I chose Goebel because I walk by the office on my commute into center city every day but Ill stay because of the great service and responsiveness. I moved to Philadelphia from Houston 18 months ago and needed renters insurance. I reached out to Goebel Insurance Agency and spoke with Jeff Burman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me obtain renters insurance quickly. I recently purchased a car and needed auto insurance. I contacted Jeff who got me an auto policy and immediately sent all of the information to the dealership. Jeff was able to bundle my renters and auto coverage with one company and got me an excellent rate. I got better coverage with the new renters insurance policy for a lower price. I would highly recommend this agency. They provide superb customer service.

Super fast response time and service with getting you a quote. Searched through multiple insurance policies to find me the best price. I had cancelled my previous insurance because there was no reason to be paying that money when I no longer needed to drive to work due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I am going back to work soon so I decided to call around and look for something less expensive before reinstating my policy. Chris found me a less expensive policy than my previous one and had me insured the same day. I hope I can continue to use this company for my insurance and I am happy to know that I have somewhere to go when the day comes that I need homeowners or renters insurance as well.

Recently, I received a follow-up call from Goebel to see if I would be interested in obtaining a quote for auto insurance. Chris and his team are top notch! I’ve been a customer of theirs for years. They are always extremely professional and prompt in all their communications. They are also always working for you. I received and email a couple days ago out of the blue from them. He said he was reviewing some things, and thinks he found a way to lower my rates, even more. I have used this agency for 17 years. I never had a problem until I changed companies. Due to my own naivete, I did not send a letter to cancel. I was billed for an additional 3 weeks even though I had coverage through a new company. When I did speak to a Goebel agent, Nicole I believe, we did not agree on the outcome of whether I would be paying the $86 that Eerie covered me during that time. What aggravates me the most is that I truly didnt know the outcome of the call until a collection agency contacted me. I think Nicole could have mentioned, possibly, that if I dont pay, that would happen. Even though I gave Goebel / Eerie business for 17 years and roughly $25,000, that $86 had to be paid. Fair enough, business is business. Just SAY SO. This is not a professional gesture and I would never recommend this company.

I was recommended by a coworker and was not having much luck looking for affordable coverage. I called the rep (Jeff) and he was so nice and professional and i could tell he was willing to help. Since I’m only 18, The best way for cheap auto insurance was pretty limited, before Goebel I had Geico and although geico is a reputable insurance company for cheap auto insurance, when i switched to Goebel i saved more than i expected.
