I brought my current insurance policy to Mustaffa at this office, hoping to get a cheaper rate. After speaking with Mustaffa, not only did he lower my premium but he got me better coverage. He was very through in providing options that were tailored to what I was looking for and he answered all my questions patiently. In general this office was friendly and I appreciated their Saturday hours and quick responses to my email.

I requested a quote from State Farm Auto and the quote was about the same as what I currently had through another insurance company. I get a text an hour later saying that they could get me over $50 less per month for better coverage. What do I do? Sign me right up! I go there, the girl rushes through everything. I walk out and realize SHE USED MY WRONG ADDRESS. I hadnt lived there in years and its not the address I used in my quote. I go back and she said, Sorry I cant change it now the quote is processing... just text me when it goes through Ill try to get it down if it goes up. Well, it went up... WAY UP. I text her and guess what? She didnt reply for days and then when she does she tells me shes no longer working there. I feel extremely scammed.
