The place was very clean as well as smell fresh. The ladies was clean and stocked. Its a place that I would rent to have an event. Like soon and the location was easy to get to.

Nice spacious, clean facility. Great floor plan. However the staff, two older women need a course in customer service and a serious attitude adjustment. Ive never been to an event where the staff count down to the minutes and literally shuffling people out the door telling the renters they wont get their deposit back after a certain time. That is something that couldve been mentioned discreetly to the renter, not open forum in front of guest. As a guest Id never rent or refer this place to anyone simple because of the treatment from the employees.

I have been to this location twice as a fully licensed and bonded caterer/vendor and I have been shut down each time by staff after event coordinators have established what my roll in the event was going to be and what my needs were to successfully fulfill my obligations. Coordinators were assured that I would be able to function at full capacity only to have the rug pulled from under them causing me to loss money.

It was a very nice place to have an affair at. It was very clean and had quite a few individual bathrooms besides the huge bathrooms with waiting area and mirrors.I was told it had three halls in one.

Went there for a baby shower. The room was very cool and accommodating. They have separate rooms for different events. No clash with the other booked events. It was very nice.

I planned a wedding prior to the pandemic shut down, and my wedding had to be canceled i was promised and told i would be given a new date when he opens up, since then i have not heard from the owner since i been msging him for a refund and hes been avoiding me! Not only me but others as well, he been hosting parties since last year june to march 2021 ! And when i found this out i reached out acting like i was booking a party he so quick to call me back but as soon as he realized it was me avoids me again! I do not recommend this hall as all

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. This place is truly hood. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We gave him a deposit for my best friends wedding prior to COVID-19, but we haven’t heard from since. He doesn’t answer, or return calls. He sends you straight to voicemail and he sent a text message saying no refunds will be given. Yet no calls to change your date since he doesn’t want to refund the money. This man is not a person I would ever do business with again.

Had my wedding and reception here. Everything turned out nice with a little bit of hick-ups but what is a wedding without a little mix up....I STILL ENJOYED IT.

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT give this man your money. He does not know how to run a business respectfully. He took thousands of dollars from customers for deposits before Covid 19, and has disappeared. He refuses to answer the phone, or respond to emails. He has cut all contact with all of the people he owes, and refuses to return deposits. This is not how you do business. It does not matter how nice your facility is, if you don’t treat your customers with respect, you shouldn’t be in business. If I could give him a negative one I would.

A wedding was suppose to happen in april 2020 until covid happened, the owner of this Hall never Gave us a date about when the hall would be available for thw wedding to happen, we contacted him numerous times (after the fact we had paid This man for everything) and we haven’t gotten not one Response truly irresponsible and unprofessional the fact he Just took our money and blocked everybody’s number and this man has been hosting parties DURING COVID knowing there was regulations where halls were not allowed to be open and yet he still was there are photos posted online when these parties were hosted and yet we are still here with no response and still have not received not one refund.

If you like dealing with hood establishments then this may be the place for you. If not, youll want to stay far away from this place. There is so much I could say about the so-called Pastor/owner of this establishment aka Doc aka Reverend Motown but to make it short he is simply DISRESPECTFUL! On the initial meeting he made my daughter and fiancé wait 1 1/2 hours. I left after 30 minutes because he wasnt going to disrespect my time. His conversation is nothing like any Pastor or Man of God I know. If you asked him a question he would not answer directly or would try to be clever which was annoying. I could go on and on about his disrespectful ways but the last straw was when he came into my daughters wedding reception, went over to the DJ to shut the music down and announced on the microphone that if someone didnt move their car in 15 minutes they were going to get towed. Keep in mind that we were not the only event that night at the hall so he didnt know whose car it was. No one gave him permission to interrupt our event and he was rude and threatening on the mic. The bathrooms were smelly and not clean. I was extremely disappointed. Ill never give this place another dime.

Its a wonderful place to visit and hangout with your 👪 and friends they have a lot of 🎉 that u can do like 💒 or a funnel for a love one in your family they give all kinds of partys for whatever u need they will make sure the room is ready and set for everyone. The people there are nice and friendly will help you with whatever u need. Great place to have a lot of different partys.

This spot was hard to find because it sits back off the street. Its a nice place for having an affair but not elaborate. There is a sm balcony a kitchen and a nice stage. Im sure the rental fee is reasonable.

This hall is okay. It could definitely use some sprucing up here and there, but for the price you cant beat it. The parking lot is a great asset and Doc (the Owner) is pretty reasonable and helpful (when around).

Needs alot of work in this place. I visited this place twice. They need a better sign outside, they need top set up all the chairs add well as the tables. Needs a paint job outside badly.

Had some problems, called the owner Doc and he answered right away. His employees were very helpful and made sure I had everything I need it. Majestic Hall is a nice place to have any event. The owner Doc is making some changes on the inside and thus far it is looking good...

Its nice for parties alot of space needs up keep in ladies bathroom with paper towel and toilet paper is a must.

I would give it a negative -5. Attended event for a family member and was helping with event. The place and the people in charge there were very rude, blaming us for breaking something they broke them selves. Before even asking if we broke it. A lady came in about 20 times or more to check how the place was. She yelled at us for having pieces of chips on floor, not asking but demanding we clean it up right there and then. She kept on doing this thru out the night. Couldnt enjoy the event because of this. The event was from 1pm-9pm. They didnt open the doors early, so we didnt have enough time to decorate. The guests arrived and the place was not decorated. It was very embarrassing to have the guests looking at the hall. The lady started yelling that we needed to leave by 9pm. It was 8:45 and they made us turn the music off even when the people were still dancing, it wasnt even 9pm. She wanted us out. We left the place clean. I would not recommend this place at all, its a party and it can be cleaned later. People want to enjoy and have fun at the special event. I couldnt enjoy it at all. Dont wast your special event or your money here .

The facility is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is great. They need a convection oven in the kitchen, I was there to help during a repast and the need for an oven was greatly felt.

Perfect for large family events suitable for private partys and office/business partys. A multiplex of spaces for different themes

The hall was okay just too boxy for my taste. It lacked an elegant appeal.

Went to a gospel comedy show which was well organized. The space was sizeable and clean. Would consider renting it out for an event.

Just called for info on booking a party. The man that answers was like yeah..... instead of hello this is majestic hall. Anyway... he sounded annoyed from the first yeah. He said what dates? I told him, he just said forget it wow that was the worst customer service Ive experienced. Lol all I could do is laugh. What a mess.

It was spacious, clean and it had an area to serve drinks and set up to serve hot food.

We were in room C they have a leaky roof right as you come in the floor was slippery. They dont have room letters visible when you arrive on the outside. The hall was a nice size we had a good time.

I came here for a birthday party. Its a great place to have a party. Wide space, huge dancefloor, complete with a his/her bathroom, a kitchen, a stage and a balcony. U can set up the place whichever way you want and I suspect there is more than one space like this in case there is more than one event a night. My only complaint would be that if you have never been here, how to access the entrance is offputting. The location sits BEHIND what i believe is an apartment building. There is a sign but it isnt large enough or bright enough at night. There is a large parking lot that covers a great portion of the location before you get inside with 4 or 5 separate sections A-D.

My daughter had a baby shower this past Saturday. She had the venue from 1pm-7pm they started coming in to the space at 6:15PM stating you have to be out by 7PM. Not only did one person come in another person the owner went right up to my daughter as she was opening gifts and taking pictures. He started stating the same thing you have to be out by 7PM at this time it was only 6:20PM and the wonderful event planners had the space cleaned and cleared. This place is unprofessional if I may say so.I giving them 1 star only because I have to, but they would get NO STARS!!!

We went to a Honernary affair for the Ushers at People Baptist Church, and a wonderful time was had by all who attended..

First the parking lot need a lot of changes.the way it situated. Cars block you in hard to get out. I dont know who do the catering but it is not organize people walking over each other trying to work.set up crew was late ?. I will just stop there I was only a guest.

I was supposed to have a party on April 10 due to the coronavius I could not have my party I gave this man 300 dollars that He would not give me my money because he say the contact saying you do not get your money back the contact say yes if you cancel you do get it back I don’t have 300 to give so I will be taking him to court yes in I will be calling the news on this horrible place
