Dear Sirs, I would like to compliment One Day Bath Inc. for a job well done. My mom lives in a rent stabilized apartment (where she has lived for the past 50 years) and we were looking for a solution to make her bathroom safe without spending a fortune. I contacted several companies but was convinced to use one day bath because of the fair price and the fact that they guaranteed reversibility. Paul was very quick in replying with all info. We were worried about permits ect. And he was very thorough in explaining how to handle any eventual problems with the landlord. I live in Italy and was visiting my mom for a short period of time and Paul went out of his way to schedule the intervention quickly. The technician who came to do the job was very well mannered, helpful, quick and clean. He even went above and beyond what was his job. After cleaning up he even took the garbage to the basement and boxed up the cutout for us and gave us a hand to put it away in the closet. I highly recommend this solution and particularly this company. Thank you very much.

I initially employed the services of One Day Bath to provide me with a tub cut of my bathtub, to provide easier access to my shower and bath area. I was very pleased with the quality of the work that they provided, at a very reasonable cost. However, when my needs changed, and I requested that they construct a barrier free shower, they did so, again at a quite fair price and with a level of service and attention to detail that was remarkable. That section of my bathroom is both improved in appearance and functions quite well as a barrier-free shower that I can now use without fear of injury. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking a similar modification to their bathroom.

Phenomenal! We are a property management group in Philadelphia, and recently switched to One Day Bath Inc. in the last year from a previous contractor. They are professional, efficient, timely, and the results have always been fantastic. You wont find a more reliable company in the area.

The owner of your company needs to know that your technician was so patient and kind to my Mom who is 96 years old and could not ask him enough questions. I almost felt bad for him but he handled the whole thing with such a great attitude and patience, not mention the end result of the cut tub product was phenomenal. One Day Bath saved me a lot of money, time, and mess restoring my historic home. They were very professional and took care of any concerns I had. Rather than having to save for and plan to redo my kitchen and baths, I get to live in a nice home now. I did not have to replace sinks and tub I have from the 1800’s. They are as good as new. This made my home more valuable. You can’t go wrong with One Day Bath.

Initial phone call with Paul was the highlight of this whole experience that actually never happened! Had an appointment for a tub re-glazing for Jan 11, 2019. Made appointment 2-3 weeks ago, was instructed that the technician would arrive between 9-10 a.m. and that re-glaze would take approx. 3-4 hours. Took the day off of work yesterday and then received a call at 10 a.m. saying the tech had car trouble and they would need to cancel/reschedule appt. Lost a day of work! They offered to r/s to today, Saturday 1/12/19, would arrive between 9-10 a.m. after a NO SHOW without the courtesy of even a phone call and me making two phone calls, leaving two voice mails and NO RESPONSE, Im assuming no one here is even interested in my business. Would not recommend. Unreliable for appointments and no follow up on now shows is unacceptable. Worst part is now I still have to shower in an icky tub!

Rick was the technician that came to our house and performed the reglazing. WE WERE THRILLED WITH HIS WORK!!!!! The tub looks brand new, and Rick was VERY personable. I highly recommend this company. My wifes satisfaction said it all! Great job One Day Bath.

They did an absolutely beautiful job on 3 bathrooms in our home. The bathrooms look brand new, and everyone from the company was so professional, polite and hard working. Highly recommend!

It was a fantastic experience! Rick arrived right on time (great start!). He took the time to explain and map out what he was going to do and how much time would be involved. Then - he accomplished all he had promised! The bathtub is no longer an accident waiting to happen due to using a transfer bench. Its now a matter of simply stepping over the low sill into the tub. Yay! How messy was the job? I have no idea as Rick left the area so clean (does it get any better?). And - on top of all of this - the price was right. Both my family and I have nothing but kudos for both Rick and his company!

The person did a very professional job. He made sure that everything was done right so there would be no need to do a follow up. He was also very respectful of our home.

If only we had known about this process years ago. We have lived with a pink bathtub for 20 years, waiting to have the time, money and energy to have it replaced. Now it looks like a brand new tub. I was really happy with my decision to go with One Day Baths. The technician took pride in his work...he regrouted my steam shower and looks amazing.

From the beginning I should have known this was going to be a disaster. The technician Anthony showed up 4 hours early, then 1 hour late, and did a horrible job. I took off a second day to meet his boss Charlie a few days later who agreed that the tub had to be stripped and re-done. His only comment was Ive seen worse. The only thing I said was that I didnt want the same tech to do it. He agreed. A week later, who calls me to say theyre on their way--the same tech. His boss Paul calls me and says its their policy to only send the same tech to fix their own poor work and that I cant fire him. Everyone has a bad day and that I cant tell him how to run his business. Its that or nothing. Unbelievable.Ive been a landlord for 23 years and Ive never had a more unbelievable conversation with a less professional contractor with a more incomprehensible policy. Seriously, Ive hired dozens of contractors since 1986, and One Day Bath has to be the worst Ive ever encountered. From beginning to end, theyve done the worst work with the worst customer service Ive personally encountered. I worked for a home builder and contractors for 7 years and I cannot understand how One Day Bath is still in business. This is the first time in my 48 years that Im complaining to the Better Business Bureau and Yelp...that says it all.

DO NOT USE! Had them out to reenamel a tub. They did the most awful job ever, the guy asked to be paid in advance (red flag, we refused) and then proceeded to do the sloppiest job, caulked FIRST then painted over the caulk, screwed up the tile around the tub, the tub coating is uneven and has bubbles and debris stuck in it. Didnt bother to remove the tub hardware first, just taped around it, so the new coating doesnt even cover the entire surface of the tub.

In short, this is a living nightmare. I had a few showers that needed to be resurfaced and had them perform the work the last week of April. They rushed the work on one of the showers and it has been pealing off bit by bit ever since. They keep saying that theyre going to come back to fix it but its been nearly two months now and still no repair. I call them every week and they keep telling me next week. Im now going to have to have the entire shower replaced for $1,500, on top of the $500 I paid One Day Bath. You definitely want to avoid this company.
