The food is flavorful and elegantly prepared. We ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp, which comes in two sizes. The appetizer size is a decent amount of food for the price. Also delicious is the crab shumai, not to be missed! Good restaurant, would definitely recommend.

Good food at a fair price. Large portions for take-out. Something that is very appreciated and often overlooked: we received a small packet of mustard, duck sauce, and soy sauce without asking. We had Spicy Eggplant, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Veggie Fried Rice. We were satisfied with everything.

The place looks clean and the food was great! However I ordered by phone, and the price was 98 dollars... seemed very high for what I ordered. When I asked someone to recalculate, they gave me a very hard time about. Judging from the receipt I knew the price was off. The food came to about 70 dollars. Was not apologetic about OVER CHARGING us! Just be careful when dining here, and look at your receipt!

Im new to Chestnut Hill and I pass by this place daily so we finally gave it a try. Im told theyve been in the same spot for decades and told they serve a French-Asian fusion cuisine. I wouldnt know what that means, but gave it a go anyway. I was in the mood for fish. Whole fish, if it was available, and very nearly ordered their sea bass but I caught a glimpse of Soft Shell crab on their Covid-limited menu. Oh, my. Somebody in that kitchen knows how to buy the top prime filet of soft shell crab.. The serving was huge and the subtly sweet sauce was a delight. I opted for a side of shrimp fried rice over the plain brown rice and that was a good move. Back to the crabs - I expected at any moment to bite into a morsel of briny, fishy flavor so typical of this dish and there was none to be found. The care and attention to the food and the cleanliness of this pretty little place is sure to bring me back and highly recommend to others. Our bartender, Jeri(sp?), was super informative and entertaining and found some of the regular customers who approached the bar to be fun and friendly too.

The food and the service was good. However, I was surprised by how crowded the indoor seating area was given the pandemic situation. It was absolutely packed. Was hard walking past people to get to an open table. There were no open windows for ventilation and customers were not wearing masks as they waited for their food. Although I would love to come back for their good food, I definitely will not be returning during the pandemic. Thank God I dined at the restaurant before the current surge began.

Absolutely amazing! We had the lamb sticks appetizer, pan fried dumplings, and wonton soup for the appetizer. Everything was delectable! The lamb sticks were especially good, and the chili sauce that came with it was hot and tasty! For the main course, we had the Shanghai bok Choy and shrimp in the garlic black bean sauce. We finished the whole thing! Once again, everything was extremely tasty. The service tops everything off. Our waiter was nothing but kind to us and made the whole experience even better! Looking forward to coming back here again and I hope you give this place a try!

We came here for lunch. The food was alright, but was lacking in flavor versus expectations. It was easily remedied with additional sauce on the side. Dessert was delicious. Overall I would consider coming back. I’m curious to know how much the menu changes overtime because I didn’t feel like there were enough choices compared to what I was expecting.

I had lunch here today. My first experience I did not enjoy my food. that was 11 years ago. but My hubby wanted to give them another go. Well what I ordered was not enjoyable at all. I had the crabmeat dumplings. NO RUBBERY AND TASTELESS. I also had the spring rolls....these were extremely greasey...and lastly I had the shrimp and chicken seaweed wraps..this was a nori sheet with chicken and shrimp dumpling filling rolled a d deep fried...I hated it. I wont be going back.

Went here for the first time with family in from out of town. Average food at very best. Frozen shrimp dishes for almost $20? And the sauce was super bland. Ridiculous. A number of us had the Chocolate Soufflé and it was not worth the price or the calories. Tasted like a boxed cake mix. Terrible. And the chocolate sauce tasted just like Hershey’s chocolate syrup. That is not even real chocolate. None of us finished our deserts. On the bright side: The staff is super, super nice! The staff is actually 5 Star nice, but the food is about 2 Stars. Had it not been for the awesome staff, we would give this restaurant a 2 Star rating. We will give it three, though do not expect any food to be anything above average. And if it is, then you lucked out.

CinCin is my favorite Chinese restaurant in my area. They offer simple dishes like chicken fried rice, etc. as well as more elaborate dishes. I would recommend CinCin to anyone who is interested in a wide range of Chinese foods.

Highly overrated. Paid $18 for Lump Crabmeat & Shrimp Fried Rice. I was told it would have bean sprouts, onions, water chestnuts and carrots. I added broccoli and asked for no mushrooms. I couldn’t find bean sprouts or onions. It was bland with specks of Crabmeat and 10 miniature Shrimp. If you can’t do Fried Rice well you shouldn’t charge outrageous prices. Save your money. Average Chinese fare.

The food here is amazing and so is the staff. I was there semi recently and arguably got the worst table there. Didn’t complain about it as I know it was incredibly busy and was just happy to be seated. When dinner was done they came out and offered us a free desert as a thank you for taking the table which was absolutely not necessary. It shows how they value their customers and how great a business they are.

This has been my favorite restaurant for over 15 years! I go here for special occasions and have never been disappointed. The shrimp and chicken seaweed rolls, their General Tsos, and chocolate covered chilled fortune cookies are incredible, but almost everything on the menu is tasty and cooked well. It can get very busy at peak times so reservations are good, and parking can be tough, but good service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

At 2:30 most of the Chestnut Hill restaurants kitchens were closed. After walking 8 miles along the Wissahickon, I still wanted to eat something more interesting than pizza. Restaurant presents well esthetically, the food was delicious but the staff was as cold as -3 degrees. The hostess did smile (only person) as she walked me to the very last table in the front section. As I sat waiting for my friend (I was a little early), I was not offered anything until about 10 minutes later and that was just water. Several times staff walked past me not giving me eye contact or acknowleding my presence. Eventually I had to call out and ask for a pot of tea from a man who came past my table for a second if not third time. He tried walking past me with his head turned. While taking order or serving the food no one smiled or nodded. I was impressed we were a nuisance. As I I said before cold as ice. I still gave a seven dollar tip for a less than 28.00 bill.It is unforunate with the meal so tasty and restaurant so beautiful the HOSPITALITY was like having TOO MUCH SALT!
