bathroom and I came across Hallmark. When I called I spoke to an older gentleman who seemed very knowledge just by speaking with him and I could tell he had the experience that made me felt better about using their services. He came to my home to look at the bathroom that I wanted redone. He walked me through the process, showed me options that would be a good fit for my bathroom and gave me a price quote that I was comfortable with. Although Hallmark wasnt the cheapest their work was outstanding. I am a true believer that you get what you pay for and I am glad I chose them. They did such a great job on my bathroom that I would def use them again! Highly recommended!

Posted their useless flyer at my door and under my wifes cars windshield, which got soaked due to the rain and then became a visibility hazard while she was driving. Youre lucky I dont press charges for your violation of our clearly posted sign.

Stay away from this company. They will take your money and not complete the job. They sent a handyman to get the job done and he didnt know what he was doing. Floors were ruined and not finished. Paint job was horrible and they wont come complete the job. They wont answer the phone. PLEASE STAY AWAY. BAD COMPANY

Forgot to come to initial appointment, when called company the owner sent a salesman who was a dishonest, fast talking, condescending man. Person showed us pics from his phone from Home Depot and AAA Kitchens and Baths. He attempted to pressure us in financing with their company before telling us an estimate. When told we had options to finance and we declined he became agitated made accusations. This is a company that will take advantage of the innocent. We asked the man to leave our home.

This company has provided cement work, steps,sidewalk, electrical work as well as siding in our Germantown and East Mount Airy section of the city in Philadelphia. They have also provided Consulting Service for our church located and in North Philadelphia .area. When the owner Al realized that we needed other services such as Lift Chair for My handicapped husband he assist us with the tools referrals information and resources to make sure that we received the help that we needed to have the lift chair installed on our steps. Hallmark Administration team is very courteous and considerate to us as clients . They also provides skilled and experienced contractors that does the job in a professional and neat manner. Their financial ability to find ways to finance the job is second to none. We highly recommend Hallmark remodelers if you are looking for a trustworthy company with a good reputation. With safety in mind and one that will provide a quality finishings. We highly recommend Hallmark remodelers and were honored that they asked for a recommendation from us.

I love Hallmark. They were excellent. I had called different contractors a number of times and it took them weeks just to get an estimate. Once I called Hallmark Remodelers, they took a look at my kitchen design, which was a big project, and gave me an estimate that night.

Hallmark Remodelers walked me through step-by-step through my bathroom design process because there was a lot of options. Everything came out the way we wanted and it came out on time. They did such a good job.

Ignored circular non-delivery decals and left door hangers all in my neighborhood. Its a constant nuisance, we have enough litter as it is.
